Fantastic relaxing vacation

This was our first trip to this resort. It’s a smaller and more intimate resort that is great for just relaxing. We would visit it again.
Beautiful location, disappointing service

Overall the stay was disappointing. Unless I was unable to find a cheap deal I would never return. The beach is nice, the pools are nice, the bartenders are good. The restaurant staff seem uninterested in proper service, it is unlikely they will re visit your table at any point during a meal. The travel club was a joke through the entire stay and the two men working there are aggressive. The entertainment area is loud and there is no where else to hang out in the evening.

Great place for a family trip. The bartender Bernardo was the best at the adult pool!! Had a nice trip with nice beach and decent food!

Had a really nice time at Palladium! Bernardo and Armando at the adult pool bar are 10/10. Small property with a lovely beach and great vibes!
