This was our second time visiting this resort and we had a fabulous time. All the staff work so hard to make the guest experience memorable. The main lobby bar staff are incredible especially Caroline, Roberto, Manuel, Mary & Yaneri. They are so friendly & attentive to guests and they make great drinks. The pool bar ladies in the club area are so energetic and love to joke and have a good time with the guest. Josephina always made sure we were refreshed. Carlos in the sea restaurant at lunch was great. You will always hear him saying excellent in Spanish. We had a wonderful time and so will you

I'm here to report that spending a week at Majestic Elegance was terrific, a very nice clean organized place to chill out, especially if you can upgrade to the Club section, our dedicated butler Guzman made sure all our needs were met. He managed to locate us every day to make sure we were still content. He even managed to secure gifts for us on Majestic's behalf, thank you all... If I had to find one fault, it would be the food from the "A la Carte" restaurants, the service was excellent, the restaurants clean and spacious but just not 5* status in our opinion for taste.. Yes, we would go back...

November 2025 Majestic Elegance. Arling our Butler a special thanks... From the moment I stepped into the all-inclusive resort Majestic Elegance in the Dominican Republic, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for an unforgettable vacation. The staff, including butlers and maids, were attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The accommodations were top-notch, with tastefully decorated rooms and modern amenities. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms immaculate and ensured a pleasant stay throughout my visit. Their dedication to their work was evident, and their friendly demeanor made it feel like a home away from home. The food and drinks were simply phenomenal. An extensive array of dining options catered to every palate, from local Dominican cuisine to international favorites. The chefs showcased their culinary skills with mouthwatering dishes, and the presentation was always on point. The drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were equally impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Entertainment at the resort was diverse and engaging, with something for everyone. From live music performances to cultural shows, there was never a dull moment. The staff organized activities with great care and attention to detail, ensuring guests had a memorable experience. Overall, the all-inclusive resort Majestic Elegance in the Dominican Republic offered a fantastic vacation experience. The combination of impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, delicious food, and diverse entertainment made it a truly unforgettable stay. We love this all inclusive resort. It's on the lovely Bavaro Beach, has more traditional architecture and is maximum 4 storeys high. Rooms are large and well equipped. Elegance Club is great (adult only) and comes with lots of extras such as a Club Lounge, Butler, designated beach and pool areas with Bali beds. This is a great, less expensive alternative to an Adult Only hotel. It has 5 a la carte restaurants. The quality of the food I would describe as very good rather than exceptional. Bars are great, top shelf drinks included for Club. Entertainment is good with a show every night in the theatre which is laid out with comfy sofa style seating. Staff very friendly and obliging. This was our 4th visit, one of which was with extended family which was perfect as there is something for everyone - spa, night club, gym, casino, loads of activities, buffet or a la carte, busy swim up bars or chilled quiet zones. There were families there but mostly small children and babies. Kids and teens facilities were limited but not non-existent. The rooms were comfortable but could do with modernising a bit. Bathrooms are open plan and loo has a glass door so not suitable if you like a lot of privacy. Opt for a 1 bedroom suite if you want privacy as these have a separate toilet off the living area. Our Butler Melvin Rojas was amazing. He used Whatsapp to keep us informed of what was happening every day and we were able to just message him with our questions or if we needed anything. Thank you Melvin. You went above and beyond to help us to have the best stay.

Now that I’m in a safe place , I wanted to inform everyone that this has been my worse vacation in my life . Food is horrible. All my family got sick. Entertainment for couples sucks you have prostitution all in the lobby , that are hawking down any tourist with American dollars , which is obviously controlled by there main security named Paulinho. My kids got into an argument amongst there self and Paulinho is connected with politur, they went to get my kids out of the room and sent them to jail from 12 midnight till 2pm the next day. They made me pay 1,500 American dollars for there release. This is very evident that is a controlled circle controlled by Paulinho. So when I arrived back to the hotel I couldn’t get back into my own room , the key was disconnected , just because they were upset because I gave them a horrible review . Can u believe they asked my wife if can delete my review. . So I’m advising all Americans and tourists from around the world not to visit Magestic and Elligance colonial . Unless u want to live a really bad experience in your life .
