This is our second trip to Majestic Elegance and already looking forward to booking our next years trip. The grounds are extremely beautiful and well kept. The food at every restaurant was amazing. All staff always had a smile and a HOLA for you. Our butler Dario was wonderful! He made our vacation stress free where we didn’t have to worry about reservations, special requests we had and making sure our checkout was seamless. He was in contact with us everyday in person/whatsapp. Thank you Dario..

We had a wonderful time at the Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana. The beach is beautiful with fine white sand and clear blue water. There were plenty of places to lounge at the beach or by the pool. There is an al fresco buffet restaurant on the beach that is open for breakfast, lunch and late afternoon snacks. We had all our meals there, except for dinners. There are several restaurants for dining. Some require reservations and/or a dress code. All the dinners were delicious. We had a butler, Guzman, who helped us to our room and get settled in, made our dinner reservations and checked in with us everyday to see if we needed anything. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Getting to know Guzman made the trip more enjoyable and comfortable for us. The room was spacious with a sitting area and a balcony. The air conditioning worked great! The resort is beautiful with lush landscape, multiple walkways and lots of sitting areas to hang around and enjoy a cold beverage. All the staff is very attentive and friendly. We booked our reservation through Costco and it included transportation. The commute from the airport to the hotel is about a half hour. We have been to many resorts in Mexico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. This resort was one of the best and was an excellent value with lots of perks. Great dinning and drinks, beautiful beach and scenery, well maintained and clean. We would definitely choose this resort again!
