Active Advisories
Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Good location.

Location was good. Rooms are a little tired and need an overhaul. Carpets need a good clean. Service was lacking. Rooms missed room cleaning twice, and had to request new towels. Also had to make an unmade bed in check in. I didn’t go I. Holidays to make a bed in a hotel
Great Location (for Disney), Friendly Staff
GlennBayArea (Seattle, Washington) on Sep 29, 2023
Super-convenient to Disney (less than a mile to park entrances and easily walkable). The staff is also friendly and responsive to requests. Breakfast is decent, but definitely appreciated as an easy start to a "Disney day." Our room was a bit noisy (from both the road and the room above), so if you're a light sleeper that might be a consideration. Another caution is that if you're a "Word of Hyatt" member, and want to earn credit for your stay or take advantage of loyalty benefits (e.g., upgrades using points), it won't work unless you book direct with Hyatt. Our vacation was booked through Disney/Costco, and so our loyalty status got us (exactly) 2 bottles of water a day, but no ability to earn or use loyalty points. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice for this to be communicated beforehand, since being part of Hyatt's loyalty program was the main reason I chose the hotel (there were several choices in the package). Frankly, I'm not sure why Hyatt would want to turn off their loyalty club members this way - seems shortsighted.
