Excellent location, the bed is very comfortable!

Sunshine827087 (Montreal, Canada) on Jun 27, 2022

We had a great view from our balcony, the room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was quiet, even if it was full, and the staff was polite. The location of the hotel is excellent, you are close to the Village piétonnier and the mountain. Only downside was that we booked a King bed and were given a Queen bed, but we did not complain about it.

Can't wait to go back!

j196 (Lancaster, Pennsylvania) on Mar 27, 2022

We loved our stay at Le Westin! We had transferred over from another hotel further away who had promised a ski shuttle but upon arrival, said that was not the case. I'm so glad we ended up at Le Westin because the proximity was perfect for our kids. We loved being next to the cafe for breakfast and lunch, and really enjoyed dinner at one of the restaurants nearby. The ski lockers were so convenient for coming and going skiing, and the hotel room was spacious and quiet. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We did not want to leave.

Dated room, cold shower

kristenx415 (Washington DC, District of Columbia) on Feb 25, 2022

Not what you expect from Westin, and I’m not talking about the COVID restrictions, because those are understandable and temporary. Most of our issues had to do with the (very dated) room: - Thermostat didn’t work properly, so the only way we could cool the room (e.g. before going to bed) was to open the window…in 0F - Shower was lukewarm no matter the time of day - Noise at all times from upstairs and the elevator apparatus apparently housed next to our bed We did ask to change rooms after our first night and were told it would be impossible. A note on security: one of our ski poles was stolen from the locker room. Don’t leave anything but skis there if you choose to use it. The only positive thing I can about our experience is that the breakfast staff were lovely and the French toast was the best we’ve had. Kudos to them for operating at a high level in difficult circumstances!

Staff with great helpful attitude

Pandamos on Dec 23, 2021

I am booking a trip to this resort and the reservation team is great. Especially Marie-Pier D. who helped me add a roll away bed to my reservation and then modified it after we didn’t need it. The positive attitude can be felt through the emails. I appreciate all the time she took to help me.

Great stay

ancastertravelle2021 (Ancaster, Canada) on Oct 04, 2021

We visited the Labour day weekend and stayed in a traditional room. We had a traditional room that looked into the village. Check in was easy, the lobby is very nice but never spent any time in it, the pool area looked very nice but never used it because it was mainly rainy when we were there. The room had a coffee maker and coffee and a water kettle and tea. They had cups and plates and cutlery. We did not realize that there were more items in the next cupboard over until the morning we were leaving. It was great for having your morning coffee and snacks. The refrigerator in the room was the best we have ever had in a hotel, it actually kept things cold and we had brought ice packs which the little freezer refroze. Parking had in and out privilages. We were located on the third floor and could go directly from the parking garage to our floor without having to go through the lobby and also could go from our room through the skii rack area on the third floor directly into the village again without having to go through the lobby which is a plus during covid. Make sure to ride the Cabriolet which is a free ride that takes you from the top of the village to the bottom. We visited the marina which was really beautiful and also went out for dinner in St. Jovite a couple of nights. We also went to the Scandinave spa which is close by. We had a great time visiting the area, I much prefer this to Blue Mountain as the scenery at Tremblant is amazing.
