We had an awesome time at Hacienda! Our rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The restaurant area was always clean and well stocked with a good variety of food .The shows in the bar area were entertaining! Carlos Quintero is an amazing staff member who made our experience even better !

I absolutely loved this hotel,my new favorite,I went solo for 3 weeks,was not sure about my room,miss Laura transfered me to a beautiful room,king size bed satin comforter,top of the line silent air conditioning,nice TV with cable movie channels and plenty of English stations.super balcony overlooking beautiful garden and nice warm pool.it All staff was 5 star attentive,at pool shout out to Neeamis,Carlos and Eric,who went out of there way to serve us like kings,they delivered even to my balcony my super Smash Burger and fries made by Chino at the grill. Best service anywhere !!! And the beautiful beach,drinks and snacks and amazing service again with super sweet shuttle driver but was so close I just walked.I especially loved the old charm of hotel and dinning room with soft romantic music and the lovely Mexican Fiesta on Saturday night accompanied by super Mexican signer,was really dreamy. The buffet was great with the order by the app eggs of your choice and many themed dinners,all in all something to please everyone,Can't wait to go back !!!

First time doing all inclusive and we chose Hacienda Buenaventura. Since were a family of 4, I got the least expensive package(others $400 more) and spend our savings of $1600 to do different activities.

Excellent choice for travel to Puerto Vallarta, staff was really friendly, food was awesome. Beach area, not great looking! There is no gym unfortunately.

This is our 8 time I'm Hacienda Buenaventura, we love the location, the entertainment and the friendliness of all the staff members. It's clean, quaint and very easy coming from the airport. I just wish that since we are past guest the management would offer special perks like additional discount for our lotalty.
