Overpriced off season hotel

I stayed in the King studio overlooking the pool area. The room was spacious, had a kitchen dinning room area and living room with gas fireplace a balcony and a Queen bed. The room was also equipped with two huge screen television which ran on wifi and very very slow to change channels and limited. I did not use the balcony as there were no sitting area provided. The views from the room were limited to pool area and hot tub, as trees were hiding the lake . I was able to use the microwave and fridge as the restaurant only offered room service or dinning from 5:30 to 8:00 pm as was more a gastronomic and expensive dinning. They also had a small sandwich and some salads at the bar area open from 11:00 am to late. I did not dine at the hotel because the menu was too elaborate and expensive for my taste. I ended up ordering from a limited delivery options (3) St Hubert, Mike or Benny which was delivered right to my hotel room door. Also there was a coffee maker in the room but not very good coffee and not pods, so bring you own coffee machine if you prefer a quality brand. They did provide a pet bed for my dog and eating dishes which were nice additions. The restaurant and bar also permit dogs to accompany you. Unfortunately, the room temperature was too hot and could not be controlled as well as very dry air. The furnace/ac is also integrated in the bedroom wall and is very very noisy. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows but the pool area has loud music that goes on all night long so you cant open the window to get fresh air for the overheated room. The shower has a rainwater head but there is not a lot pf pressure, so if you have long hair it will take a while to rinse and the gel shower soap was empty which is not something you check before hitting the shower. Overall, a nice hotel, a bit overpriced bar drinks and dinning but it as a nice heated pool, hot tub and large room. Its also steps away from the Tremblant village and slopes. The restaurants in the village were mostly closed at this time of year and most shops. They only have valet option if you want in and out privileges. If your a skier, then this is a hotel very close to slopes but off season its overpriced.
We will return again.

Titanium Elite status got me an upgrade. Complimentary cold breakfast was excellent in Leo, the on site restaurant. Right in the village, the hotel is easy accessible to everything such as restaurants and ski lifts. Concierge Marjorie was very helpful as were friendly front desk staff.
Hotel injury rude staff

Village is beautiful and restaurants are amazing. Hotel is in the perfect location for skiing and exploring the village. Rooms were dated. I was injured at the hotel and the person at the desk was rude and did not help me- shrugged it off and mocked me. Made me feel uncomfortable the rest of the stay and was rude at checkout. It was not relaxing and my injury got in the way of my trip Manager was polite and kind about the situation but the situation continued.
Great Location. Lovely Hotel!

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Luxurious oversized comforter. Great towels and robes. Full sized kitchen extremely well appointed with everything you need to create a gourmet meal to a cup of tea. Large dining table. Our room had a fireplace and private deck. Convenient ski/snowboard lockers at lower level. Spa, outdoor pool, and gym. Bar and restaurant/bar on premises. Steps to slopes, shops, and dining. Shuttle bus to resort casino - - yippee! Our second stay at this property and looking forward to our return. Bureau and closet good for one or two people.
Excellent Hotel in Mont Tremblant

The Westin has just been refurbished and is stunning. The Gym and spa are excellent and there is new restaurant called Leo which is the best restaurant in Tremblant now. The staff are excellent and so helpful and ski-ing was excellent with great snow conditions and plenty of it.
