Not What We Were Hoping For

Margaritaville in Orlando was not the trip we were hoping for. First, our check-in time was an hour and a half late due to our room, not being ready. Next we had issues with our heating and cooling in our room for our three nights that we stayed. We had maintenance people in and out of our room the entire time. We did not get a good nights sleep due to it being too hot in our room at night for three nights. The resort front desk was very apologetic and gave us free drink coupons and breakfast coupons but not getting a good night sleep made our stay not pleasant. The only bright spot during our trip was a very kind server in the Euphoria restaurant named Carlos, who was very attentive and kind. The food was good too.

Breakfast at euphoria was marvelous with our family of four. We had exceptional service from Stephanie who insured our children’s food came out first. Enjoyed the chicken and waffles and breakfast flatbread. Children’s portions are very large and great selection.

We had an amazing stay at Margaritaville Resort Orlando, and one of the highlights was our breakfast experience at Euphoria Restaurant. Carlos, our waiter, truly made our mornings special. He was friendly, professional, and always attentive to our needs. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from timely service to great recommendations. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made us feel welcomed and well taken care of every single day. The food was delicious, the atmosphere relaxing, and Carlos’s outstanding service really stood out. Thank you, Carlos, for such a great experience—we will definitely be back!
Amazing value, amazing staff!

The staff went above and beyond and were so friendly. Anytime we needed extra items - toilet paper, trash bags, etc. they were quick to deliver them. If we needed help with maintenance (I.e. the battery in the smoke detector went out) they were there incredibly fast. The staff were so friendly and helped make the experience incredibly. The rooms were clean and affordable but the staff were really what made the experience great. Thank you again!
Don't bother, it's not worth it

Worst hotel I have stayed at and that's saying something. First off let me start by saying the managers at the front desk are amazing, really helpful and very friendly, however the other front desk staff are totally incompetent and far from friendly. Let me summarise my stay. Go to have a shower and everything is empty ! No shower gel, no conditioner all empty. Call reception and the housekeeping arrive with the wrong stuff. After another visit it finally arrives. Go to go out that evening and use the moisturiser in the wall and guess what empty!!!! Remember you pay a hefty resort fee here so you expect at least the amenities to be full. Cannot sit on the balcony as 90 percent of the hotel is taken up by cheer leaders and they are either practising right outside our room or screaming from the balcony above. Go to reception to see if there is a chance to move and the man on reception is beyond rude, whilst I was speaking to him he immediately cut me off to laugh and joke with another colleague..... beyond rude! Fridge in the room is leaking bad and ruins a whole pizza that we were having for lunch and now for the last kicker. Go to check out and say to the receptionist could she please check the bill as there should be 2 nights resort fees returned and a 50 dollar credit to which she just replied uhuh, bill was printed and on viewing it I immediately spotted that the 50 dollars wasn't removed, she produced another bill showing a 50 dollar credit and I confirmed with her that this would go back on my account and she said yes. Just checked my credit card statement and at first I thought my card had been compromised, called my credit card company and guess what they not only did not take off the 50 dollars they actually charged me!!!!!! So instead of my bill being 277 they have charged me 377!!! How incompetent can you get. This was not the wonderful experience I had envisaged when booking this hotel and will now have to go through my card company for charge back. This could be such a wonderful place but the lack lustre and incompetence of some (not all) of the staff leave this 2nd rate at best
