I just wanted to say that Quartez is one of the nicest most responsive and professional front desk people I’ve come across. He made going over our room bill and checkout sooooo easy! I definitely would come back and tell others to stay here based on that alone, not to mention how amazing the pools are, the hotel is and how good Croc’s food is!!!??! Thank you Quartez for make my wife(who is pregnant) and my stay pleasant.

The entire Omni team was spectacular! They were accommodating, helpful and friendly the entire stay. Quartez checked me in on my first day and he was a blast, quickly got me settled and ensured I had every bit of information I needed. I would highly encourage Omni for a business trip or a family vacation. I will definitely come back!

Having stayed at other Omni resorts, I had high expectations for the Orlando resort. The room was somewhat dated, specifically there was rust in the bathroom, the chair in our room had rips in the leather and the dresser had seen better days. Housekeeping was exceptionally loud in the hallway and atrempted.to enter our room despite having chosen to opt out of daily services. The grounds around the lazy river were littered with empty drink cups and cans. Additionally the adult pool was anything but relaxing due to the large group of intoxicated conference attendees. On a positive note, the.pool staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food and drinks were exceptional.

This is an excellent property for business or leisure travel. The front desk team was terrific and the hotel is beautiful with a lot of amenities.

Read a couple of reviews before booking the Omni and it read that service was lacking. This was no where close to what we experienced. My wife and I needed to stay two days there before going to Disney for a wedding. We got in real early and the staff was so nice and got us into a room at 11am. The food staff and bartenders were friendly and great! Pools were clean. They had a great adult pool and the lazy river was awesome! Food was great and the hard drinks were strong! We needed a late checkout and without hesitation were given one! My wife and I travel a lot and I will def. be back at the Omni! Great place for kids too...next time we are going to take our grand kids!!!
