I I stayed for a company event, and it was amazing. The room was great, the food was excellent, and the staff as well. Javier Pantoja was very good.

Florida It was alright, was a bit lacking in flavor and less bread options. Loved the banana mousse pudding, and other desserts.
A very cold experience...literally, don't forget to pack your thermals

One constant source of annoyance for me during this stay was extremely insufferable ambient temperature in the rooms and restaurants in the hotel. I visited during a fairly pleasant session but staying in the room or eating at a restaurant felt like a punishment with uncomfortably low temperature maintained in all parts of the hotel. In the room ac setting allows you to go up to 26 but no matter whatever you do temperature stays under 20 degree. In the restaurants my feet went numb in my shoes with almost freezing temperature. Not sure if this is the normal for hotel staff or local people but not even trying to acknowledge the problem and do anything about it was disappointing. There were lots of other issues but I don't even feel like writing about them considering how awful it was to just stay in the room or dine in the restaurant.
