We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. The room was well-maintained, the amenities were excellent, and the food was delicious with a good selection of options. The overall atmosphere made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to Josephine at the Gift Shop for her exceptional service. She was friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Her professionalism and positive attitude made our experience even more memorable. 5 stars for Josephine! We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend **Courtyard** to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant hotel experience. We look forward to staying here again!

We've stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Anaheim Theme Park Entrance twice now, and we'd definitely come back. It's a good choice for a Disneyland trip, especially for families. The biggest highlight is the room layout. The bunk bed options are perfect for kids, and having both a refrigerator and microwave makes it so much easier to manage food The location is hard to beat. It's one of the closest hotels to the Disneyland main entrance, making the walk to and from the parks quick and easy without needing a shuttle. The hotel itself is very family-friendly. The water park is a fun for kids, the fitness center is clean, and every staff member we interacted with was helpful. A few things kept this from being a five-star stay. We had some issues with our room key and door lock, although maintenance responded almost immediately and resolved the problem. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain during our stay. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and the hotel/valet can get fairly busy during peak Disney hours, which is understandable given its popularity. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.

5 stars for Courtyard!!! I have stayed here twice. This is the first time that I will share our great experience here at Courtyard ,It was amazing and We loved it!It was fully renovated!Our room was awesome!It was fantastic!To just sit on the balcony and enjoyed the views and the people coming and going,so relaxing!The fireworks are great!The rooms,the beds and bedding are very nice, clean ,high end and extremely comfortable.The waterpark ,my Kids loved it and the Bistro ,the food was tasty!The valet parking was convenient and most of all, all the staff here in Courtyard are wonderful!Excellent service,very respectful and helpful!I want to thank Josephine in the Gift shop for her huge patience for every kids that stopping by including my kids.Josephine recommended and offered the bouncy balls to try on and They loved it and the kids wanted to buy it too,She was so kind and helpful,She helped me to find some stuff that I needed .Thank you Josephine! You awesome!She has an excellent customer service!Absolutely gonna comeback soon with my friends,Highly recommended 10 out of 10!

Check in was not ok had to wait until 5 when stated 4 really rough when you have small kids traveling tv did not work properly everything else was ok loved the water park and distance to Disneyland parks
