Great resort only good dining

papaya63 (Salt Lake City, Utah, USA) on Feb 06, 2026

Atlantis is a beautiful resort and in wonderful condition. The pools and waterpark are also excellent. Service was also excellent except in the dining venues where service was either very good or very poor. As is common knowledge dining is very expensive and including gratuities and expecting 'add on gratuities' is a very poor practice.

Exceptional guest service!

Sommer L (Howell, New Jersey) on Feb 06, 2026

We had the best experience checking in , Cameron helped us check in, I had told him we were celebrating my birthday , he had upgraded our room , and then went above expectations and upgraded us again two days later to a better room, he went above and beyond to ensure our trip of a lifetime was an exceptional experience. Thankyou Cameron ! Thankyou Royal staff, Thankyou Aaron !

This was our 27th year to go to Atlantis. We stayed at the Royal Towers at Atlantis this past trip. The staff is always accommodating and helpful. Its such a beautiful place to visit and we will continue to go there. The staff is so friendly.

Visited for medical convention

Suzanne W on Feb 04, 2026

The Royal Hotel, one of many hotels in this mega plex. Crowded. Architecturally fantasy. Adult and family playground atmosphere. Not quiet and gentle warm breezes. Constant piped in music that was not soothing. Casino and noisy inside excellent and incredibly expensive restaurants. On the plus side, artificial environments for water - oriented activities were plentiful. We loved seeing sea turtles, fish, dolphins, sawtooth sharks (rare), and enormous tanks of sea life without having to put on a mask and snorkel. Pretty good for an older couple with disabilities. One of us swan with a dolphin rescued and flown to Bahamas as Hurricane Katrina survivor. Great conservation and sea creatures rescue work there. Lastly, but very worth mentioning was the kindness and generosity shown to us by the Bahamian staff. Always helpful, kind, courteous, and available. This was an arduous and almost impossible trip to make from West Coast, and we would not recommend American Airlines. That’s a whole story in itself.

Fun great service

scott3560 (Neenah, Wisconsin) on Feb 03, 2026

We had a great stay. Front desk service was outstanding friendly and helpful. Chelsea and Gabriella made it very fun. The weather while we were there was cold and windy but the hotel definitely had enough indoor activities to make it fun
