$125 experience for only $300. Chaotic entry and parking with rude attendants

Clean but so is Motel 6. Large rooms but Hampton Inn has spacious rooms. Chaotic parking and check in process.
The resort is so geared towards extracting every cent by pushing their valet services that the check in and parking experience was an absolute disgrace. No traffic control out front, no clear signage, rude valet attendants. They keep blocking off areas of the self parking lots to the point where there are no available handicapped spots available. We met other couples there and one of them needed handicap parking. The self parking lot with handicap spaces was closed and being used exclusively for valet parking. When they pointed this out they were told they could valet park. Some of us don’t want people driving or being in our cars and nobody should have to submit to invasion of their property in order to avail themselves of legally mandated handicap accommodations nor be forced to spend $45 a night plus tips for the indignity. Self parking is $35 and it is not unreasonable to expect the legal minimum amenities.
With hundreds of rooms they have a paltry 2 charging stations which when I tried to find them were in a cordoned off portion of the lot. Really? TWO SPACES?
Going to the rooms is like exploring a rabbit warren. Finding your room is like negotiating a labyrinth. Heaven help them if there is ever an emergency and people need to evacuate the building.
This was my first and definitely last stay at this resort. I can think of many better experiences that cost north of $300 a night.
For a good time AVOID this one.
Just had to move rooms because property refused to address noise complaints - unacceptable

Staying here now - won’t be back. We came for a soccer tournament and my daughter’s birthday, and we were barely able to sleep last night as our neighbors were having a drunken party well past 2 am. When I put on a robe, knocked on the door and asked them to be quiet around 1, a man answered red faced and visibly drunk saying they’d turn the music down. They didn’t, continued blasting music and slamming doors. I called the front desk four times asking them to intervene (last call to them at 2:17). The front desk rep told me during the 4th call that they would “evacuate the room” insisting that we shouldn’t be inconvenienced.
Imagine my shock receiving a note under our door from hotel security the next morning saying they “were not able to hear any loud noises.”
I guess I was calling all night for no reason.
The next morning I spoke to front desk manager Marcelle who was quite pleasant but seemed to know little about the previous night. She was happy to move us to a new room so my husband, two kids and I packed up all our stuff and moved to a new room while the loud, unapologetic drunkards remain. Why weren’t they moved? Better yet why weren’t they asked to leave the property after receiving multiple warnings (as the manager told me she’d learned they received after my complaints).

It’s a great resort! You need to visit Sammy at Trevi’s! He is amazing! Such a good meal and great amazing service! The atmosphere is perfect for a romantic dinner out. You don’t need to leave the resort for an Italian feel and Sammy really helps make you feel at home!
Impressive front desk staff

I had booked my stay at Omni Orlando at ChampionsGate for a conference several months ago, and had received a confirmation from the site from which I booked. However, when I arrived, for whatever reason, there was a different name under the same reservation number. Immediately, Amina and Destiny handled the situation with grace, persistence and professionalism. Due to the confusing situation, and their efforts in trying to rectify the situation, there was a significant wait that had transpired, while I was at the front desk. However, they were incredibly gracious, and demonstrated poise throughout the entire circumstance. I have not seen professionalism in the business sector quite like this in a long, long time. They ensured my satisfaction and even provided some additional benefits at the resort due to the inconvenience that had been experienced on my behalf. But it wasn’t these actions that impressed me or made me happy; it was their maturity in handling something that was challenging, and the way they displayed a sense of duty and responsibility in reconciling the matter.
Additionally, we had family checking in later during our stay and they made extra effort to ensure their room was right next to ours.
We felt like Destiny and Amina were looking out for our needs at every turn and made every effort our stay was particularly enjoyable. This hotel is very fortunate to have such young professionals working on their staff.
Do not book a villa

We were totally disappointed when after giving our car to valet and bringing all of our luggage into the resort only to find out that we had to reload our luggage and drive to the villa where there is no valet , no one to help with our luggage
Once in the villa it wasn’t difficult to realize that the unit was a very old privately owned condo in a rental program
If this is the type of accommodations your happy with you would be much happier booking on Airbnb at a fraction of the price You could probably stay for 3 or 4 nights for what I paid for 1 night
