Amazing experience through the Omni resort. The staff was super attentive to their guest and the experience was fully immersive.

Stayed from 2-5 Feb 2026 and overall the resort has great facilities and sporting amenities and activities for corporate events and families. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s not many restaurants though and not alot of shops at the resort - no pharmacy but there’s a deli on Lower Level and small gift shop behind reception) with the nearest local shops 17mins walk away. Biggest let down to my stay was housekeeping. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay, they only changed the bath towels, made my bed and emptied my bins. My bathroom wasn’t restocked with cotton buds etc and the floor wasn’t cleaned (could see gathering of hairs still on floor) and I had to wipe down the vanity basin for the whole 3 days. I had to wash my glass tumblers and ask for bottled water, disposable paper cups and coffee capsules everyday.

We visited the Omni for a large soccer event with our daughter. At one point, as she had new cleats, she was in need of a shoehorn which we did not have with us. After checking the on-site stores we visited to front desk, wondering if the golf club might have one. A few staff were unsure, but Katherine took charge and immediately called the golf club to inquire. While she didn't get an answer immediately, she stayed on it, texting us of progress and sure enough delivered a very nice shoehorn to our room within a few hours, free of charge. She provided amazing customer service, and the majority of the rest of our stay was no different.

Very nice hotel and incredibly helpful staff. We were upgraded to a Villa and it was exceptional. The villa has a washer and dryer in each room which is a great benefit. The hotel is quite large and its footprint is huge. An area of improvement would be to take more time on check with guests highlighting where the restaurants are on property and informing guests of the Publix shuttle.

Overall hotel is beautiful with many amenities except when hosting a soccer event and you have elderly people who have to walk long distance. The bell service only provided a ride to the end of the walkway not to the soccer fields. My mother and father-in-law are both in their 70s and 80s and had to walk to get to the fields. I would have expected the hotel to provide shuttle service for ADA accommodation for them.
