The hotel's location is amazing. The rooms are reasonable. Crazy noise coming from outside. Unresponsive room service. Embarrassing breakfast. Overall good. Could be excellent with a few improvements.

We have had nothing but problems since arriving. Initially the bathroom smelt badly of effluent. We moved rooms but were asked to pay 50 dollars more for a larger bed. The new room had no coffee facility, this was soon rectified when a machine was brought. The wardrobe is shared with a safe so hanging availability allows maybe four items. The safe had to be reset to allow us to use. The shower has to be run for half an hour to get warm water. The breakfasts are basic I.e unless you pay to use the restaurant, the grab and go serves basic bacon and egg sandwiches poor coffee and hot water for tea. Our continual complaints to achieve basic comforts resulted in a promise to refund the 50 dollars and give us a bottle of prosecco and some chocolates( this has yet to arrive two days later ). Staff seem very helpful and maintenance staff come out quickly but I think they are paddling upstream in this very tired hotel. On the plus side location is excellent and beds are comfortable.

Location - Times Square 1 minutes - Excellent Atmosphere - Pleasant Rooms and Cleanliness - Not very big room but clean. There was a lady name 'Majeda khan'. I will give 5 star for her kindness, helping nature. She is very polite and ready to help. Value - Value for money Service - Amazing service. Polite staff.

The Hotel Edison is in a convenient location if you want to have great dinners and attend Broadway shows. Breakfast, happy hours and walking tours are all included, so The Hotel Edison is a great value. We have stayed there 3 times now and have had a great experience each time.

The staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to assist, which made our experience in New York both comfortable and memorable. The cleanliness of the facilities, efficient check-in process, and overall ambiance of the hotel reflected a high standard of service and management.
