Have stayed here multiple times. EXTREME disappointment. From the cheerleading event practice on the lawn just outside of our balcony starting at 8am with a raging loud speaker, to the massive amount of kids running into you, cannon balling and running right into you at the pool deck without care. Could not get into the hot tub as no less than 30 kids 12 and under were in there, jumping, playing games etc. peeps that read this may be like omg they are just kids but we should be entitled to our space and chill time too. I understand and I get it but we were unable to have any chill time at the pool/hot tub and had to leave. Had our items thrown off a lounge chair by kids and staff would not do anything about it. Apparently no pool rules apply. There was no quiet time on our balcony at all. Paid extra for a king suite and not only wasn’t it cleaned properly it’s in complete despair. Tiles missing from the floor, dirty couches, horrible and uncomfortable bed. Will never stay again and will stick to the cottages from now on. So much for a celebratory anniversary trip. Can’t wait to check out tomorrow. Worst review I have ever written on trip advisor and it’s 100 percent honest.

We rented two of the cottages for our family trip and they were the perfect size with everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. While we had a great time, I wish we had known two things ahead of time. First, the cottages are not close to the amenities or the nearby restaurants and shops like the hotel is. We really didn’t feel part of the resort at all. It is walkable but everything is at an inconvenient distance for sure. Second, the free shuttle to the Disney parks are through a 3rd party. You need to reserve your spots to and from the parks and the times they run are limited. It sounded like a great service when we booked, but we couldn’t even use it.

We had a great time pool-side at MRO. Our sever Emily was outstanding! She was very attentive and made sure we never got thirsty.

It’s so nice it’s hard to leave!! This is our second time at Margaritaville Resort Orlando and won’t be our last. It’s clean, it’s beautiful, it’s fun, the staff is amazing. Activities every day, live music both day and night. Outstanding pool. Loved all the food. Our waitress Oriana was THE BEST!! So good we made sure to request her section every day there. The room was clean, great balcony room and the most comfortable bed. Location is great with so much to do from the sunset walk right next door to free shuttles to the Disney parks. Love it here and already plotting how to get back!! Noise was never an issue. And the price was perfect for all the resort has to offer

America is renowned for excellent customer service - this was lacking for us at check in and check out. Both times staff were dismissive and disinterested. When we checked in we saw everyone else with little cocktails - we thought they were a ‘help yourself’ but couldn’t find them so just left it. On check out we got chatting to a lovely guest in the elevator who was on his 4th cocktail of the day and informed us they were in fact complimentary and given at reception - not a great way to make guests feel welcomed and appreciated when not everyone is treated the same. On a positive, the room was very well appointed, clean and modern. The pools were immaculate and enjoyable. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful but I’m not sure we’d go back due to the inconsistencies in staff.
