Would definitely return. Very beautiful resort. The food, drinks & entertainment were top notch! Slept great too!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hyatt. We stayed on the adult side and enjoyed all the restaurants we tried. The drinks were pretty good overall and the entertainment was good. If you are looking for a relaxing good time in Jamaica that also includes good dj’s and entertainment this is definitely the place to be.

The resort was opulent. The staff treated us like family, making us feel right at home. There was an abundance of activities to enjoy, from events to delectable food. The uplifting atmosphere of love permeated the air, creating a truly awe-inspiring experience. The beaches were equally stunning. However, there was one drawback: the presence of unruly and disruptive high school students on spring break. Their behavior was obnoxious, and they spoiled the vibe for others. Despite their antics, the security staff seemed hesitant to intervene. For instance, during karaoke night at the club Portionz, about 30 teenagers (aged 15-17) were boisterously loud. They even went behind the bar, taking bottles of beer. One of them even vomited on the floor, behaving like wild monkeys set loose in the room. My family and I were really looking forward to enjoying Karaoke on our last night there. Instead, we were forced to leave because of the savage-behaving youth. One older lady asked one of the loud youngsters, how old he was, and he wanted to hit her. A guest had to intervene. The lady walked out and the man as well. The older crowd eventually left due to their savage behavior, and everyone was discussing their antics. Even at the pool, these teenagers were disruptive, splashing water on other guests. They congregated around the bar, causing chaos until an announcement was made that the bar was closed to Spring Breakers. They boldly bogarted their way on the stage during entertainment events without any security intervention. We were disappointed that there was inadequate security to address these disturbances. Everywhere we went, people were complaining about these unruly children. Despite paying to stay on the adult side at the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall, these teenagers invaded the adult space, acting like savages.

My wife and I came here on a business/personal vacation trip. We have never been to Jamaica and was nervous about traveling there but throughout our stay we always felt safe and secure. Because of this we were able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves. Be sure to get the T-Bone steak at Calypso, it was the best tasting/cooked steak i've ever had, thanks to Chef Rushane.

Christopher has been an amazing butler! Best butler we've ever had! Has been making exceptions for my husband and I and always making sure we are happy! The staff here have been amazing and Corey, Lady D and Theolen have been amazing as well! The food was great and so was the entertainment!
