Fourth trip to luxury ambar and always a pleasure! Took my sons and their fiancées this time around and we had a truly blessed time! Seaweed was in masses but, the resort had no control over that, they tried but it was a losing battle. Had 3 swim up rooms which were great, could use some attention. Shower had slow drain so tried taking quicker showers or water would push back out of shower stall onto bathroom floor, and some fresh paint, softer beds and better pillows maybe. Grounds are always beautiful, and pool and rooms always clean! All the staff is great, but I must call out 2 that once again just completed the trip. Aridia at the front desk and Antonio the concierge. Aridia is the sweetest, personable, helpful and knowledgeable girl I’ve encountered on any of our trips over the years anywhere! Antonio was so pleasant, attentive and checked on us constantly and made sure we were happy. These two made our trip the best and I highly recommend and hope to see them both in a management position as they will both be great assets in those roles!! They truly do care about you! Fourth trip to this resort, this time I brought my family. Crazy amount of seaweed right now but, no fault of the resort whatsoever, they really tried to keep up but, it was a losing battle. Had 3 swim up rooms, all terrific, but could use some attention, paint,slow shower drains which backed water up onto floor in bathroom that’s basically about it. Staff is truly amazing, and I MUST mention the two staff members that specifically made our trip an absolute joy! Aridia at the front desk and Antonio the concierge! Aridia may be the sweetest most helpful and knowledgeable staff member I’ve ever encountered, and Antonio was AMAZING!! He checked on us constantly and ALWAYS delivered! He made us feel like we’ve known him forever and were true friends!! I highly recommend Bahia moves these two to management positions, they will serve them well!!!!!

Had an amazing stay! The hotel is so clean and the staff could not be more helpful. Every member of staff from room, grounds, beach, restaurants, pool and entertainment do an amazing job at keeping the guests happy and ensuring they have a memorable stay. I will definitely be coming again!!!

The resort is beautiful and the staff make sure that everything is perfect. Soon after I checked in, the air conditioner started to leak on the floor. I notified the guest specialist, Candy, and she got someone on it right away. 10 minutes later, it was fixed and worked perfectly for the duration of my stay. The restaurant M-E-A-T was AMAZING. Portifino, not so good. Overall, I was extremely happy and will definitely return.

Room Needs maintenance/ repair /everything looks to use???? The worst Resort that has gone from Bahia Principe definitely not luxury I will not go back the beach is not very clean at all. The pool needs service touch up cracks need attention. Service is not good
