We had a wonderful vacation at the Majestic Elegance resort in Punta,. Juan Mendoza was an excellent butler. He made sure we were happy and took care of any issues we had. Our beach Butlers Alejandro and Walliam we're the best! They were very friendly and helpful! They made sure we were comfy and had everything we needed at the beach. The food was excellent and probably the best of all the resorts we've visited. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed walking on the beach every day. We will be bringing our large family here this fall to celebrate our son's 50th birthday! Can't wait!

We went to Majestic Elegance to attend our friends wedding. They had been a couple of times before and spoke highly of the resort and their favourite butler, Olbis. First impressions of the resort was that it was beautiful. The resort was well kept & staff were very welcoming. We enjoyed the blue ocean, the pools were more than fantastic, the buffets and a-la-cart restaurants were more than exceptional. The food was always hot and there was lots of it! The other services we received from the hospitality crew were amazing. We were half way through our stay when our butler, Olbis assisted us with moving rooms to one with a beautiful view of the ocean and the pools. Olbis checked in on us every day to ensure our vacation was in fact, a vacation. Anything we needed, drinks, snacks, pillows, aroma therapy, etc - he got for us quickly and with a big smile on his face. Olbis was always happy and such a pleasure to see and chat with. We look forward to booking our vacation in 2027; this time with our family!

Stayed at the Elegance Club for 12th time. Love this place. Our Butler Ericson is the best!! So friendly, kind and always there for us for anything we need. Maxima and Angelina at the beach bar are awesome. At the Spa Maribel is great.

Me and my wife visited this resort mid January 2026 and an absolutely wonderful week. The resort itself is like most all inclusive, beautiful grounds, good food and lots to do. What set it above for us was the staff! Our Butler Dario was available to take care of all our needs, such a nice guy who really cared that we had a great vacation. Did everything we asked and more. We spent most days at the elegance pool and probably would have spent time elsewhere to mix it up but it would have meant not seeing the pool staff, they all treated us like royalty. Rosa was always singing at the bar as she made everyone drinks, what a wonderful lady, her smile was infectious. The stars for us at the resort were without a doubt Jesus and Victor. These 2 young men went above and beyond every day to make sure me and my wife had everything we needed, they honestly felt like family by the time we left. Thank you to both you guys for everything, we will return to this resort just to visit with everyone again. There are so many other people that made our trip special, It’s obvious that the management of this hotel does a great job hiring great staff and really training everyone properly. For the first time in 20 years of all inclusive’s I can say I will return to a resort I’ve already been to. Thanks Majestic!
