Kevin makes quality drink and is a great conversation! We only stay at this hotel because of the great experience every time, any time of the year.

The hotel was clean and decorated beautifully. I highly recommend this hotel for your Disney stay. The waterpark was a huge hit with my kids and I loved grabbing my Starbucks on my way out every morning.

Great location, clean and amazing amenities. Alondra at the Starbucks coffee cart area went above and beyond for me both mornings while we were there. She was friendly, warm and took extra care to make sure we were satisfied every morning. Thank you Alondra! You were the best.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The spacious room and beautiful views made our stay very comfortable and ensured a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was great too!Holiday decor was superb! Thank you to Josephine from the Gift Shop for helping us find everything we needed. She was incredibly hardworking, very kind and handled many guest very well, even while she was busy. Her friendly and accommodating service was truly appreciated.We were impressed of her hospitality.She was awesome! Definitely We had a wonderful experience and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained and the location was very convenient. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and all the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We have stayed here twice now and will definitely come back again. A special thank you to Josephine from the Gift Shop for making my daughter’s Balloon birthday package extra special and my daughter absolutely loved it! We also truly appreciated her recommendations for some great restaurants nearby.She is so friendly,helpful and awesome! Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. We highly recommend Courtyard to others.
