We stayed at the hotel Edison on our trip to New York to get married! The hotel location was really great with excellent travel links, very central yet not noisy considering it’s in Times Square. The staff were superb, from the doormen, security, reception and shop staff. Some stand out staff are Latoya on reception, Kezia in guest relations, the young guy on the concierge desk and the night security on the first few days we were there. I am sorry I don’t remember the security guys name, he was exceptional with our young son. The rooms were very comfortable and cleaned every day. The free breakfast was an amazing touch and both restaurants and rum bar have some great offerings. Overall, a wonderful central and comfortable hotel. We will be back!

We traveled here with our 3 kiddos from out of state for a wedding. We picked this hotel for the location, and it was a great spot! So close to so many things. We enjoyed our stay. We were always able to get up to our room quickly (lots of fast elevators). Our room was clean upon arrival. The house keeping staff did a great job of tidying up our room and giving us fresh towels. The grab and go breakfast from Bond 45 was great! Super quick and nutritious options. I liked how there was security standing by the elevators and you had to show your key card to get past them- made everything feel safer. Check in and out process was quick and easy. My only 2 minor complaints was the slight sewer smell in the bathroom and that the shower didn’t have a door on the back half- it was just glass on the front half by the shower head and then just open on the back half. That created a draftier shower and water splashing out. Other than that, we had a great stay and would go back!

Nice place near Times Square. Was convenient to Broadway show and dinner. Inside restaurants a little pricey however the room and the hotel were great. Bigger room than you might expect in NY.

While the location of this hotel is great, the room was very disappointing. We reserved the “family room” and it was nothing like the website photos. It was old and very cramped. The bathroom was the size of a small closet - you could literally sit on the toilet and brush your teeth. The pros were location, security and breakfast. The cons were the very disappointing room size, no lobby restrooms, and no TVs in lobby.
