Rooms were very nice and clean. Traditional Mexican flair. Food was not to my liking and very limited variety. Found the meat to always be tough, not enough salad options and too many sweets. Omelet bar was very good but having to use the app was annoying as I didn't always have my cell phone with me.

Awesome experience!! All staff outstanding!! Rooms well maintained as well as the pool. Dining experience excellent- the à la carte room was served by Alfredo bobadliia and he exceeded all our expectations!! Highly recommend!

This property is in need of a major upgrade. The dining room chairs are worn and torn and delapitated , the taps in bathroom were loose , and the TV remote worked haphazardly. The food was barely adequate, the desserts were of poor quality . Worst of all was the 10 days of severe diarrhea that both myself and my wife suffered, even though we did not eat or drink anything outside of the hotel. Needless to say we will not be back to this hotel

I had a great experience with my stay here. The hotel is very peaceful and relaxing. The location is great for walking and it is right on the beach. The staff are all very attentive and kind. I also had the pleasure of being helped by Daniel L. I forgot my headphones in my room and he helped mail them back to me. He was very communicative, kind, and professional. I look forward to booking with them in the future!

We really loved staying at the Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel & Mexican Charm in Puerto Vallarta for a week, even though it was just 2 days after the Cartel violence but everything was back to normal and of very high quality at the Hacienda Buenaventura! All services were fully operational and up to their very high standards, as was the case throughout the city of Puerto Vallarta when we went out to explore. You’ll love your visit to the Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel & Mexican Charm too! It’s very safe and the people there are great!
