Kurt and Quartez were very kind and helpful !!! They were able to help with anything we needed. They made this trip easier and more pleasant. Would definitely come back based on this good customer service alone. Omni is my new go to!

We celebrated our anniversary at Trevi’s inside the Omni at Champions Gate. The food was amazing and the service, stellar! Ivan was incredibly attentive, efficient and knowledgeable about the menu. He also honored us with a special dessert! Lovely evening.

Out trip was amazing. The staff is awesome, especially Jermaine who was a server at the pool. He was so friendly and truly went above and beyond every time we interacted with him. Overall a wonderful and relaxing trip.

Jermaine in the pool area was amazing! We searched for him everytime we came back to the pool because his service was amazing!
