We were absolutely impressed by the service and accommodations here at the Courtyard. Penny in the gift store, Diego from room service, Joseph, Kevin and Janine at the Bistro/bar were awesome. But the one that impressed us the most was Elena at the front desk she was very kind, patient and just a genuinely great person. Thank you to all. Erik & Angela

Best walkable location to Disney area. Friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel! Excellent water park was a pleasant break from the heat of the day! Second time here and will definitely be back!

The location of the hotel is excellent if you are going to Disneyland! Great staff too from check in to Housekeeping! Holiday decor was top notch! Love the waterslide and pool area for the kids to get a break from a long day of walking and waiting in lines at Disney. Overall a fantastic hotel!

Everything from our room to staff was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. The waterpark was a huge bonus in the August heat. We were two adults and four children. All needs were met.

We had a great stay here at the Courtyard. Everyone was polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. Plus, the waterpark was my kids' favorite! Obviously, the best part was the Gift Shop, which has a great selection of novelties. My kids loved it. We always stopped by for a quick sweet treat, like ice cream and snacks, before heading up to our room. Josephine was always there to greet and help us. She is so charming, patient, and very helpful. Again, thank you Josephine for helping us! You are awesome! Five stars for everyone! We will be coming back soon!
