Great resort with only a few hiccups ! Loved it overall!

We love the amenities at this resort. At the larger pool there is live entertainment and fun activities along with a bar and food. The smaller pool is laid back and quiet. Provisions in the lobby offers single beers/drinks/waters along with snacks and breakfast and lunch meals. Euphoria has a wonderful breakfast (we did not eat there for lunch or dinner ). We loved the live entertainment at night at the euphoria lounge. Walking to Sunset Walk was great ! We ate at 3 different restaurants there and also enjoyed a great live band for free in the common area ! Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. The gift shop is amazing with a large selection! Loved hearing Jimmy Buffett music playing in the lobby. We had a welcome rum punch and were treated to a complimentary room upgrade with a pool view. We also took advantage of Margaritaville perks ! If you don’t know look it up ! Great perks for members ! The 2 issues were #1) we returned to our room to find that housekeeping had not closed our door all the way. We thought she was still in there but she was finished. Unsettling to know anyone could have walked in our room while we were gone. #2). Our check in employee at the front desk was amazing however the girl who checked us out at 6:50 am was not very nice. She was obviously aggravated that I wanted a print out of my charges. I like to look it over before I leave just in case. I asked a couple questions about the resort credit and she said “YEP! It’s on there!” Never said thanks for staying, have a safe trip home or anything. She just seemed aggravated. I told her thank you and have a good day and she did not respond. Despite this ,I would definitely return to this resort and recommend it. It’s my favorite Margaritaville and I have stayed at several ! Fins up!

I was hesitant about writing a review because I know how detrimental it could be to people booking. I wanna start this off by saying I tried every single remedy to rectify my situation with the hotel to no avail. Me and my son traveled to Margaritaville in April when we returned home that night my son had bites all over him. I brought him to the pediatrician the following day and they told me that he was bit by bedbugs. The bites were on his arms and his legs . I called the hotel numerous times and nobody answered the phone and I was told to leave a message. I left several. I kept calling and calling and calling and was not receiving a return phone call my last attempt to contact the hotel. I did reach Someone finally and explained my situation, his name was Leo. It’s now almost a month later and not one person from the hotel has contacted me. I find this extremely unprofessional And absolutely disgusting. I have never had something like this happened to me before and I have to tell you it’s extremely frightening. We stayed I believe in room 215 or 218 .
We love Margaritaville,however they have scammed us…Beware!

We are very disappointed in Margaritaville Orlando. In March we were there celebrating my sister’s 50th birthday. They charged us for 2 rooms that were cancelled well before the cancellation date. They connected us to a 3rd party reservationist,which we had no idea of this. Beware of scam! The 3rd party will refund us if Margaritaville will simply send confirmation number of cancellation. Margaritaville has not once followed through with any phone calls or emails to them or us. Considering we had our wedding 3rs ago at the resort in Ft. Lauderdale….they have tarnished our memories!

Julian made our morning with his positive attitude and amazing service The restaurant should have more employees like him. The food was delicious. We ate dinner there twice and breakfast once. We highly recommend this restaurant to all!!!!

Our plans changed and I had to cancel beach cabana rentals. After 2 weeks and no refund, they told me it got "stuck in the system " and they would manually refund my money. Instead of a refund, I was charged for 2 more days. They now owe me $644.96, and NO ONE answers the phone. I have emailed the activities desk 6 times with no response. I will obviously be disputing with my credit card, but we were repeat visitors who will never go back.
