The Royal @ ATLANTIS is truly a Beautiful Vacation Destination !! We vacation here twice a year because of the beautiful amenities The incredible water park, abundance of restaurants, stunning beaches, beautiful casino will never leave you out of things to do.

Amazing staff, specifically Donell Romer F&B Casino Manager!! I lost my phone and she was super helpful and attentive. We walked the entire resort looking for it and she made my day a lot better. Thank you so much Donell!!!

The check in experience with Denari was exceptional.

I’m staying at The Atlantis (Royal Towels) to celebrate my 40th birthday. My husband who was to be here with me unfortunately missed his connecting flight so he’s traveling today. Despite that devastation, the check in agent, Chelsea brightened my birthday. She was very pleasant and assured me that everything is going to be ok. She upgraded my room to a suite. Then there was the wow moment!! A few minutes after check in, she came to my room with a bottle of wine and a birthday card. This might been something simple but meant the world to me. Kudos to Chelsea for the great service and going above and beyond!

This has been one of the most disappointing resort experiences I have ever had. For the amount of money Atlantis charges, the quality, service, cleanliness, and overall experience are nowhere remotely close to what you would expect from a “luxury” resort My boyfriend suggested that we stay at SLS Baha Mar instead, but I insisted on Atlantis because of the water park. Unfortunately, the water park was not even good and absolutely did not justify choosing Atlantis over other resorts. Looking back, I regret not listening to him. The rooms are disgusting, dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. Our room wasn’t even properly vacuumed or cleaned, and we constantly had to chase staff down just to get fresh towels. Basic housekeeping should not be something you have to repeatedly beg for, especially when you are paying a premium price The noise is absolutely ridiculous. Construction starts around 8 AM and continues until approximately 5 PM, making it nearly impossible to relax or enjoy your room during the day. If I’m paying this much money for a vacation, I should not have to wake up to construction noise every morning and listen to it throughout the entire day. The service is just as bad. Long wait times, rude staff, poor attitudes, and a complete lack of basic manners or hospitality. There was hardly any sense that staff actually cared about providing guests with a good experience. The entire resort feels dirty, neglected, and completely disconnected from the Bahamas. Instead of feeling like we were enjoying a beautiful island destination, it felt like we were trapped in an overpriced, poorly maintained tourist complex. The atmosphere was so disappointing that we couldn’t wait to leave. The food was honestly disgusting, and everything is absurdly overpriced. I have absolutely no problem paying premium prices when I’m receiving premium service, quality, and accommodations. But Atlantis seems to expect luxury prices while providing anything but a luxury experience. For a resort that charges what Atlantis charges and markets itself as a luxury destination, this experience was embarrassing and unacceptable. The price does not reflect the quality whatsoever. I genuinely would not come back to Atlantis even if they paid me to stay here. We couldn’t wait to leave, and there are far too many other places where your money, time, and vacation would be better spent. Save yourself the disappointment. This was absolutely not worth the money
