This is my second time staying at this franchise. We stayed on the other side of the island last time. The a la carte restaurants in my opinion are absolutely amazing. I'm not a meat eater but I eat fish. It was always perfect. The ocean is amazing. Do not expect flat water because you're on the ocean side and there are waves coming into the shore. They are fun to experience. The grounds are maintained extremely well. Yes, there are a few mosquitoes here and there. They spray ecologically but not overdoing it. The buffet has a lot of variety and the quality was good. I started my trip off with a $10 tip at the check-in counter. The staff there was quite surprised and did everything to make sure we got the best room to meet our needs. Our overall experience was pleasant. There was nothing really negative about this place. It's a very big resort with seven hotels. They have carts to drive you around and they come quite frequently. You never have to wait more than 2 minutes or so.

The hard working friendly staff is what makes this place. The quality of service was excellent in the bars and restaurants. Never really noticed areas of dissatisfaction from other patrons. Everyone seemed to be having fun and enjoying their vacation.Bars and restaurants were very accommodating to everyone. Have been to many all inclusives over the years and this one is one of the better ones. Only drawback is that it is a big resort but then there are many carts around to shuttle you to your destination for the day. Would go back and highly recommend.

Location wasn’t too far, Atmosphere was energetic, Rooms were clean, water was hot A/C was perfect (could use an auto setting), outdated TVs, NO ELEVATOR to gain access to upper level rooms. Value was worth the cost. No problem with noise level. Service made a promise to change room location from first entry to room when there was no elevator found but was not resolved until the 3rd day at 430pm. Lots of amenities to choose from but lack of communication about all of them, and the sister properties and what they had to offer and what could be used at those properties. WiFi is bad so paper maps and menus would be a great addition.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely beaches. Fabulous pools. We spent 2 weeks here and had a wonderful time. Our room faced the pool and entertainment.centre so it was a little noisy but everything was quiet by 11 pm
