Check in was given the keycard got to the property, no one explained anything about the property, had a few issues which we had to get sorted out such as a broken safe, ironing board had been jammed in behind the washing machine, not that clean with popcorn lying under the sofa as well as a few cockroach’s around the kitchen area, once inside the property no lock on the outside door, $143 on checkout bill but they say this is for cleaning after you leave the property,and is included in total price when you book but strange appears as a separate charge on check out bill,strange when you don’t pay a cleaning fee when you check out a hotel room, member of staff on check in didn’t appear welcoming or interested just gives you the key card and a map and off you go. Wouldn’t stay here again

We recently spent a week at the Margaritaville Orlando Resort and were extremely impressed with our overall stay,l. We typically don’t provide online reviews, but felt so positive about our stay that we wanted to share. We were very impressed with the overall customer experience at the resort, and this ranged across multiple departments. We spent multiple days at the Fins Up pool and our two children LOVED the pool. Jeff, the kids club director, was AWESOME, and made us all feel enthusiastic and engaged with the poolside activities. Jeff is talented at his job and the resort is lucky to have him. The Salty Rim pool bar and Euphoria Fish House staff were all great. Tricia at the pool and Chuck at Euphoria breakfast were exceptional. Customer service is one area we always have high expectations for, and few meet our bar. But the staff at Margaritaville Orlando certainly did.

Kensey was very welcoming and informative. He greeted me and family while yet making each feel the personal attention. I also enjoyed being greeted w with adult beverages along with beverages option for children or non drinks. Thanks Kensey

Kency at the front desk was very welcoming and so accommodating. We had a very long and frustrating day of travel from Nashville so Kency’s warm welcome was a much needed contrast to what this trip had been so far. There was a discrepancy with the reservation that he quickly handled and resolved. After trouble with the airline, delayed flights, and the rental car mishaps, I just didn’t have anymore energy to work through another issue and he took charge and handled it. He probably could tell that I was completely depleted from the day and thankfully quickly and quietly resolved everything…and with a welcome drink to boot!

Visited with my husband for a long weekend. Again really enjoyed staying here again. Great service - slow check in but remedied with drinks & drink vouchers. Lovely grounds to go for a wander around. Room was spacious and clean, really enjoyable stay. Will return
