Great rooms and common areas. We rented because of the resort pool area claim. It was pretty good except the actual pool was a skinny short little pool far from what a resort pool should be and is at every other place I’ve been to. They need to take care of that because it falls way short.

The rooms are spacious and the amenities are great. Our trip got off to a great start as we were welcomed by Avery at valet who helped us to the room with our luggage. He was very friendly and informative!

There are many things that make this Courtyard great. All of the hotel staff we interacted with were extremely helpful & nice. The room had bunk beds which was great for a family of five. The room was spotless and in flawless condition. The entrance to Disneyland is a 10 minute walk. The hotel has a water park on site which the kids loved. There are many great restaurants within walking distance. On our last day I was relaxing on a chaise lounge by the pool in a nice shady spot I found, during which I could see several housekeepers cleaning the rooms. I noticed that they would throughly clean the glass, door frames, door tracks, not just a cursory wipe but a deep cleaning. I realized why the room was spotless and why the entire facility is so clean and well run, this hotel has an amazing management team which makes your stay all the better!

Good walking location not far to main entrance to Disney park. Room was very nice and spacious kids loved it.

We had a great experience! It is a very family-friendly hotel. Nice menu. Nice bar. Two stores in the lobby filled with convenient items. Laundry room. Nice pool with slides. The bunk beds were a HUGE hit with our kids. Easy walk to Disney. Our trip was given a great start after a long morning of travel when we lucked out with Avery being our valet. He was so welcoming, excited, and helpful! What a great way to get settled!
