Best hotel experience I’ve had and on a whim! Stayed here over a period where we were due to have a hurricane in the gulf. This staff… literally what can I say that would do them justice. La Naja & Marcelle - chefs kiss amazing at check in. The room and resort was impeccable. I loved the pools and slide. The restaurants were so amazing. You don’t need to step foot off this resort. Another shoutout to Nick in valet. Couldn’t be a nicer more welcoming staff. I didn’t want to leave!

Overall it experience was superb. The front desk check in was questionable when information from Mathias (concierge) was disputed. Also, van shuttle from Epcot was a fiasco. Spa was tremendous and Annalise treated me as royalty. Double closet doors only one would stay open Bathroom lighting needs improvement and no grab bars Martin at pool area was pleasant and friendly Happy I had experience

Simply AMAZING!!!! Sammy.....BEST MAN ON THE PLANET!!!! Can't THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR AN AMAZING DINNER EXPERIENCE!!!! Food was AMAZING and SERVICE WAS OVER THE TOP!!!! Resort is INCREDIBLE and staff UNBELIEVABLY KIND!!!!

TREVI'S ITALIAN RESTAURANT This was possibly the absolute best dining experience EVER. My family (Wife, 3 Cats and 1 Dog (Pet Sitting for a friend) had to evacuate our condo located in Clearwater, Fl due to the potential impact of hurricane Idalia. We landed about 80 miles inland at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, Fl. My wife and I were celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary, so I made a dinner reservation at Trevi's. While casually walking thru the resort I met Nabil. At the time, I did not know who Nabil was or his connection with Trevi's. Let our experience begin! The entire staff was truly amazing, we couldn't ask for better service or food quality. It will be an anniversary to remember. I want to acknowledge the following Trevi's Employees Nabil, Trevi's Food Services, Director Bri, Trevi's Restaurant Manager Valarie, Our Friendly and vibrant Server Chef JC, Jonathon. Jonathon came out to our table and introduced himself and spent an amazing amount of time casually talking with us. The food and service were Above Board, Top Notch.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Omni. The staff went over and above to help- a special shout out to Nick, Kadeem and Eric at the Valet who were always friendly and ready to have a chat! Marcus and Matt who drove the shuttles to Disney were also amazing and made our journeys fun. The rooms were spacious with good amenities. There were always beds free at the poolside to relax in and the wave pool/lazy river were a highlight. The kids loved the slide as well! A lovely holiday!
