Very beautiful resort. Wonderful, friendly hardworking staff, delicious food and drinks, excellent location, pool and beach fantastic. Our kids had a great time playing in the waves at the beach. All the staff are extremely kind, polite and welcoming. The drinks were VERY good. Would HIGHLY recommend this resort. I would definitely go back.

Kid’s club is awesome!!!! They do a lot of activities!! My two 5 year’s old enjoyed it !!! Lupita and Lesley were so nice and fun with the kiddos. The whole hotel is amazing! It’s paradise!!! A lot of things to do for the whole family. And the food is very good.

This hotel offers a great balance between price and service. The rooms are simple but very well maintained. The cleanliness of both the rooms and public areas is excellent (note: I brought my UV light and everything was spotless!). The food is what you’d expect from a budget all-inclusive, but the flavor is good. The drinks are also in line with what you pay for. It’s absolutely SPECTACULAR how they took advantage of the landscape to provide stunning ocean views. I highly recommend the Sunset restaurant to enjoy the beautiful sunset. Another highlight is the friendliness of the staff — they genuinely care about making you feel comfortable. The hotel is all-inclusive, and that’s the only option available. However, if you decide to spend a day exploring outside or doing other activities, you won’t feel like you’re wasting your money. Even without using the all-inclusive for a day, the price (at least what we paid) still makes it a great deal. Note: I traveled with my kids (5 and 8 years old), and they had a blast too!

A wonderful resort containing all you’d need to have a great time on a budget. More than enough food and drink. A customer to far more entertainment during the day. Employees seemed to be put out when asked to do something. Only down side. You have to make your own fun at places like this.

The Mexican Bingo with Max and Guadaluape was the best Mexican bingo I have ever played. It was entertaining and a good way to pass the time while our room was getting ready to check in. Max calls a mean game of bingo and Guadaluape, his lovely assistant does a wonderful job of assisting
