Beautiful resort with clean rooms. Stores and restaurants were expensive, including room service. Uber delivery for toiletries was great! The Ala Carte room service meals were not tasty. There is a Starbucks on site. Customer Service was excellent!!

Lots of fun! Fantastic stay

This place is huge, clean, and was not busy at all during the week. We were upgraded to a high floor suite in the Delta Atrium and there were additional benefits for elite Marriott guests as well, including discounts and free food at a variety of hotel restaurants. There was so much to do and Soundwaves was a lot of fun. It was extremely clean and we spent several days there. One thing that was interesting is that there are signs about no coolers/outside food at Soundwaves so we bought our food at Decibles, but we saw many families bringing sandwiches, snacks and other food and the staff say didnt anything, even though it was obvious and we heard the pool staff talking about it. We didn’t want to chance it but you would most likely be okay bringing your own food to save money. Seemed peculiar they didn’t enforce the rules. Parking was kind of pricey and the internet was just average overall. It was not fast enough for streaming or zoom calls, and this was enhanced internet. Overall there is plenty to do here and our group of families had a wonderful time.
