We had such a great time in 2024 that we decided to return in 2025 and bring family. From start to finish the staff made us feel welcome. Every single person greeted us with a smile and "Hola" whenever we saw them. The Majestic Elegance is a wonderful resort. The beach area was very clean and when we walked up and down the beach we agreed that Majestic's beach is nicer than the other resorts. Seaweed was minimal, not rocky and very scenic. We spent a lot of time at the pool and the beach. The bartenders at the pool bar were personable and again welcoming and attentive. Angelina and the other servers were great. We really enjoyed the Christmas tree lighting party. Last year our butler was Osvaldy. He took such good care of us so we requested him for this year. Osvaldy was wonderful. He made us feel welcome and was willing to help us in any way. He made sure we knew he was available and encouraged us to reach out to him for any needs. The app link made this easy. He checked with us every day and made a point to come see us. We had 3 rooms and he was the butler for all 3. One of our rooms had a tub issue. We contacted Osvaldy and not only did he get it fixed he also drew a bath for all 3 rooms and decorated for us. On the day of departure Osvaldy went over the expectations, made sure we had our luggage delivered to the lobby, then met us there to give us a heartwarming send off. We could not be any more pleased! We will be back!!

Our Butler Orlando was amazing. Checked on us numerous times throughout the day. Took pictures for a Christmas photo shoot and also for our friends birthday. He arranged for the waiters at the Gourmet restaurant to sing Happy Birthday to our friend. The iron in the room didn’t work, called Orlando , within 10 minutes he had an iron delivered to the room. Second last day we got locked out of our room, called Orlando , he came immediately and let us in, also got us maid service and towels right away. That night Orlando left us a little gift in the room. Arranged for luggage pick on the morning we left. Cheers to Orlando.

This is the Pastrana's, as always Majestic Elegance truly became our vacation home away from home. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single member of the staff from Senior Jose Maria Gutierrez, Marta Aruajo, Carlo, Dario (our best butler ever), to the hardworking daily servers and workers treated us with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. This was my first trip after my breast cancer diagnosis and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel so special, supported and celebrated. They even decorated our room with pink balloons, bubbly and a heartfelt card from my loving butler DARIO. Their compassion touched my heart in ways I will never forget. We stayed for 2 wonderful weeks and were given the best rooms in the entire resort. I got to see the sunrise everyday from my balcony. What a big treat. It made reflect with peacefulness and gratitude. It is impossible to name all the special staff members who took good care of us. However, Gabe and I would like to name a few: Super thanks to Marisol-plaza bar, Andre--special dinner, Antonio and Michelle- animation, Luis, Francisco, Miriam, Emmanuel, Carlo, Anna Maria, Stephanie, Julio, Hilda, Luis Xavier, Santa, Maria, Angelina, Marcelina and the rest of the pool guys (you know who you are!). We appreciate all of you. Majestic Elegance is not just a resort-it's a place filled with heart. Gabe and will forever be grateful for how they made this trip so meaningful. We are looking for next year, we shall return.

The service here is great. We had the Elegance Club and our butler Orlando was amazing. It is a large resort yet any time we needed him, Orlando seemed to be right there to help us and checked on us numerous times per day, even at the beach. My wife wanted pictures taken with Christmas props at the beach and Orlando took them. It was my buddy’s 70th Birthday and my buddy’s wife’s birthday and Orlando took pictures of us dressed in birthday attire. The staff at the Gourmet Restaurant sang for his birthday dinner. Orlando decorated my buddy’s room with lots of balloons and filled the jacuzzi tub with bubbles. The beach was wonderful for sunning, swimming, and walking. Unfortunately, my friend and I got really sick for 3 days with diarrhea. Our wive’s were fine. We believe it was the undercooked hamburgers at the restaurant by the beach. That is the only thing that we ate that our wives didn’t. There was a problem getting covered lounge chairs at the pools and at the beach, even though we had the Club upgrade. We found that some people had 8 towels out to save chairs at the beach palapa’s, the covered pool beds, in total 4 different locations and never showed-up all day to 3 of the 4 places. The resort should control this better and the number of towels allowed. All in all we had a good time here.

6 of us traveling together had an amazing experience right from check in to check out. We had an amazing butler, Katherine Rodrigues, she took care of every need we had no matter how small. We saw her everyday! We would all return to this resort, not just for the excellent service but for the food, rooms and beach.
