We do a lot of research and no matter what the research said it sold this hotel short. It was the best all inclusive esort we have been to hands down. Maybe even better than the adults only except Maroma. It may ruin it for future Spring Break trips. My 10 year old daughter still raves about it and says nothing will compare For us the highlights were that it was luxury, excellent service, great touches throughout, just enough to do, and never felt crowded despite the hotel being nearly full. The service staff was excellent especially at the buffet and the Club Pool which was a really nice perk if you can do club. The other pool was more crowded but not enough that you felt it. Chairs open all day. Pop up lunches at the pool were fun. Daughter met a friend and that made the water park even better. it is a top notch waterpark for any resort and there were about 15 kids there total at one time. Karaoke and Michael Jackson show were fun. A- plus all the way around. Martin was an excellent butler and found us throughout the trip to check on us. He was perfect and left little treats in the room which was sweet. Do not research any further, if you want luxury, fun, very good food, and never feeling crowded, this is the resort for you
Thanksgiving vacation with family

This was my first time being in Punta Cana, and my first time being at an all inclusive resort. Me and my family loved it. There’s tons of things to do for everyone, and different kinds of foods for anyone. All the staff is very friendly, but Elvin, Melvin, Nelson, and Raquel stood out the most. Great trip!
