Great breakfast!

Stayed at Magaritaville Orlando for 5 nights and had breakfast in the Euphoria Restaurant every morning. Great food, great service, especially Tatiana! Açaí Bowl was wonderful!

Food was AMAZING!! And not just that waitress was incredible always checking up on us to see if we need anything! Food came out so fast and so good!!

Multiple time visitor, very disappointed this time

We have stayed here a few times and at a Margaritaville multiple times over the last 10 years. I have to say this was the worst experience we have had. We were offered the option to try for an early check in for a fee, we were denied and not charged, that was fine. Check in is at 4. 4PM came and went and our cottage still wasn't done as they were "still cleaning it". It was ready closer to 5 and we headed there. When we arrived, the first thing you saw was jelly on the floor with hair stuck in it. Not clean. There was no welcome folder with expectations like we are used to. Our pool skimmer was broken, making it impossible to clean the pool. Other than sleeping, and one day, we didn't spend much time at the cottage. We did spend 2 days at the main pool, and one of the days it was great, the other day no one even acknowledged us and we went to the bar to get our own food and drinks. On the last day, we were up early to head to the airport, and when I went into the kitchen, there was a huge cockroach crawling around- thankfully it got stuck on its back. I called immediately to let the front desk know, and he was super nice, saying he would note it for the manager. I called 6 times throughout the day, being put on home for 20+ minutes and being told I would get a call back before I finally got through to David. He apologized but brushed me off, making it out like it was not a big deal. He eventually agreed to refund our daily report fee for each day. We ended the call- he refunded one day of resort fees totaling a little over $42. Apparently having cockroaches in your cottages isn't a big deal to them but I was grossed out and afraid we brought some home with us. We have always loved these resorts but will need to think carefully before staying again after all this.

Decent resort but not excellent. Staff friendliness especially at the front desk needs to be worked on. Room 250 is subpar as it’s over the parking lot and drunk people kept me up all night. Also, the street lamp right outside the room shined through the blackout curtains. Was not a good room for sleep or rest. Room could not be changed. Was expecting warmer staff and more hospitality. Wouldn’t come back based on comfort of room and staff.
