Hats off to the staff. Everybody was welcoming and accommodating. But a special shout out to Dalia and Cristian. They made an extra effort to socialize with us and engage with us. Not making it feel like they were part of the staff and made it more memorable at the resort. Definitely make reservations at the restaurants at the resort. Apparently they get busy very fast and the food is very good at these restaurants.

Check in was quick. Staff is friendly and Karina, our concierge was awesome. I recommend the Dolphin excursion. It was amazing. The adult pool is nice and relaxing. Also recommend seeing the mariachi band. They are very good. Restaurants are good and the ocean beaches were nice.

We all had a great time. Good food good atmosphere and incredible staff. Especially Karina Galaviz. She was amazing. Would have been even close to the amazing trip without her

My husband and I are spending our honeymoon here, and have absolutely loved it so far! The service is truly unmatched, all the workers are so friendly and welcoming. We have had Alejandro as our dinner server for a few nights now. He has been so friendly and attentive to us as guests. He also went out of his way to get to know us and where we are from in the USA. Thank you Alejandro for your amazing service!!

We visited as part of a family reunion with 4 generations. Unfortunately, we were placed all over the resort instead of by each other even though the reservations were made together. This property was clean. I would stay here again. Food was ok. Pools were great. Kids loved the slides! They had fun games and activities by the activity pool. One issue was the times for the kids club was not consistent. We never did catch it when it was open, and we were there a week. They definitely try to upsell and sell timeshares A LOT. My MIL booked an excursion through the resort. After, the driver shook us down for more money and we didn’t get to do what we actually wanted to do. It felt like such a scam. They also booked an excursion for ATVs that my FIL and husband went on. They had a lot of fun. We did family pictures while we were there. There was a photographer at the resort! It was pricey, but they turned out great so it was worth it! My favorite part was a fiesta night and they had GREAT authentic food, mariachi band, and piñata for kids! It was a highlight of our trip! Overall it was a good experience. Would recommend!!!
