Patricia is a great housekeeper. ToniAnn D was very attentive on the beach. Donjay at Islandz makes great drinks. Would definitely visit again

The room and view were spectacular. And the food was top tier I couldn't have asked for a better experience. And I can't wait to visit with my kids

Horrible! Check in process was not good, room not ready, i asked for an upgrade they didn’t have BUT the person after asked and they had one. Reservation: we made them at the restaurant and couldn’t not get in. We are a group of 14, not to forget room service is horrible, room not cleaned (3pm) had to rest from the front desk to have the room cleaned. first time here and will not come back. All the money we spent.

Hotel wasn't what I expected! Definitely can tell the difference in ownership! Less attention to detail ??. Workers pushing more services, Spa. etc.
We'll be back!

The hotel is older, but immaculate and well kept. The view from the ocean-front room is magnificent! and we love that we had full view of the pool and gathering area as well as the desired ocean view.
