The room was so clean and smelled fresh!! There were many activities planned during the day and into the evenings. The weekends are hopping here! I'd like to give a shout out to Kaylee who provided excellent customer service during our stay!!

I needed a one-night stay before a conference and picked this hotel for its location. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, and I didn’t need much. We arrived after a 7-hour travel day at 11p. First off, the lobby was amazing. Absolutely beautiful. Then the staff was awesome. Randall at the front desk was great. Very helpful, very sweet. There was another staff member there, and we were all chatting and laughing. Seriously made up for a rotten travel day. Randall hooked us up with a room on the first floor by the pool (5 stars, Randall!). I left for my conference the next morning, but my husband and kiddo stayed for the waterpark. We had no idea they had one, and it was free with the hotel. Holy moly. It was fantastic. My son RAVED for days about it. It wasn’t crowded even though it was spring break. I’d rather spend a day here than at Disney. I wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll be back. Pick this hotel. You will not regret it.

While this is a very lovely resort with clean rooms and adorable atmosphere, one must be super super careful if you book through a 3rd party and pre-pay. The resort will charge you again for the full payment + the incidentals (of course the $200 incidentals are normal). Also, the restaurant will pull a bait and switch if you want to pay via credit card instead of your room. In general, the staff members are extremely friendly; however, their billing practices are something to be desired and you MUST review your credit card for double payments. If this occurs, they will call it a miscommunication or that it is their practice for you to be charged by the 3rd party and again at check in, but it will come back to your credit card. Then, one must spend a lot of time trying to recoup your money back. Just a precaution to take. We would love to try again, but we are apprehensive. There are many places to go in the Orlando area.
