The BEST Disneyland Hotel
Tabitha S (Los Angeles, California) on Aug 30, 2024
This hotel is hands down the best hotel for families visiting Disneyland. There is truly nothing negative we could say about this hotel!! We stayed in both a non-view double queen room, and we had a waterpark view, 2 queen suite. Both were awesome and dare we say, we actually preferred the non-view room because it was super quiet (and smelled very clean as if it doesn't get booked often). The waterpark is incredible. My son, nieces and nephews had an absolute blast. The walk to and from Disney is maybe 10 mins tops. So incredibly easy and such a relief to know the hotel could be our home base for naps and parking. The valet rate is the same as parking at Disneyland only here they bring your car to you! Highly recommend this hotel for locals and non-locals. I'm a local and if my family comes back for a full day at Disney, we're definitely booking here again! Shout out to the General Manager Matt Stanley and Front Desk Manager, David, who both went above and beyond for my family. I can't thank them enough!!
Family Friendly Disney hotel that can fit a large family
hatster31 (Los Angeles, CA) on Aug 06, 2024
One of the most family friendly hotels I have been to. We arrived at 9:30 am on a Saturday and they had a 2 queen room available to check into. The room has 2 queen beds and a bunk bed and could easily fit a family of 6. All rooms had 2 showers which is awesome so 2 people could shower at the same time. The water park required reservations which you could easily do online. It was a lot of fun for kids with slides, water play area, small pool and hot tub. The hotel also had a bistro and grab and go onsite. A Mimi’s Cafe was located right outside and McDonald’s is a few doors down. This was a 10 minute walk to Disney front gate. It’s not super long but not short in the summer heat and if you have kids. The walk back did seem long especially after walking around Disney. I don’t think it’s too feasible to walk back and forth multiple times with kids. My kids loved the bunk bed and water park. We got a late check so we spent two afternoons at the water park and two mornings at Disney. We could see parts of the fireworks from our water park view room. However be warned that the water park view rooms are a bit noisy because they are open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm with screaming kids. Really great place to stay if you have a big family and want plenty of room and have time to use the water park. Wake up early and get to Disney when they open and you will be able to go on a ton of rides the first hour or so.
A great place to stay for Disney guests!

I was blown away by the level of service at this hotel conveniently located in walking distance of Disney! Sure, I expected employees to be acting happy - it's mostly Disney guests! But they were all truly wonderful - nice, smiling, and quite a few went above and beyond for us. One such employee was Jacob at the front desk, who helped us out of our confusion re and manage our Marriott Titanium Elite welcome gift. The hotel is super-clean. There are water bottle filling stations, which, as a non-one-use plastic person, I love! The rooms are set up great for families. As I was in a room with just two adults, I appreciated that I was able to get a real drinking glass instead of the paper ones. Housekeeping is only every other day but I like saving the cleaning water and being able to leave things where I want them without them being moved. We were stocked with plenty of towels in between. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for Disney guests and I would go back!
Disneyland visit

Truly outstanding family hotel with park proximity. Much cheaper than Disneyland site hotels. The one bedroom suite was excellent for us. The bunk beds were very nice touch for the kids too. The water park is so fun my kids wanted to go there over the Disney park. Highly recommended!
Great stay! Wonderful little water park

Just came back from Disneyland, and my family was happy I picked this hotel. The two queen beds + bunk beds room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the bench nook/dining table and double vanity. It was well designed to make a family comfortable. My daughter's favorite part of the whole trip was the water park at the hotel (tip: you need to reserve time slots in advance but we had no problems with availability). On nights when Disney has fireworks, you can get a good view from the pool deck. -All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and courteous. -everything was clean 10 minute walk to Disneyland park entrance. It didn't feel that long because there's a steady stream of people headed there same way. Breakfast is not included but there's a cafe on main floor that serves breakfast sandwiches and pancakes in the morning. The only minus was some freeway noise on our side of the building, not bothersome during the day but more noticeable at night. Lots of families so occasional neighbor noise is to be expected. Highly recommend if you're visiting Disneyland.
