This has been an Amazing experience!! Atlantis, the Reef did Not disappoint. Front desk staff welcoming, kind and very professional. Thank you Tiffany!! My room was amazing, beautiful ocean view. Very very clean, thank you Ms. Sonia!! The staff at the Starbucks, every single morning smiling faces!! Seaglass, very nice for cocktails. Great atmosphere. Thank you Special K and staff!! Loved the espresso martini and mimosas!! The Entire Staff at Frezca, you ladies and gentleman are AWESOME AND AMAZING!! The fish tacos, shrimp tacos and cobb salad, delicious. Ms. Indie, You are the Best! Loved my daily mimosas. Ray and Dhaddi up at the top bar near the popping DJ you guys made me laugh so much and Great conversation!! Thank you!! And to all the staff that said Good Morning, Hello , How are you today. Thank you!! As Beautiful as this Paradise is, it's the Staff who are the real MVP's. They get it, genuine customer service. We had an absolutely wonderful experience as a couple on our trip to Atlantis, stayed at the Reef, and it was fantastic, and the use of the kitchenette was perfect. We highly recommend vacationing at Atlantis. Everything was amazing, from the room, the service, the staff, the beaches, the waterpark, the casino, the excursions, the entertainment, on and on, etc etc. We will definitely be returning one day, hopefully soon enough! My family and I had a great time. It's a place everyone should go to at least once in their life. I don't want to go anywhere else but the Atlantis!

The Reef has lost its luster. From a disastrous check-in process, to a lack of support on resolving this issue, understaffed front desk, poolside restaurants closing early and running out of food, slides and pools closing throughout the stay. We’ve been coming here for years and are disappointed with our last visit.

We come here once a year and they never disappoint! Clean, comfortable rooms and great staff! Always something to do and our daughter loves the water park!
