We had a great trip at Marival Emotions. Room was big and comfortable. We took Pilates and spin classes that were perfect. The Italian food restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed the pool and swim up bar!

We went with our son and his family (3 grand kids). This was a fantastic resort for this purpose. The good: There is something for everybody to do here when you have 3 generations in the family present at the same time. There are kid specific pool areas that cater to different age groups as well as adults only areas for the parents and grandparents to "retreat to". It is an all-inclusive resort, so you are "eating/drinking on campus" most of the time. The all inclusive rates are reasonable for the variety and quality you get. The drinks are very good, and the bars are easily available. The beach in very good at this resort. The not so good: The pizza restaurant was only average re-heated pizza at best. The pizza quality really needs improvement! Last, the resort advertises Nespresso coffee machines in the rooms. This is supposed to be a benefit. However, they restrict the resupply of the needed coffee pods. They provide two only per day. We had to beg them for more pods. Our requests were responded to (by staff) as if we were improperly asking for gold bullion. This "policy" creates a negative issue out of what ought to be a benefit. The guests are treated as if they were abusing the coffee privilege. It is a very customer unfriendly policy, especially considering how much you pay to be at this premium resort. I would note that neither Marival Distinct nor Marival Armony have this pod restriction" policy. Do better with this please!

We booked 3 rooms then sent email to con6no one bother to write back as if they don't care so we are worried and thinking about canceling to another hotel that at least will reply to customers, if no reply soo

Have they finished the VIP Bar yet... just curious as they were working on it last year, as well as the vip bathrooms. hard to get Cabanas at the adult pool, without getting bad looks from some disgruntled guests, because they decide to get up at 10:00 am in the morning and the cabinas are taken. i suggest they JOIN THE VIP CLUB, like we did a couple of years ago, its unbelieveable what privliges it gives you, once you become a member! So quit Whining and start Dining VIP baby is where it"s at. .

A lovely family experience, lots of things to do. Great service from all the workers. Martin the waiter is very nice and lots of fun. The spa is lovely as well. Luis and all the massage therapists are great. The entertainers, aerobic instructors are very fun.
