Room was nice, and clean. Twin beds weren’t as comfortable as we thought they’d be. But queen bed was fine. Was not very happy about the closures around the hotel that we were unaware of and made it inconvenient to not be able to walk the normal way to the pool area. We had to walk all the way around in uncovered areas, sometimes in bad weather conditions. The water park area my kids loved but the pool was almost impossible to swim in with so many people. I know that will probably get better when construction is done on the new pool and slide area. Parking was a little iffy as well sometimes there was no parking in our building area. We needed extra towels and sheets and we did get them in a good amount of time brought up to our room.

There are definitely pros and cons so it really depends on what you are looking for. This property is dated and could be much cleaner but the pros: 1. You get 2 free kid entrees with every adult meal in the restaurant and breakfast buffet. This was nice as we traveled with several young kids. 2. The pool and water park was clear and sufficient for all the kids! 3. Decently close to all the large theme parks. Cons: 1. could be cleaner with a little effort and less dated with some paint. 2. Our elevator never worked the entire time we were there so packing luggage to the 5th floor was frustrating but manageable. 3. My online confirmation was much less than the total actual bill when we checked out. It does not reflect the taxes on resort fees and parking.
