It’s a great looking resort, with beautiful grounds, but so many small problems I was left thinking the property was not worth the cost. Let’s list: 1. Valet parking $50-night extra 2 Self Parking $38/night extra 3. Resort fee $43/night extra 4. Maid left our door ajar after cleaning. Literally, anyone could’ve walked in to our room for hours! 5. Lobby bar closed both nights of our two night visit 7. Zen Asian restaurant closed both nights of our two night visit 8. Trevi Italian restaurant closed one night of our two night visit 9. Concierge was a 3rd party contractor, who was just there to sell theme park tickets. Could not recommend any restaurants. 10. Front desk staff seemed indifferent and aloof. 11. No turn down service unless requested. 12. There was no place in the building to get an adult beverage before 4:00pm. Only pool bar and golf course restaurant. Neither were in the actual hotel. Any two or three of those would not be a problem. But when you get to 10-12 in a two night stay, it is frustrating and clearly a poor value for a supposedly high end hotel. The bar staff at David’s steakhouse was very good. The bell staff was good and knowledgeable. So it wasn’t all bad. Be sure to add $100+ on to your room rates for parking, taxes and resort fees. You will be charged!

My wife and I come to Omni Orlando every year to celebrate her birthday. This place truly feels like a home away from home and always brings us some much needed R&R. The staff is incredibly hospitable, and genuinely strive to make sure your stay is as memorable as it can be. Special appreciation to Angel, Marcelle and Sandra who always go above and beyond to make sure my wife feels celebrated on her special day. Thank you Omni Orlando!

This hotel is amazing! Service was the best I’ve ever experienced and Angel was amazing. The staff goes out of there way to make the stay truly memorable. 20 out of 10 starts

My Partner and I came down for a few days here in December and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The Area is beautiful, quiet. We ate downstairs at Trevi's for Italian cuisine, and Alex took great care of us. Our extended thanks to the staff who went out of our way to ensure that we did not go without. Rueben at Croc's bar on the resort just about convinced us to miss our flight lol. Thank you again to The Omni Resort Staff who helped to make our time in Orlando very special.

Everything was great from our arrival and the team outside to the desk and everyone in between. Fred helped us with our luggage and basically gave us a verbal tour of the property. We met some friends and teammates at the bar and had great service and the food was outstanding. Had burgers and a steak and both were fabulous. Burgers were so good we ordered again the next day. The Eagles nest was very nice for a team get together and the food and service was outstanding. We hosted a holiday party for our our work team and everything was great. This is actually our 3rd year to host this party and it may have been our best yet. Property is beautiful and comfortable and the team there was always pleasant and helpful. A very nice experience!
