Booked a 5 bedroom premium cottage with Rentyl in February 2024 and paid in full. Travelled from Canada. We were sent emails saying they couldn’t wait to welcome us as well as a pdf welcome booklet with instructions. On check in day today (August 30th 2024) Rentyl sent an email cancelling our reservation with no explanation or offer of alternate accommodation. Went to the actual resort as we thought it must be an error. It was no an error and there was not anyone we could speak to on the phone from Rentyl. They only have an email address and they would not reply to expedia who it had been booked through. Spent 4+ hours trying to resolve the situation and fine somewhere to stay. Missed the non-refundable day we had booked at H2O. Ending up paying over $1,000 more for a four bedroom townhouse with no pool or balcony and with ants everywhere. This is my first negative review for an accommodation but I can’t say enough how terrible the experience has been and the complete disregard of cancelling a 5 bedroom premium cottage rental the day of check in.

I stayed at this resort and it provided an excellent service. The facilities were second to none and I had a very pleasurable stay. Upon check in, we were given a complimentary upgrade which was very kind of the resort, this made the trip exemplary and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 14 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is very relaxed and quiet and is in a great location with restaurants and live music only a short walk away. The room was cleaned daily and the amenities are good for room only. The fridge was a nice size and very powerful so all our food and drinks stayed nice and cold. The pool and the pool staff were great and attentive. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

What an amazing hotel We had such a warm welcome and were blown away by the luxurious entrance to this hotel. So grand with all the lighting! The rooms are so spacious and beds so comfy. The view was gorgeous too! Lovely friendly staff and great coctails. The location is also really great walking to shops and restaurants Cannot recommend highly enough Thank you for a great stay! I recently stayed in Margaritaville Resort Orlando and was incredibly disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was filthy, with stained sheets and chairs, dust, and dirt on the walls, glass on the patio, an empty shower gel dispenser, and mold on bathroom ceilings. Additionally, the bathroom flooring was warped and coming up. While the lobby was clean and smelled fantastic, the walk from the lobby to the room was unbearably hot due to the lack of air conditioning outside. Not fun when you are hauling luggage. I emailed the resort to inquire about the typical room standards.  I want to disclose the general email address customerservice@margaritaville.com shared 3 email addresses with me to contact the Orlando resort directly.  Orlando has been unresponsive.  A response from Orlando would have been appreciated and gone a long way in how I feel about the resort now. I am very disappointed with my stay at Margaritaville Resort Orlando and would not recommend it to others. The cleanliness and overall condition of the room were unacceptable, especially considering the price.   So I ask you yet again Margarittivlle Orlando, is this what customers should expect from you?
