The resort is well-kept. It's a very clean resort. Super fun water park and the pools. There is a place to get ice cream next to LA Bamba restaurant (water park area). The kids love it. Room--We stayed at the Club building with a one bedroom suite. The room is spacious and the balcony is huge. We rarely stay in the room though. The bed is a lil squeaky when we moved around that's prob due to they have mattress protection. I am guessing due to its a family resort with lil ones. Our son is in the potty train stages so it helped us not to worry about wearing a diaper to sleep. The restroom is very clean (for our room), I couldn't speak for other rooms. Food---The reason why I gave 4 stars are due to the foods and reservations. The foods were ok, not great compare to other resorts. However, our 3 years-old son love the buffet foods. He was eating so well there. If you have lil kids and teenagers, they prob like the foods. We've got to eat at all the "nicer restaurants". I would rate 9/10 for Italian restaurant, 7/10 for steak restaurant and 7/10 for Mexican restaurant. You have to wake up early and make reservations at 8 AM on a Sunday to be able to eat at those restaurants. I've been to a lot of resorts and this is the only one that does that. I think it would be an excellent resort if they change the way they make the guests make reservations. It's such a hassle because all you want is to enjoy your vacation. Eating pizza and buffet everyday can get boring. Entertainment-- they have something going on everyday which is nice for toddlers- teen. Your kids will enjoy it. My son loved this resort. Michael Jackson show is very good, please go see if you get the chance. We loved MJ show the most. It's usually on Thursday. We've been to Las Vegas multiple times and this show is comparable to Vegas shows. Pool--- excellent pool and a fun water park for my 3 year old. He loved it. You need to reserve your chairs early before noon or else no chairs left. Drinks-- best quality drinks we had were at the Volare Bar which located in the Club building. They gave my husband real alcohol, not water down drinks. They also have live band on certain days for entertainment. We love this area. Staff-- they're very friendly. Extremely short staff which make me sad looking at how hard they work. Please tips them if you can. They tried to accommodate us as much as they can. We've been to other resorts and they have like 5 waiters in a group waiting/paying attention to our needs but not this resort. This resort is mostly self-service except at the nicer restaurants. Please come with low expectations for excellent services. Resort building vs club building-- resort building: located in the building where you check in and is a newer building with elevator. However, it's very noisy due to the kids pool. All the nicer restaurants located there. Club building: no elevator and is more quiet/relaxing. This is where we stayed. A lot of stairs so it's probably not good for handicap or elderly. They should have an elevator in this club building due to all the suites located here. Beach-- love the beach. No seaweed and the water was shallow when we were there. Transportation--- we booked transportation from and to the airport through the resort. Please don't worry, they'll pick you up and drop you off with no issues. You should definitely confirm with them through email the day before your arrival, they'll be providing you with directions on how to find them at the airport which is easy. On the day of your departure just stop by their counter to confirm with them. Vendors: there are some beach vendors. However, they don't bother you. Please be nice to them and just say gracias and they will just leave you alone. Its not a problem for us at all. I was debating between marival distinct (sister resort next door) and marival emotions. Honestly, glad I chose ME because of my toddler. I think he had more fun at ME. The only reason I chose this resort was because they have the water park with entertainment for kids. Overall, great resort for kids. If you're looking for delicious foods. This resort is not for you. If you and your family don't care about the foods then this resort is an excellent resort. I hope they could make some improvements with the reservation situation. My son keep saying he loves Marival emotions so we mostly likely coming back just for him.

Javier and others make this resort personable and an amazing experience for the full family!!!! 4th time here and still amazing as the first time here! Such a great resort for families and others looking for a great and friendly resort!! 5 out of 5 stars!

The best service! Martin was very friendly and made my son's birthday amazing! They sang and wished him a happy birthday! My family really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. We will definitely come back and ask for Martin and his section. The best!!!!

Martin is amazing! Did a great rendition of happy birthday in Spanish as well as in English for our birthday boy! Very friendly and attentive, and made the first night at marival emotions special. He was our waiter at casa Bella buffet for dinner.

Great place to relax and have a cocktail after a long day on the beach. Judith and Jokson provided amazing and professional service! Good variety of drinks and peanuts to snack on!! Nice ambiance, quick service with lots of laughs! Highly recommend
