We stayed in room 2353 on the Club side. Our butler was Dario who made sure that every need was taken care of. Even asked us before we needed things checked on us regularly throughout the days made sure that we had scheduled Golf that I wanted the spa that my wife wanted all of our dinners. Reservations were made. We had no issues. Additionally, he made sure that our reservation for our transfer back was taken care of. I couldn’t ask for a more relaxing vacation. Next was the bar service and pool service beach service in the Club side. Maxima was the bartender what a wonderful lady so friendly and a tight ship her help was in Alayna and Mary Lyliana and the pool towel service was Joel. They made sure we had everything we needed and then some they knew my name by the end of the first day they knew what I wanted and consistently took care of us I couldn’t ask for better more friendly staff more helpful people I mentioned how much I loved mangoes Maxima brought some mangoes from her home for me to have cut them up while I was at the pool one day we had stayed at colonial before so we knew what the beach would look like which was wonderful and well taken care of they consistently sweep it in the morning rake it make sure it’s right the water is beautiful. That’s not something you can always count on one day of Minor seaweed but that’s obviously nothing that staff can take care Of. I would recommend this resort over any resort I have been to and we have been to over 15 or 20 resorts between Cancun Cozumel and the Dominican Republic, both La Romana, Punta, Cana and Navarro we will go again. The food the buffet was better than most buffets always have a good selection. My only complaint would be being a mango lover that there would be more mango on the bars every single time consistently good food, good choices as far as the dinner reservation and dinner places the French was excellent. The Italian was really good. The Japanese Tepanyaki table was fantastic. The only one I would not recommend was the steakhouse. They did a good job just the steak wasn’t up to the quality of what I typically get at home in the states however that’s really my only concern on the food . As far as entertainment, we typically do not go to the shows. I did enjoy live music and dancing, and things like that in the main plaza around the dinner places the bar at the plaza and the bar in the lobby were excellent good service lots of places to sit do you wanna sit and play cards or Dominos? There’s plenty of places for that. Put up the NBA championships games one evening. It’s a place that you can be as active or inactive as you’d like the club pool that we stayed at primarily was very quiet. The phone party was exciting and fun you could hear the volume at the other pool, but it was not in way overwhelming a very, very peaceful, comfortable, and great experience. I couldn’t recommend Dario Maxima and the staff as well as the housekeeping staff for the great job they did.

Had a great family experience. Definitely recommend taking advantage of everything there is to offer.

We want to thank you for taking the time on Tuesday morning to have a brief chat with us. We especially want to thank you for the information regarding the hurricane center in connection with our visit in September. This was our 25th visit. As usual, we had a wonderful visit. This is because every member of the staff, from maintenance, landscaping and housekeeping to management understand hospitality. This all starts with consistent training and consistent reinforcement of those concepts. Majestic excels at that and, as a result, so does every employee. It is those employees that make every one of our visits unforgettable. Arling our butler is without a doubt the best butler we have had at the Majestics. From first greeting to final departure, he is there to ensure all our needs are met. Beyond that, the decoration of our room for our anniversary was special. He is friendly, accommodating, and truly a kind and caring person. We will miss him on our September visit, but at the same time, look forward to being with Dario. There are numerous staff that we encountered during our stay. Several that we remember are Rafella at the steak house. She greets us as if she is inviting friends into her home for dinner. She always has a beautiful smile and an attitude to match. Wander served us at the French restaurant. He created a beautiful tablescape for us and served us a great meal with wonderful care. There are two Victors we would like to mention. The Victor at the Italian restaurant was very welcoming and friendly to us even when we crossed paths throughout the resort. Victor at the pool was always checking to see if we needed anything as well as to just have friendly conversations. We enjoyed both Victors very much. Anthony, Santiago and Yafreasha did an excellent job serving and creating tablescapes for us at Flavors and other restaurants. They were always friendly, smiling and welcoming. Finally, but not least, Angel and Mayelin on the entertainment committee gave us special attention all over the resort. They have more energy and bigger smiles than can be imagined. Because of these individuals as well as the rest of the staff we had an amazing visit. They are also the reason we are returning September.

The trip was amazing from start to finish! We joined the adult club which have us an amazing butler Melvin he made sure our experince was amazing, helping with dinner reservations, giving us beautiful room decorations and a dinner one the beach. Everything was clean every restroom, hallways, event centers! The atmosphere of the entire trip was romantic nice and quiet. We hardly saw any kids do to the adult only areas and pools! They excursions process was very easy to book, and inclusion like golfing we so much fun! The girls at the “Elle” pool Maxima and Marilana never let us go without an amazing drink and have us wonderful selections when we had no idea what to try! William made sure our pool experince was amazing and we had a good time!

The swim bar service was great. Juan and Victor the bartenders were amazing.
