Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Perfect for visiting Disney parks!

Everything was great! Staff was very friendly, room was very clean, parking was convenient when visiting Disney for multiple days. The hotel is within walking distance (10-15 min walk) to the parks. It was convenient to have a kitchen in the rooms. Came in handy when traveling with kids to live late night snacks.

The hospitality staff is amazing. We only stayed for a few days, but breakfast was extremely enjoyable. The cleanliness, food, food choices, and especially the staff and Myrna in particular were very hospitable and professional. She became like family during our stay. They also have an awesome happy hour and the bartender was very personable and made delicious drinks. Thank you to Hyatt House front desk as well. Very informative and helpful. And thank you to Myrna for making breakfast so great for us and our kids and putting smiles on their faces every morning! ??
