Room was nice, but unexpected daily parking fee was overpriced. Presentation and multiple options for breakfast was nice. However, quality of food was not that much different than hotels who offer free continental breakfast. Customer service was good.
Needs updating and working elevators

Longest line upon arrival! My family and I got to the resort around 9 pm. We were told expedia overbooked the hotel, so we received a $50 credit to spend in the hotel for the inconvenience and stayed in a different room that night. We had to go to building 4 floor 4 and only 1 elevator worked out of 14 buildings!!! We get to the elevator, and of course, there are people waiting. We end up walking up the stairs with the suitcase and all! The next day, I asked for a room on the 1st floor by the pool, and they did, and it made the stay much easier. The pool is nice but cold. The staff at this resort gets a 5 star, the staff is very polite and accommodating. The building is in much need of fresh paint and some updating. I give this hotel a 2 star and the staff a 5 star.
