Free Disney shuttle from Omni is a joke. It’s a 14 passenger van that runs once every 2 hours. We asked about the shuttle at time of reservation and were told it ran regularly and was readily available. Upon check in for the weekend we found that all rides before 11:00 AM were already full. I would not recommend planning on their shuttle to Disney. Hotel is nice and clean.

I like take this opportunity the relate my experience with anyone that like to hear it. From the moment one enters the hotel grounds nyou are impressed just by the mear site. The main building reminded me of the Biltmore hotel in Cora Gables Florida, except, at a mutch greater scale and spaceous look inside. There were many guess in the lobby which looks impressive but welcoming. The staff was courteous and helpful and everything looked clean and spotless. My room was super nice and clean. I can go on giving accolades but there is so much more that I cannot fit here. The meeting rooms are gigantic and the crew that manages them are top notch. All in all, I felt confortable, safe, and wanting to stay longer.

All the wait staff was very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Fernando at the golf bar, Nikki & Sofie at Crocs, and Emily at Trevi’s who provided us excellent service. The deli staff should also receive praise for quick service! The fitness center is exceptional with an extensive variety of machines. The only suggestion I offer is to replace both stationary bikes in the fitness center with cushioned seats. They are ridiculously hard and uncomfortable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was so accommodating, and the room was so clean and newly remodeled. The restuarant was incredible. Overall it was such a nice stay.

I book my hotel reservation on October 3rd through October 4th at Omni Resort in Orlando to celebrate my husband, myself and my son birthday. All of our birthdays are days apart. Initially when I booked the hotel reservation back in June 2026, I was told that the package I got included breakfast for 2 mornings which was for Saturday and Sunday morning and child eat free and gave me my total amount. When I got to the hotel to check in I was told that I only book for breakfast for Saturday morning and I advised that it's not what I was told over the phone I went ahead disappointed and paid for additional breakfast for Saturday morning and three breakfast for Sunday. I was not okay with it but wanted to do it to make sure my family eat as it is only 3 of us. On Saturday morning only 2 breakfast purchase was bill and on Sunday only 1. When I got ready to check out I ask for a refund for 3 breakfast since only 3 was used and rep Dillion or think that was his name was very passive and dismissal stating I will have to email the manager and I can't get my money back. I advised that was not told to me and I ask to speak to a manager. He stated she was busy without checking. The young lady next to him name Diamond went and got her manager Marcelle and was able to refund half of my money back almost $100.00. I hope this review finds them getting a bonus especially Diamond she was the opposite of her coworker, polite and willing to help me. She should always be working in the front desk and being one of the face of Omni Resort Hotel. We need more people like her as well as her manager Marcelle for understanding. Because of these 2 I wouldn't mind coming back to visit.
