The location of the hotel was very good and convenient for getting around, and the staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay. We appreciated their attitude and willingness to help. However, despite these positive points, the room did not meet our expectations in terms of comfort and overall quality. In addition, the breakfast was quite limited and could be improved, especially considering the price and standard we expected. Overall, the hotel has potential due to its location and friendly staff, but improvements to the rooms and breakfast would greatly enhance the guest experience.

I left a bag in a cab on my way home. The cab driver took it back to Hotel Edison where I stayed. I was called before I left town they had my bag. The hotel Edison sent me instructions on how to retrieve my bag. I was a little confused on the instructions so they sent my bag on their account. I can't thank Eric, JB, Danny, Alex for their help. We had a wonderful at the Edison. Their customer service went beyond what was expected.I will stay there in the future.

This was my 2nd stay in three months and is the only hotel I will book moving forward in NYC. The staff is friendly, the views are amazing, the location is convenient to all the Broadway shows we took in this week. The staff overall was friendly and attentive- especially housekeeping and Rommel- who made us feel welcome and at ease. It's definitly the kind of place where they call you by your name and go out of their way to make you feel like a VIP and then some. The bathrooms were stocked with ample towels and toiletries. Bond 45 and Friedman's (both located within the hotel) have quickly become our favorite and most affordable places in the city. We also throughly took advantage of and enjoyed the complimentary Breakfast Vouchers. I can't wait for my next trip where I will, once again , be booking with the Edison.

Had a wonderful experience at the Edison. Lovely staff, comfortable room, great amenities. There's even wonderful dining experiences in the hotel. Got to meet the Director of Guest Relations, Rommel Gopez, who was very personable and helpful. Will definitely stay here whenever I'm in New York city.

Great service nice guy took bags down fast and was efficient room was nice and had fun with family
