Where should I begin? AMAZING! We brought our family (a total of 13 people) and they stayed for 6 days at Majestic Elegance. We had a symbolic wedding on Thanksgiving at the beautiful gazebo beach side! Starting with Ileana our email wedding planner, then Leydi, our on-the ground wedding coordinator. She was so professional, organized and patient! Thanks you Leydi! YOU NEED A MONTH OFF! The month of November they have done over 72 weddings. We feel so fortunate to know the team! WBA sent Luis for our photography and he was amazing! They whole wedding team is sooooo hard working and such dedicated staff. Next, we booked our room near our adult children and then our room had a small leak due to the rain we were moved to the Majestic Elegance Adults only Club. We loved the extra attention and our incredible butler, Orlando did everything to make sure we were comfortable, had restaurant reservations and always a text away! Thank you Orlando! Last but not least we had the best time poolside with many activities coordinated by Deyanira. She had a super fun Salsa dance class and after spending the whole day poolside entertaining everyone she would go over to the evening musical events at the large stage and work there all evening. Go to the foam party and see the crew at work! Thanks for all your energy, Deyanira! We can't say enough about the spa! Great massage, day at the spa and hair for the wedding. Just amazing! We will be back for our anniversary, birthday, etc!

Stephanie, at the Sea & Sea restaurant is an amazing waitress. The food was very good, but her service was over the top! Overall, all the staff is great, but there are always a few standouts. A special thanks go out to her, Ismael, Erickson, and Henry.

Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived. The piano bar was our favorite - Marcos, Katy, and Diana made delicious pre-dinner drinks ever day we were there. Staff is friendly, restaurants were amazing, beds comfortable. We will be back soon.

Beautiful hotel and the wait staff is top notch! Beach and pool gorgeous! Great food! Ricardo was the best to us, so friendly and helpful if you come to the beach ask for Ricardo, the pool concierge! Definitely recommend majestic as a destination in Punta Cana!

We went there for a family wedding a great location for this as we could all enjoy a holiday as well as the wedding. Staff were the friendliest and warmest people. Always happy, dancing, smiling and joking with us. The resort was beautiful and we felt we were in a little bit of paradise. Our favourite place to eat at Elegance was Sea and See where we could enjoy the sea breeze and sea view from our table. Nothing was too much for the staff there, and especially Robin! Who was our waiter for a time. He went the extra mile for our newly weds. We can't write our review without mentioning some other staff who helped to make our holiday extra special, including our butler Osvaldy every day he checked in and he made our stay feel personal and we were very well looked after. A big thank you to Osvaldy!
