Unfortunately, my daughter and I were unable to shower for two consecutive days due to boiler issues at the hotel. The shower water was brown, cold, and had an unpleasant smell. I was not notified about the problem until I complained, and even then, I had to explain that we had been unable to bathe for two days. This was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable, especially since the hotel should have informed guests immediately and offered a solution or accommodation. I hope management improves communication and addresses maintenance issues more promptly. Other than that the hotel was absolutely beautiful, rooms extremely clean, food was delicious, and a lot of activities for all age groups. Please be aware that daily parking is very expensive!!!

We had such a great stay here with our family! Everyone was so welcoming, but I especially want to shout out Jordan at the adult pool. He really made us feel noticed and taken care of the entire time. He was constantly checking on us, making sure our drinks were always full, and his personality made our time at the pool that much more enjoyable. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

The entire experience was amazing! And extra shoutout to the entire crew at Trevi's restaurant! Teresa, trisha, darim, and everyone else who made dinner a great experience!! You all are appreciated!

Mrs. Noemi is truly one of the most compassionate and kind people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She made our stay feel so warm, welcoming, and special. The hotel was beautiful, peaceful, and provided such a wonderful experience. I’m truly grateful for the hospitality and care we received. I’m really looking forward to staying here again.
