Perfectly located within the Pedestrian Village

mgarvin14 (Boston, Massachusetts) on Mar 26, 2024

Le Westin Tremblant is one of the best hotel choices among many located in Tremblant's pedestrian village. It's perfectly located about half-way up the hill in the middle of the village which leaves a short walk in either direction to stores, restaurants and skiing. The hotel is similar in decoration and facilities to other high end Westin properties so not overly fancy but modern and updated. It's kept very clean which is no small task with guests coming in and out in full ski gear throughout the day. Every employee we encountered (valet, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant) were upbeat and professional. Special shout out to Pascal from the valet team running out to the parking garage late one evening to retrieve items we forgot. The best part of this hotel is the setup for skiing. Skis are stored for you by the Valet team immediately upon check in. The ski locker room, located on the 3rd floor, is even closer to the ski lifts than the hotel entrance. This makes for a very short walk to begin and end a day of skiing. No need to lug skis back and forth to your room. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great location, TERRIBLE sleep quality. Do not recommend!!

mlsp1208 (Miami, Florida) on Feb 11, 2024

Great location, terrible sleep quality. We stayed here for four nights in a suite. The room was nice, nothing over the top but not disappointing either. Our suite was facing the entrance side of the hotel which provided a beautiful view of the village but a terrible nights sleep, every night. Directly below our balcony was a culdasac that apparently all of the party goers and apres skiers use to enter and exit the village after partying at the nearby club. The noise from the excited patrons leaving kept us up for four nights, until passed 2am every night. When we asked the front desk about the issue, they acted like it was the first time they had ever heard of the issue. Which was shocking and not believable by any means. Another issue we had was how hot the room was. With the AC and fan modes disabled in the room, and the inability to open the windows or balcony door at night for cooler air due to the ridiculous street noise at night, we were sweating every night in bed. The beds linens came with a beautiful duvet that we all wanted to use but couldn’t because we were dying of heat. Overall we would not stay here again or recommend it to others because if you can’t actually get any sleep on vacation, it’s not that enjoyable after a couple of days. It was a very disappointing experience for the cost.

Do not book, manager is rude

mommyoftwins2010 (Tokyo, Japan) on Dec 26, 2023

This hotel is absolutely the worst I have encountered. The concierge does not know when tickets can be delivered, and no one seems to have the patience to listen to their guests. I booked the hotel a few days ago on Dec 22 for checkin on Dec 28 and didn't know the last day of cancellation is Nov 27! I thought it is Dec 27. I fell ill on Dec 26 and had to cancel, they charged me for a one night stay even though I am sick, not to mention the manager there, Chelsea P. is extremely rude, talked over me when I am talking, extremely unprofessional and inpatient, blame expedia/hotel.com for the one day charge when in fact it is them who insisted it, and then finally hung up on me. I will be calling the General Manager Jill M. to complain.

Best hotel in Mont Tremblant!

yarao826 on Sep 07, 2023

A bit pricy but you get everything you need when you go skiing with a family: an outdoor swimming pool to relax after skiing, a small kitchen, dogs are welcome. Rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. We have visited Mont Tremblant 3 times and every time after checking other hotels we choose Westin.
