Truly outstanding family hotel with park proximity. Much cheaper than Disneyland site hotels. The one bedroom suite was excellent for us. The bunk beds were very nice touch for the kids too. The water park is so fun my kids wanted to go there over the Disney park. Highly recommended!

Just came back from Disneyland, and my family was happy I picked this hotel. The two queen beds + bunk beds room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the bench nook/dining table and double vanity. It was well designed to make a family comfortable. My daughter's favorite part of the whole trip was the water park at the hotel (tip: you need to reserve time slots in advance but we had no problems with availability). On nights when Disney has fireworks, you can get a good view from the pool deck. -All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and courteous. -everything was clean 10 minute walk to Disneyland park entrance. It didn't feel that long because there's a steady stream of people headed there same way. Breakfast is not included but there's a cafe on main floor that serves breakfast sandwiches and pancakes in the morning. The only minus was some freeway noise on our side of the building, not bothersome during the day but more noticeable at night. Lots of families so occasional neighbor noise is to be expected. Highly recommend if you're visiting Disneyland.

The entire staff is welcoming and professional. Great waterpark, everyday. Clean and comfortable. Well stocked kiosk & market. Nice design and amenity features. Bistro is very good and fairly priced. Housekeeping excellent. Five nights with family every year since opening (ex-2020 natch). Worth it$$. Back next year!

You can read hundreds of reviews about the hotel itself. This review is for Charlotte Cool, the Manager on Duty. We had an issue that needed to be resolved for our stay in June 2024. I won't get into the details, but I will say - we travel a lot, deal with a lot of hotel managers etc. Charlotte handled it way faster than we expected, and was very helpful and understanding. 5 stars for that. If the Manager on Duty is this kind and helpful to a customer who has not even paid or stayed yet, imagine how nice they are when you are an actual paying customer on site! Thank you Charlotte.

Outstanding hotel! We stayed 8 nights during Spring break and loved our stay! The rooms were huge! 2 showers .. so good to get ready quickly. We enjoyed star bucks, the staff super friendly, the store handy, the waterslides so much fun, the view from our balcony amazing, fireworks and the Matterhorn. The walk to downtown Disney was short. Thank you for helping us create the most amazing family memories!
