The place is small but really nice and friendly. Food quality is good and staff are really respectful and friendly. It is a nice experience.

Excellent resort for families. Lots to do and see. Very clean and very safe. We were concerned about whether the hotel had been impacted by the tragic hurricane, and the hotel was beautiful very well maintained no issues. We lost power one day, but it was quickly recovered and the staff was very apologetic.

We have been members of palace resorts for 25 years.Now residence members. We have been to just about all palace resorts where we are treated very very well .Like kings and queens.Moon palace Jamacia is a bit diferant . There you are treated more like family. The staff there go out of their way to see that you have the best vacation ever.We just returned from 7 days there. We did spa every day.Ate great food every day. Enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and the new beautiful beach.We did non motorized water sports , went on a glass bottom boat and road horse back in the ocean ! They have really stepped up their night time entertainment . Great shows every night ! After the shows at night it's off to see a true musical genius , Andre In the piano bar. The grounds are always neat and clean.Our room was always kept to perfection by housekeeping.Here are the folks who made our stay so memorable.Aimee.Ronnick.George.Kiesha.Nicki.Sabrina.Shawn.Shamar.Andre.Ann Marie.
