I’m here solely to praise Jeffrey the Doorman at Atlantis Paradise. I arrived late one evening with a dear friend who required a wheelchair and several bags - one of them quite heavy. Jeff not only found the wheelchair for my friend, he made sure to connect with hotel resources so we could keep it 24/7 for our entire five-day stay. He then pushed my friend in the wheelchair, and the giant heavy bag, for FORTY MINUTES while we ran into friends again and again and celebrated our arrival to this Magickal place. Jeffrey was gracious, helpful, and an absolute delight throughout the entire process. We would have been lost without him. He is a prince among men and deserves an *immediate* raise and promotion. Thank you so much Jeffrey!

I had some issues with my room and Jamie Ferguson in Guest Services was absolutely wonderful and took care of everything even upgraded my room. The customer service she gave was top notch!

Jamie was incredibly helpful, we are very grateful. She translated for us in Spanish. She was amazing!

Beautiful resort. A lot of fun in the water park and on the beach. Decent sized casino with a variety of games. A lot of different places to eat. Staff was incredibly friendly and polite.

?? 1 Star Review I have waited 30 years to see Atlantis in Nassau, Bahamas. I finally reached a point in my life where I could afford to take my entire family on a cruise so I could finally see it. I even woke up there on my 40th birthday, incredibly excited. We paid $360 for the aquarium for six people, and it was a huge disappointment. The aquarium smelled bad and looked run down and poorly maintained—nothing like what you imagine after hearing about Atlantis for decades. While we were there, my two teenage daughters briefly sat on a nearby beach. They were immediately escorted off, which I understand—but instead of simply explaining that the beach was off-limits, a staff member threatened them, even after they apologized multiple times. When I walked over, the same staff member began reprimanding me and told me we could be kicked off the resort. At that point, I honestly wished they would. I completely understand rules, but the way this was handled was unprofessional, aggressive, and unnecessary. The situation ruined my birthday and completely changed how I view this resort. I will never return, and I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
