We loved our 7 days here. Hotel is immaculate and every staff is very friendly and helpful. Many staff have worked here for 20-30 years which is a good sign of good employer. The location was perfect for us . Huge beach and 15min walk to the Malecon and shopping. Whales were jumping and turtles were hatching. The food was really good and always fresh. Fatima and Wendy at front desk were helpful. Bartender Alexis is great. Really everyone was terrific. Will definitely return.

We chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the Malecon boardwalk. Pricing was the lowest directly through the hotel rather than other booking sites, but at $269 USD / night I have no other comparison as this was our first all-inclusive. On arrival, the hotel is quite nice, with a comfortable lobby, and open air walkway to the beach side of the resort. Unfortunately, immediately after a brief check-in, we were intercepted by the concierge staff who attempted to talk us into a membership "presentation" with the enticing offer of various membership benefits just for attending. It was not the best time as we were just looking to get to our room and refresh from the hot commute from the airport. Other than that initial slightly negative experience, everything else was quite pleasant. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The amenities are all one can ask for. As the buffet has a limited selection, and doesn't offer any premium options, I would recommend making reservations at one of the restaurants. Although they have limited menus, they offer much better quality meals. There are multiple pools, and poolside bars, as well as an entertainment schedule for around the pool area if you wish to participate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and might consider it again if we can find better pricing promos.

They Don’t Like Foreigners! Treated us Like Second-class Guests and an Inconvenience. No one Speaks English. They are Only Nice to Locals.

Our server Catherine has been super lovely. This is our second time at this hotel and we are planning on coming back next year. Lupita in entertainment department was fun and a great game host. I wish the hotel could give her a wireless microphone for pool activities so we can hear her better :)
