This is one of best experiences we have staying here for the forth time we love staying here every time looking forward to our next trip

My stay was absolutely wonderful, equal parts adventure and rest when at the hotel. Andrea was responsible for my room and she was very respectful. Friendly and quick, she was in and out as needed and wonderful to chat with. Excellent job with the room.

Overall content with our stay. We were only there a couple of nights. Our room appeared to be in need of remodel or re-tiling of the bathroom. Mold was present.

Stayed in the hotel for four nights and very happy with my stay. Convenient location. Bus stop to Downtown was closeby. Happy with the facility and amenities. Lots to do and see in the area. Too bad it was overcast whole time I was there and did not see the sun set.

This all inclusive is far from ALL INCLUSIVE where do I start? Or the Pool was small to say the least and when the hotel is full there is not enough room for half the people! The pool needs to be cleaned badly it had a funky smell and you would be swimming and the staff would be pouring chemicals in while your swimming! You could barely see your feet! This is not an all inclusive resort this is a Hotel with an all inclusive option! The food was sub par! We had spent two weeks in Mexico before we went to the hotel and never got sick once but after eating one meal here both my husband and I were sick the rest of the trip!! We were very careful with what we ate but it didn’t matter we could not get away from the stomach issues! The one Ala Carte restaurant that is on site is the tiniest I have ever seen you are out in a room with 5 tables and there is no A/C the food here has some nice flavour but tiny! My kabob had two tiny pieces of beef and three shrimp. I mean the potions were so small!! The buffet needed help there was two dishes with meat and they were the same dishes every meal there was crepes or pancakes for dinner every night there was no AC in the buffet room and no ice on the buffet to keep things cool and some of the dishes were not kept warm enough. All around the food was very disappointing. I went to the desk and asked if there was anything they could do but they never did! The room was ok nothing special but good enough except there were cockroaches so not a great experience.
