This will be our 8th visit to this resort. The staff never disappoints. Special shoutout to our favorite bartenders Ismael and Roberto . Another shoutout to our butler Rafael who helped me with the spa and his response time was phenomenal. The entire staff does a wonderful job at making sure you are comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit.

I’ve been to many resorts, and Majestic Elegance is by far my favorite. I’ve also stayed at the Colonial, which I loved, but I prefer the club side at the Elegance. The resort is beautifully designed — even when it’s at full capacity, you never feel crowded. There’s always space at the pools and on the beach. The club section is ocean front so it’s a quick few feet to either the pool or for an ocean swim. Our butler, Olbis, was fantastic. His warm, pleasant personality combined with excellent service truly made our stay special. A++. Angelina at the club bar was the best bar staff I’ve experienced at any resort. She managed drink orders for the entire beach and pool area, took the time to get to know us, and constantly kept the area clean. It’s the staff like Olbis and Angelina — with their exceptional service and friendly, welcoming personalities — that make the experience so memorable and are the reason guests return year after year.

Absolutely love Majestic!! Me and my husband have been here several times and this time was amazing as always. The beach, the food, and the atmosphere is why we return. And I can’t say enough about the service. Our butler Victor always makes our stay super relaxing and enjoyable. A+ service. Highly recommend.

We had an exceptional experience thanks to Raphael, our butler at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived, Raphael was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. He went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday truly special, thoughtfully coordinating surprises and ensuring every detail was perfect. He arranged our dinner reservations seamlessly, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. Raphael was always available, quick to respond, and genuinely kind, which made us feel cared for and relaxed the entire time. His professionalism was matched by his positive attitude and personal touch, and it truly elevated our vacation experience. Celebrating such an important occasion felt effortless because of his support and attention to detail. Raphael is an absolute asset to the resort, and we are so grateful for everything he did to make our stay memorable. We would happily request him again and highly recommend him to anyone staying at Majestic Elegance.

Had an amazing experience at Majestic. Stayed at the adults only section and had a great butler Henry who helped us out and made our vacation extra special by going above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back!
