Just a fabulous way to start 2026! Majestic Elegance did not disappoint! Some special thanks to Felix Martin, Front desk manager. Your kindness and compassion will not be forgotten! Front desk employees: Rafael and Sara, you two are the sweetest angels! Dario, our amazing butler who took care of everything for us. We are forever grateful! Frantzceau, we appreciate always taking care of us at the pool. Ana Maria and Julia, thanks for all the fun times and drinks at the bar plaza! We had ocean view room , club upgrade and was well worth it!

Had a wonderful stay in the Club section. Juan our butler was very helpful and made our visit special. The resort grounds are absolutely immpecable and perfectly maintained. Staff is always happy and eager to help. The only negatives would be that I wish they had smoking and non smoking area in public outdoor sections...it would make it easier for non smokers to enjoy time outdoors. We also had some issues with broken lockers in the club shower area that didn't work, which meant we had to lug around our shoulder bags on the last day..kind of a bummer, but the pros far outweigh these few things. Would definitely return!

My wife and I just returned from an amazing week at Majestic Elegance in the club section. I would highly recommend club section from anyone traveling without kids. First off our butler was Osvaldy Guerrero Cedano (Ova as his friends call him) who made our experience absolutely amazing! He went over and above every day to make our stay one to remember. From dinner reservations, to rose pedals in our room for no reason but to make us feel special. To getting our floaties blown up and making sure we had everything we needed in our room, especially our favourite bottles of alcohol. He will be the main reason we will be returning! If you’re looking for a place to go where everything is taking care of this is your place. From ALL the friendly staff to the immaculate grounds and the beautiful beaches not sure what anyone would have to complain about. Our room was always very well cleaned everyday by Teannis and she always made sure we had everything we needed. The entertainment team was fantastic to watch every night with different themed shows playing at the theatre. There are so many extra special staff to mention I can’t possibly remember all the names. Everyone was so great! But a shout out to Keila ( a hostess at most restaurants) We miss her already! Also from the Italian restaurant (where we ate breakfast everyday as a club member instead of the buffet) Iselso, Rosemary, Mariel and Keybbar. They gave the most amazing service! And Melisa one of our waitresses at the adult pool! The BBQ at the See and Sea restaurant was absolutely delicious. We didn’t find this until later in our trip. Would have definitely eaten there every day! And OMG the bartender of all bartenders!! Rayson from the Steakhouse bar. Wow. Not just a bartender but he puts on a great show while he’s making your favorite drink. He made me the best smoked cinnamon whiskey drink.

We just returned from an amazing stay at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana, and we’re already talking about when we can come back. The resort itself is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff who made every moment feel special. From day one, the Club Beach Bar team — Yaniris, Felix, and Indhira — made us feel right at home. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and genuine warmth set the tone for our entire trip. Our butler, Melvin Rojos, was outstanding. He checked in regularly, anticipated our needs, and ensured everything about our stay was perfect. His professionalism and kindness made a huge difference. Dining was another highlight. At the Sea and Sea Restaurant, Amy was wonderfully attentive and made each meal feel personal. Over at the beachside buffet, Robin always remembered us and greeted us with such warmth that it felt like visiting a friend each day. Evenings at the lobby bar were a blast thanks to Roberto, who is not only a fantastic bartender but also incredibly entertaining — he brought so much energy and fun to the space. We also want to recognize our amazing housekeeper, Jeanny, who greeted us with a smile every day and kept our room spotless. And a special shout-out to the two gentlemen working at the Club Pool on the Elle side — we didn’t catch their names, but they were hilarious, attentive, and made our pool days even better. Overall, we cannot say enough about the staff at Majestic Elegance. Every person we encountered went above and beyond, and their dedication made this one of our best vacations ever. If you’re considering this resort, don’t hesitate — the service alone makes it unforgettable. Tips for Future Travelers: A few things can make your stay even better. Take time to connect with the staff — they’re truly the heart of the resort and getting to know them adds so much warmth to your trip. If it fits your budget, consider booking the Club level for the added comfort, quieter spaces, and the convenience of a dedicated butler. Explore all the dining options, as each restaurant has its own charm. And one important note: the staff work incredibly hard and tipping generously is a meaningful way to show appreciation for the exceptional service you’ll receive. It goes a long way and is genuinely appreciated.

I went on a solo 5 day trip to the Majestic Elegance. Enjoyed the food and entertainment. The bartenders Manuel, Roberto, Gary, Yanery, Carolina, Sandra, and Mary were wonderful!
