This hotel is overpriced, poor quality. They advertise as continental breakfast included. When it is a grab and go cheap breakfast packed in a brown paper bag. Internet did not work for days. Noisy air condition

we picked this hotel for the location. I understand it’s being renovated. It might possibly be better after the renovations. we had mold in our bathroom area. We should’ve asked for a different room, but didn’t. Our rooms were large. They came with two king size beds, and were clean other than the mold. our Wi-Fi did not work the whole time we were there.

The staff service was excellent. From the front desk crew to the security guards to the housekeepers. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Special thanks to Rommel Gopez, from guest relations, for all of your help with the reservations process.

I disliked my time at Hotel Edison. The general noise and the over-securitisation of all 'common' areas aside, I thought the service in check-in was absolute abysmal--the ladies were rude, unhelpful, and borderline mocking of the fact I did not have a credit card that was used to complete my booking (although I came for a business trip and a note of the arrangement was made right at the time of booking). The lack of reliable WiFi was another unacceptable feature of my stay. In general, for the quality of service, I thought the price was entirely unjustified.
