Taken Back!

Thank you for reaching out! Honestly, I was very disappointed and not happy with me stay. From the time I checked in towards the time I checked out was not a good experience. I have stayed at resort before and never experienced discriminating behaviors twice during me stay there. My 1st experience was when I was waiting to check in, then had to deal with room issues (hot water not working and air and had to move to another room the next day), and 2nd discriminating experience was when I was waiting to reserve for a Cabana in the wave pool area.( The young last customer service was horrible and I am still taken back! If it wasn’t for the gentleman that witnessed how she acted and even helped me, I would have basically filed a complaint and check out that day! I was there for my child who was in camp and I will be following up with them as well about what happened at your venue and they will be just as surprised as I have been still.

Poor 4th of July service!

Traveled to the Omni many times in the past, each time just seems to get worse and worse. Our last visits was during the hack which had everyone going crazy, but we understood and didn’t expect much. But couple of days after we kept getting charged for another parties account. Another person with the same last name somehow got our card on file for their room. We were told we had to wait for that person to pay their bill before we could get our money back! Absolutely ridiculous we spend 2 weeks trying to get it resolved. They gave us a free night so we went back 4th of July, the communication between front desk and pool employees is embarrassing. We were never told we needed wrist bands, once we got to the towel hunt we weren’t told we could not go in, I’m 6 months pregnant and walking long distance is becoming difficult. We were send back to the front deck to get them. After the night fireworks I informed the front deck that I had lost my wrist band and was told by 2 different people that I wasn’t going to need them and that it was just for the 4th, they were WRONG. I woke up early the next day to get chairs by the pool like I do every visit, once again I was not let in, I had to go back and forth with the towel hunt to be able to at least put my stuff down on the chair while I go get everything fixed, once back all of my stuff had been removed and other people were sitting in the chairs. I was told because it had been more then 45 min my bags were removed. We were left with chairs in the back by the basketball courts where their are no servers, again I had to walk back and forth to get food and beverages.

My Omni Stay

Overall our trip to your hotel was very enjoyable. All of the amenities were very nice and accessible for our daughter and granddaughter. Staff members were very polite and helpful, with the PPMD conference going on it was easy to see that your staff members were treating everyone with politeness. Especially like to mention how organized your food staff was in set up and removal of dining for the conference attendee's. I would definitely consider the use of your hotel at another time for my wife and I to come for a time to relax. Thank you for a great stay. Gregory Petrusko

Beautiful Hotel

I spent two nights at the Omni Orlando Resort. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The rooms were comfortably appointed, and the hotel was very clean.
