Loved the place. Beautiful safe surroundings. Will definitely go again. You can walk around the site with no problems. Homes have great aircon and are nice and clean.loved it.

Came to Orlando for a few days to relax and check out the resort. Great places to eat at Sunset walk. Clarissa and Jordyn were great bartenders by the pool!!! Very friendly and nice to everyone. Great family trip! We’ll be back………………………………..

Great pool drink service from Kat! Was sad when she had to leave. It's my birthday weekend, 4/20, & she gave me a pineapple pin!!

One of the main pools was closed for construction - We were not aware of this prior to arrival, which may have impacted our hotel decision - There were heavy crowds at the other large pool and a lack of seating or shade availability. Trash overflowing and the wait staff was overwhelmed. - The slider door in our room was broken. Unable to close after opening. - We paid a different price to have a premium pool front balcony room, which was now not useable. - Dee with the Maintenance Staff visited the room to confirm the fix required multiple workers and could not be completed before our departure - The right side Jack and Jill sink was backed up and would not drain. - There was a significant amount of hair in the shower drain left from the previous guest - The ice machine on floor 5 was not working. - At approximately 9:30 that evening, there was a heavy presence of police activity for a situation that we were able to hear and view from our balcony. One person was arrested and EMS was onsite. One sheriff had to drive his car onto the sidewalk by the pool to track the suspect and make an arrest. Bottom line, this is not a family-friendly hotel and most certainly not worth the price paid.
