I was very disappointed with our experience. We paid for early check-in, but still ended up waiting nearly four hours with a tired 6-year-old. Throughout the wait, the front desk repeatedly told us they were waiting for a manager to inspect the room before it could be released. Unfortunately, there was very little communication beyond that, and we were never given an estimated time or meaningful updates, which made the wait even more frustrating. The room was outdated and the shower had no pressure and the toilet kept making loud sounds as if it was going to overflow. The hotel also experienced multiple power outages during our stay, with the electricity going out approximately three times. The pool area was another letdown. The lounge chairs were extremely uncomfortable, with no cushions, making them feel like you were lying directly on a hard surface. Finding available chairs was also difficult because there didn’t seem to be any staff monitoring or managing them, so chairs were often occupied for long periods. Finally, the restaurant options for children were very limited. The buffet and restaurants were crazy overpriced. A more kid-friendly menu with greater variety would make the dining experience much better for families. Overall, I expected a much smoother experience, especially considering the price of the resort and the additional fee we paid for early check-in.

I would definitely recommend staying at the Atlantis. There’s so much to do and see. There’s a variety of great restaurants have vibrant Casino super fun waterpark in a spectacular setting. I feel some of the food and beverage is overpriced. Be sure to catch the Junkanoo parade in the Marina Village.

Rosalie(sp?)on the 12th floor of the Atlantis Royal Towers East was absolutely fabulous in Housekeeping. She paid incredible attention to detail, keeping our room spotless, making sure the trash was always taken care of, and thoughtfully providing extra face cloths and towels to help with our baby. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care truly made our stay feel special. We are looking forward to coming back to Atlantis, and Rosalie played a big part in making this visit such a wonderful experience. Thank you, Rosalie, for your exceptional service and for going above and beyond!
Stay at The Royal, don't waste your money at Nobu and don't get a beach bed @ the edge reserve

The Cove staff was the rudest. The Royal staff the best. Rooms beautiful. Nobu the worst, tiny food for a ton of money, it was my birthday & they gave me 1 piece of mochi with a candle in it, ridiculous! Paid $200 for a beach bed for my family at the edge reserve beach @ the Cove & they said only 2 people per bed, charged me $30 for a chair for my 8 year old daughter & then they took the chair away saying chairs aren't allowed. Waste of $230 & they were so rude, we left. They should issue us a refund for a terrible experience there. Room view was stunning in The Royal, The Dig was amazing, the entire resort was spotless, gorgeous manicured property and the marine life was breathtaking. The sun pool was great, wish they had umbrellas though, we roasted no matter how much sunscreen/rash guards. Kids splash park was great as well as the tube slide going through the shark tank. Definitely a one-and-done trip. Overall great except Nobu and The Edge reserve beach experiences.
Below average

If I'm paying top dollar, I expect top food, service and amenities. This place is a disappointment. 66.33 for two kids to play put put golf. 75.0 0 for an adult buffet. Room was dirty, power goes out and the place just looks worn out. The biggest disappointment is the food. Paying so much for below average meals. Would never visit again. Xcaret in Mexico is just as expensive but 100 times better. Conclusion you don't get your money's worth.
