We received the best service from, Trisha, Jodi, Cassidy, Jeremy, Ruben at the hotel. They all made the difference in our stay at the hotel. Trisha made our experience at the Trevi's absolutely wonderful. We had a great time and Trisha's service was second to none. Jodi, Cassidy, Jeremy, and Ruben took such great of us at bar by the pool. We all wished we had more time to stay. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our friends.

All staff interactions were stellar. It was the "behind the scene" were they fell short. Holey sheets, dirty glasses left in the room and never replaced, no amenities provided. They have bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall in the shower that remained empty during the entirety of our stay.

Whether you’re going to Disney World, or a getaway golf day, or attending a conference, Omni Champions Gate is a great place to stay!

I was actually pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The rooms were neat & clean but a bit dated. Nice to get a welcome basket & bottles of water in the room. This is a very large hotel and there were many events going on the weekend we came. That made the hotel seem very chaotic at times. What I didn’t like is that you are forced to pay to self-park your car and there were no spots anywhere. We had to park so far away. You can’t have events going on & nowhere for the paying guests to park! When the events were done, the parking got much better & the hotel was less chaotic. Then we were able to use the pools without all the crowding.

Absolutely Wonderful hotel!!! Very professional and kind staff!! The resort offers many amenities to make your stay very special. Thank you to all the staff who went above and beyond to make Labor Day Weekend a truly memorable one !! God Bless
