The location was amazing and beautiful! Beach is what we usually research before going to a resort and the water was fabulous. The overall vibe was very calm and if you were interested in entertainment it was available. Not too much to choose from. Our room was amazing although the setup with the bathroom and a huge foyer is a wasted space. The value was worth it. I wish I would have been upsold to the Mirage side that I had no clue existed. Very clean and no complaints there! We had Katherine as our butler per se and she was attentive. It was very quiet and so relaxing. The spa was amazing and we will definitely be back. If you have the money to splurge, I say pay for the Mirage side.

My husband & I returned on May 6, from yet another one of our 2-week vacations at Majestic Elegance, Punta Cana. The last one was in February 2026. We are repeat guests & feel like we are visiting family here. With warm welcomes from numerous staff & also from other guests who we have met over the years & are now friends with. Our paths cross again & again because we have all had such positive experiences. Thank you to Majestic Elegance General Manager José Maria Gutierrez, Subdirector/ Assistant Manager Marta Araujo Fernández, Rooms Division Manager, Miguel Rosario, Senior Restaurant Manager Orlando Moreta Santos & our butler, Victor Alexis Santana Urena. All of you always make our stay so relaxing, enjoyable & memorable…...we appreciate your generous hospitality. Victor knows exactly what our wishes are & does a wonderful job of looking after us & is always very attentive & professional. For those who are Club Guests, your butler is easy to contact through WhatsApp. There is also a Majestic Resorts App to check all the restaurant menus, dress codes/hours, bars & entertainment for each day. Also, Bloom Spa information…very convenient I must say! Our housekeeper, Laura, made sure our suite was always made up beautifully, along with the nightly turn-down service, we were very much appreciative. Maxima & her team Santa, Anyelina, Rosa & Marilania at the Club pool bar (just outside of the Elle Club lounge), are fun, fantastic & make great drinks…top notch service, always making you laugh & ensuring that you are “Happy Happy!” Bartenders, Roberto, Miguel, Maria, Layder, Alexander, Jenny, Fenny & Carolin at the upper & lower lobby bars are attentive & always make sure you are topped up! The restaurant/bartending staff everywhere are amazing & talented. Thank you to Assistant Beverage Manager, Francis Sosa for all you do to keep the drinks flowing!! You will enjoy every moment here. The rooms are lovely & spotless, the gardens/landscapes are beautiful. The best beach EVER! The restaurants, French, Italian, Steakhouse, Japanese will cater to special dietary needs (you just need to ask when you arrive). Everyone will find something they like on the menu or at the buffets (Flavours & The Mar). Enjoy your vacation…you will also become family I’m sure!

Great time! Very fun. Service was excellent. Henry was a great butler. He was always smiling and offering to help. Loved the Caribbean atmosphere. Loved the fresh fruit in the buffet and the lean meat used in the burgers.
