I found the staff very warm, hardworking, and professional. The resort is beautiful, it was well attended by locals and foreign travellers. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The buffet food was my favourite.

We stayed here for our family’s birthday and it was great! Moises, Isain, and Julio were great in making our experience easy. We loved Hemingway for drinks and how many different foods were offered. The adult pool was the best! I would recommend staying near the adult pool and make sure to book reservations.

The Staff here. Are Amazing and I mean Everyone. Food in the Restaurants. Was very Good. From Check-in to Checkout. Top Notch Can’t Wait to Return. Bar Tenders are Amazing. Really can’t Say enough about all the Staff and This Hotel. Try it you’ll Love It

The staff was very attentive and helpful. So thankful to Antonio Lupian, Rando, Avi, and Abraham from Travel Club and Armando in the Lobby. Beatriz in the Members Club was fabulous. We had a great time. Hopefully, we can return very soon! Loved it.
Needs an UPGRADE

Not Wheelchair accessible or for anyone who has bad knees. Very outdated with the fixtures in the room and bathroom. Since there were no drawers, you basically had to leave your clothes in the suitcase. There was no space in the bathroom to leave all your toiletries, so that had to be left in the suitcase. Refrigerator was not cold, so all of the beverages were lukewarm.
