Fun place for couples and families. Be ready to get to the pool and beach early to score an umbrella, towels, and lounge chairs.

Great experience with the family. We went for my niece sweet 16 and she loved the water park, lazy river and buffet food. The check in was the only inconvenient part since they weren’t clear. They had said I would receive a text when the room would be ready which I never got. I recieved my key card by 4:45.

The hotel, mini golf, water park and beaches were SO GREAT -- and FREE snorkeling around the beaches (bring your own mask/snorkel)! We saw a ton of fish and turtles and rays. We loved the slides and the rapid river and all the pools. We made the best of it, but we will not go back. We actually left a day early as the staff just made us feel like we were not welcome. They seemed generally annoyed that we were there. (which is the opposite of what I expected!) The food isn't great (nor is the service) and it's really expensive as are the drinks (even non-alcoholic). We spent a lot of time at Shake Shack and eating the food we bought at the grocery store. We did see the pigs with AquaShores (outside of Atlantis). Request Miguel and Ashton -- they were SO FUN and so accommodating.

The most memorable vacation that my Husband and I will never forget and every member of the Atlantis property made us feel welcomed and happy to be there. The great amenities and events too numerous to count made us never leave the property our whole stay. Top tier vacation resort.

Atlantis has truly succeeded in every aspect of what they set out to accomplish — I have to say, it really is paradise! From the breathtaking surroundings to the warm, attentive staff, every detail made our stay magical and unforgettable! They have created such a beautiful place where families like mine can make memories to treasure for a lifetime! A special thanks goes out to Lyndera at Sip Sip! We couldn’t have felt more at home! Lyndera was so kind and friendly, and she made us feel truly appreciated and special from the moment we sat down! She checked in with us often to make sure everything was perfect, and her sincerity really shone through! Lyndera made our lunch so pleasant and memorable, and we’re so grateful for her outstanding hospitality! The staff was wonderful — especially Karen in Guest Services! She truly made my family and me feel like part of her own family! Throughout our stay, she checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were enjoying ourselves to the fullest! She always responded to our questions and requests quickly and kindly! Thank you Karen for everything that you did! We can’t wait to come back and experience the magic all over again!
