Hotel good concierge bad

David R on Sep 25, 2024

The hotel generally was very good, we enjoyed the pools but the food and bev whilst good quality was limited in choice with two of 3 restaurants closed during our stay and limited menu at David’s which we thought also very expensive. Our problem was the hotel concierge which sold us park tickets but then refused to assist us with Disney when we tried to get a refund after Disney offered a refund via them. Turns out although the desk is labelled concierge it is a third party operation and nothing to do with Omni, it even has a sign which says if the desk is unmanned go to reception however neither the reception staff or the Manager who tried to help us could not do anything to assist because it is not associated with Omni. Had we known this (we were not told) we would have purchased tickets directly from Disney and we would not be out almost $500

Very Expensive

markchris2ferson0916 on Sep 20, 2024

This property is very nice, but you are going to pay for it. A 12oz can of Coke is $4.30. A bottle of domestic beer is $9-$10. A Tee shirt is $40. If you don't mind paying Disney World prices than this is the place for you. Nice property, but too expensive for my blood.

What a memorable stay

979mlopez (Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Canada) on Sep 18, 2024

I would like to say in my stay I honestly felt super appreciated by your Loyalty ambassadors. Lilly & Laura went out of their way to make me feel special and even made my birthday special by sending me treats to my room. I turned 50 while i was in Orlando for the NPTC Safety Meeting so i did not celebrate it. I also have to point out the attention I received from Teresa from In-Room Dinning and Ruben from Trevi's restaurant.

Nice hotel, good for conferences

Candice K (Bonita Springs, Florida) on Sep 16, 2024

Nice hotel, went for a conference and never left the building while we were there. The room was a nice size and the beds were super comfy. I used the fitness center which was nice and had hardly anyone in it. The pool looked really fun as well and has a lazy river that looked fun. The on-site food was not the greatest however. We ate at the restaurant and it was not good quality, the deli cafe had okay food but was pricey and the lines were long. Also, the food at the evening banquet catered by the hotel was lackluster and the starter salad seemed like it had been sitting out for several hours. Lastly, the bar was not open until late in the day and there were no other options for an afternoon cocktail between conference events. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel for conferences in the Orlando area.

Thank you Maria!

Emily S on Sep 16, 2024

It is always a pleasure staying at an Omni resort. This visit was particularly outstanding thanks to Maria Romero. I was enjoying breakfast at Trevi’s when Maria noticed I was sitting by myself and decided to introduce herself. Her kind gesture personalized the experience and the extension of her warm hospitality made me feel at home. There are many nice places to stay in Orlando. I remain a loyal guest due to sparkling personalities of the staff. Thank you, Maria! You made my stay!
