Exactly what you’d expect

I have been to Atlantis before as a kid. Now as an adult it’s a little pricy for what you get, but overall a great experience.

First time to visit Atlantis and was leery of the cost and crowds. While everything is a bit pricey there were reasonable dining options (Murrays Deli, Shake Shack, Pizza) if you'd like to keep dining costs under control. Property is so big that never seemed overly crowded and was impressed with the upkeep and number of pools/slides.
The over priced trip of the year everything was way over priced compared to all the other places I’ve been this year.

The overpriced trip of the year everything was way more expensive than anywhere I traveled and the staff, especially in the spa were horrible
Casino service, what service

Horrible casino service, all else was fine. Came on a caesars deal, expecting to play enough in casino to get some compa to lower the high prices of food……. Got zero help with bill after high play in casino all week, made for a very expensive trip!
10th Summer

As our 10th summer at Atlantis and with the competition of Baha Mar, you would think you would treat repeat guests better. In addition, staff not as friendly this year, conveyer belts to rides not working, wave pool not working, challenger slide closed. Trash and tubes strewn about. Shower curtain didn't even cover entire tub and smelled mildewy. Plumbing issues with bathrooms backed up and one morning water didn't work in our room.
