The Breathless is suppose to be welcome to the Party there was no party for me. The only fun was the pool when the Dj was there. I am very disappointed

We were expecting a very exciting stay with lots of fun at the pool no pool activities. a pool party and the pool was closed which did not make sense. we were at breathless July 8th-14th the swim up pool was hardly ever open as well. every night we could not sleep due to the loud noise and music coming from the party in the lobby that hardly anyone attended. management and person in charge of entertainment needs to be reconstructed.

This is a "fine" mid-tier all inclusive property. Family came for a 50th birthday celebration. We arrived mid-week, so there was no poolside bar service until the weekend. Most activities occur on the Secrets side of the property, so be prepared to walk to do most things. The only thing that happened during the day at the Breathless pool during our stay was volleyball. It was actually ridiculously quiet at Breathless, to the point where we used our Bose speaker and listened to our own music because there was no DJ. By Friday we abandoned the Breathless pool and moved over to Secrets Wild Orchid--which seemed to be where all the action was. The property did not offer "top shelf" tequila (my bevvie of choice) in the pool bars, so I had to leave the pool area to get it every time I wanted a drink. The staff is friendly and helpful. Night entertainment was good (culture show and "Cirque" style performance". The staff and employees work really hard to make these good experiences for guests. The late night DJ's were good.

The wife and I went on a couples trip to celebrate my brothers birthday. I'm not a fan of all inclusive, but this resort does it right. The service is a bit slow but I didn't mind because I had nowhere else to be. The entertainment was surprisingly good and allowed for something to do every night.

Very disappointing experience. Room wasn’t ready, then placed in a run down dirty room, did complain and was moved hours later to what was pretty much felt like the same room but at least felt cleaner. All the buttons and gadgets of the room didn’t work as well with as one of the shower head was broken. We would be gone out of the room all day only to walk back around 4-5 pm abd find the room did not have housekeeping. We did pay more to stay at breathless rather then book at one of the secrets only bc they were the only placed that offered access to all resorts. This was the only thing that saved our experience bc the restaurants and beaches were all close and preferred. The small exclusive beach offered by breathless was difficult to access since it was Rocky and hurt to walk in. Anyways, this was not a great experience and we wished we would of saved a few hundred bucks and just signed up to the secret resorts
