The worst vacation experience ever ?? the room that they put us in was nasty and falling apart.. it smelled like moldy basement, and sheets were damp.. the whole hotel remembers World War I and was never remodeled … people working there act like their work is their punishment… very unfriendly and not caring at all…?? pool with slides was closed due to some “renovation”. Food was a disaster… ???? whatever we took on the plate, most of it landed in the trash… they serve cold, nasty stuff… meat was undercooked and bloody ?? in the game room water was dripping from the sealing ??????? jeez … I’m never going to that horrible place again !!! I lost money by booking this “magical” place

We regret the delay in addressing our complaints. Despite prompt reporting, issues persisted for three nights. Resolution attempts on our last day were too late. Staff also lacked readiness in providing transfer information. We urge improvement for future guest satisfaction.

Excellent resort for young children. A la carte dinners were very slow but that’s the culture. Don’t be in a rush. Shows start at 9. Every show was entertaining

Is is a great place for you to take your kids and enjoy a great vacation. Lots of stuff for the kids to do. The pool is huge so you can be on the busy side or the quiet side if you want a break from a large amount of kids. They have a volleyball net so you can play volleyball. Just make sure you bring your volleyball with you. They always have activities going on for the kids around the resort. You can relax and watch the kids play in the pool or join in the fun. The water slides are a hit with the kids. At the water slides, they have a canteen with fresh made-to-order personal pizza, grilled cheese sandwiches, fruit, frozen popsicles, and drinks. They also have a bar for adults there so you can relax while the kids play on the slides.

The beds are rock solid, the housekeeping staff was terrible, room was in rough shape, the buffet food was bland and not fresh, the specialty restaurants were ok, (Japanese was the best), the pools and beach were great with lots of seating and friendly staff, lobby bar had excellent service and delicious drinks, the entertainment crew was great with the kids and had fun activities. The floating obstacle course in the pool needs to be supervised and operated by staff in a safer manor.
