The hotel was extremely clean, from the guest rooms to the common areas. The staff was super friendly at every level, from the front desk to housekeeping. We stayed in a fourth-floor room with two queen beds and bunk beds, plus a balcony with a great view of Disneyland Park. The room looked recently renovated and was very quiet—no noise issues at all. The location is perfect, with an easy 10-minute walk to the Disneyland front entrance. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Avery at valet was awesome and very attentive! Shout out to Avery and Jesus for making this experience extraordinary! Would recommend this valet to others.

Nikki White was amazing! She helped us adjust our rooms when we arrived, making sure we were happy with where our room was located and our view. The entire staff was friendly and we were so impressed by the hotel, will stay there again!

We've stayed many times at this hotel and we're always able to stream an Apple TV or Roku. Management informed me they ripped out all hdmi ports from tv. We wouldn't have stayed for two nights on rainy days at the park with that type of set up.

We are paying a premium rate and have stayed at this hotel many times. Unfortunately management has ripped out all of the hdmi inputs into the tvs. Weather is bad the next 3 days and if I knew management was going to go cheap on WiFi we would have stayed elsewhere. We've stayed many times here but per Jalen in management they have removed all hdmi inputs into tv. Not good when you have kids and spotty weather for a few days.
