We spent a significant amount of time at the pool this trip and the service was outstanding. Our server Yaniris was fantastic and went above and beyond. The bar keeps Robert and Miguel did a great job making exactly what they wanted. We look forward to returning. The staff is always smiling.

This is our third time staying at the resort in the last ten years. We were there two years ago. When we arrived my wife noticed a familiar face. It was our butler Orlando who took care of us last time. We were so very happy to see him and find out that he was going to be our butler again. Right away we felt like we were home and being treated like family. Orlando asked us right away about what we wanted to do and if we had any special plans or places that he could help with. He made us golf tee times and dinner reservations. We were able to reach out to him with the what’s up app We would see him all over the resort and he would always stop by the beach. He is a great caring person that always has a smile on his face and gets the job done. He made this vacation one of the best we have had. I will definitely ask for Orlando when we book again. He made us feel like family

Stayed at majestic elegance foe one week. Our butler was osvaldy and we couldn't believe how incredible he made the stay. The rooms were elegant, the amenities great. If we come back we will definitely be requesting our butler to be osvaldy without question. He made the vacation complete.

Resort is only 20 mins from the airport. Check in process at Majestic Elegance is very fast and efficient with a self serve bar, snacks and beverages! Rooms are spacious with lots of closet space. Our butler Orlando Nunez was super friendly and made dinner reservations for our group, he was very informative throughout the week! The buffet was decent for breakfast and lunch. The Italian, International and Seafood restaurants were above average with a great selection of entrees! Service overall was spectacular at all the bars, coffee shop, restaurants and maid service. We golfed 6 times at the Punta Blanca course, course was in good condition with consistent greens, again the staff was very friendly especially Angelina at the pro shop! I will return to this resort again?

The resort is nicely appointed and kept in good condition. All the restaurants are good, especially the French and Italian. The golf course is a great layout and kept in good condition.
