Not the same as it was . This was my 3rd time to this resort and noticed several things that have made this resort less appealing now. I think under new management now. What happened to the awesome beach barbq? It was amazing before. The building smells of cleaning chemicals so strong it burns your throat. 2 nights straight till 2am they were jackammering old tile off of the side of the pool. A few other things but just wouldn't return again now after this trip.

This is our 3rd Iberostar stay (Riviera Maya and Punta Cana prior) and first time in Jamaica. This stay is getting 5 stars from us for service alone. Everyone who works here works so hard but they are so friendly and cordial. Cora and Kerry Ann at the front desk were so gracious - even after having to recode my room key repeatedly due to my error. Sean at the swim up bar always serves with a smile and makes a mean Jamaican Delight! Dwayna at the pool hutch was always helpful and patient - even at 8mos pregnant! Always friendly! I wish her a healthy and easy delivery! Errol at the lobby bar makes a mean cosmo sorrel! And the staff at the buffet at the suites - always above and beyond in service with a smile! And I can’t forget the Star Friends who worked so hard to keep the energy and fun up for us at the pool and the beach! When you come to an Iberostar location, you expect a certain level of service, cleanliness, etc. Rose Hall was no exception and, with the crew they have, I think they exceeded our expectations. Now the food, it was fine. Aunt Ruby’s for steak and seafood, Dutchies at Waves was DELICIOUS and Uncle Tony’s at Waves as well had great BBQ. I will say that the buffet does not have a huge variety for breakfast and lunch, but the food is still tasty. And don’t miss the food at the snack shack on the beach or the set up by the pool!

Trevaughn was one of the first faces we saw when we arrived at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites He was instantly welcoming and made us feel right at home! We all looked forward to chatting about our day with him and he was spot on with his recommendations for excursions and places to get a late snack . Trevaughn was a huge highlight of my family’s vacation and became apart of our family’s experience in a big way ! Thank you

The staff are friendly and helpful. You can always expect a pop-up bar or tasting. Plus, there are activities for all age groups every hour. The themes of the restaurants change daily and the food is absolutely delicious. There is live entertainment - singers, saxophonist, dancers, etc. The interior design, landscaping, and swim-up bar are AMAZING. The entire place is exceptionally clean and they offer complimentary golf cart rides from one property to another. I was celebrating my birthday while there and they even sent a small cake and Happy Birthday sign to my room. :) I am spoiled and will always travel to all-inclusive destinations with Iberostar from now on!

My stay at iberostar with my husband was amazing. The staff went out of there way to make us feel welcomed and made sure we were well tKen care of. Some of the staff that made a lasting impression and made out trip extra special was : Kaydian- She is a supervisor in the buffet and she was wonderful. Whatever small problem we had she made sure it was handled. Iberostar is lucky to have her. Simone - She is another supervisor in the buffet and what drew me to her was that she always had a smile on her face which was refreshing. She knew when I was looking for something and would find it for me before I asked. We encountered other waiters and waitress that were great but Stephanie was amazing she remembered my husband likes ice in his apple juice and even when we were not seated in her section she would always come over and say hello. Tashae with the cute blue bows in her hair,she always got us seated right away and made sure we were happy. We went to the steakhouse twice and the wait staff there was great also but chef Randy was awesome. He came to our table personally to make sure we enjoyed our meal, now that's service. Lastly, when we arrived we met Shonyae who was our concierge she was so much fun, pleasant and made sure we were happy. Iberostar was a great choice and I definitely would stay again.
