We especially liked our Butler Henry. He was very accomidating, and informative. Anything we needed he was right there for us. Very pleasant man and funny. He goes above and beyond for people. A very hard worker. Thanks to him our stay was good.

We had an excellent time at the Majestic Elegance. The Club pool staff was very attentive, Felix, Martha, Indira and Walliam were amazing! We will definitely be back!
Richard Rondon - Butler Service

Richard Rondon was our butler service representative during our stay at Majestic Elgance Punta Cana. The resort was as expected, however Richard went above and beyond for our group during the entire trip. There were some issues with our hotel room which required attention - Richard swiftly moved us to a new room and provided us with spa credits for the trouble. Our stay was immeasurably better with Richard who was not only a friend but provided service which went above and beyond.
Majestic is great. Highly recommend!!!
