Very outdated hotel. I have no idea why such an expensive hotel looks like it wasn't refurbished in twenty years! I will say with certainty that this is not up to JW Marriott standards. I was shocked at the despicable nickel and dime approach of charging a resort fee, AND a parking fee... And then having the audacity to charge $15 per person for the little boat ride. It's winter, there was nobody in the pool, and yet there was still a bandaid on the cement near the pool, and dirty towels sitting around... It was as if nobody was working there at all. I stayed here twenty years ago with my family and we loved the place, my kids thought it was magical. Now I'd call it silly. A waste of money, an unpleasant experience, a disappointment. Not only will I not come back here ever again, I will think twice before I book another luxury Marriott hotel.

Grounds are beautiful and the backdrop of the mountains is inspiring So many things for the entire family to enjoy Tennis cardio clinic with Stacey was amazing Pickleball with the family was fun and meals have been great Room with balcony overlooking the pool and mountains is a great way to start the day

Our stay was perfection! We did a quick weekend getaway for our anniversary and had the best experience! We got a gorgeous upgrade to a pool view suite, the room was so spacious and had amazing amenities! From check-in to check-out every staff member we interacted with was so kind, personable, and genuine. The Mikado restaurant was delicious and spectacular! We truly want to highlight Mr.Sherwin at the bar, Maria at the restaurant, and Maverick from the bell staff! This staff is truly the kindest we have ever come across! We WILL be back.

This is a very nice resort hotel. We had a great time. One major complaint concerned the management or lack thereof of pool usage. There are two large pools and a back deck with two spas. We thought one pool would be a family pool and the other would be adult only. However, both pools were inundated with kids. On a second day at the pool, we asked the concierge if there was a quiet area. He directed us to the back deck. Good at first until it was also inundated with kids playing in both spas. I always thought persons under the age of 16 could not be in spas unsupervised and small children should not be in spas at all.

Had great private lessons from Stacy for me and my two kids when we were staying nearby. We’re at very different ages and levels, and all learned a lot in a short period of time. And Stacy had a ton of energy to keep the kids focused and engaged. Will be back!
