We are wrapping up a great week at the Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana. What makes this Resort so outstanding is the quality and friendliness of the staff, the great dinners at the restaurant, and the very tropical vegetation that's well maintained around the resort. Two people who stood out were Richard R our Butler and Angelina the server at the club pool. Both were outstanding and they worked to make our stay here as pleasant as possible and worked very hard. Also, shout out to Gabriel, our Butler for the first few hours who continue to say hello to us during our entire stay!. Every staff member we met was always smiling, pleasant and they take the time to interact with the guests. It's the quality of the experience here that always makes us want to come back to the Majestic properties. Keep up the good work!

Everything was amazing My Butler Rafael, went above and beyond especially for my Birthday. I'm glad I was able to celebrate my 50th Birthday here. Will definitely be back

Anyelina and Maxima were the best two people at this resort, even though so many of them were wonderful. These two ladies around the pool at Majestic elegance went above and beyond for us and made us feel like family! If you come to this resort look for these ladies, you will not be disappointed. Amazing and relaxing time!! Room was spacious and clean! Osvaldy was our butler and responded quickly when needed and was a huge asset to making our vacation perfect!

Location was amazing Atmosphere was very relaxing Rooms was nice and spacious Value is a bit high I love the housekeeping they always kept it clean Noise level was very low The services was amazing whenever you called they always was on point They had lots of amenities to choose from
