We just returned from our week stay at the Majestic Elegance. We stayed in an Elegance Club Junior Suite overlooking the pool. We also had Melvin as our butler and he was always available if we needed anything and also took care of our restaurant reservations. Melvin thanks again for all your help see you soon!

My husband & I returned on February 23, from our 2-week vacation at Majestic Elegance, Punta Cana. Thank you to Majestic Elegance General Manager José Maria Gutierrez, Subdirector/ Assistant Manager Marta Araujo Fernández, Senior Restaurant Manager Orlando Moreta Santos & our butler, Victor Alexis Santana Urena. All of you always make our stay so relaxing, enjoyable & memorable…...we appreciate your generous hospitality. Victor, he did a wonderful job of looking after us by arranging spa visits, booking dinner reservations as needed along with lovely birthday surprises for me. Victor was easy to contact through WhatsApp …..a very attentive & professional young man…..what a gem! Our housekeeper, Laura, made sure our suite was always made up beautifully. We were very much appreciative. As always, Maxima & her team Santa, Anyelina, Rosa, Marilania, Layder, at the Elle Club pool bar were fantastic. Great service & lots of fun always! Visits with Rosa & Jenny at the upper lobby bar, Rosaira at the lower lobby bar, Fenny & Francisca at the main pool bar is a must… love these ladies! The bartending staff everywhere are amazing, Rrrrrrrroberto & Manuel are awesome. Thank you to Assistant Beverage Manager Francis Sosa for ensuring that all the bars are well stocked & drinks are flowing. Restaurants are all fantastic, there is always something for everyone & for those with special dietary needs, all you need to do is ask. There are so many more staff that I wish I could individually name, I have attached photos of special moments. The Majestic Staff are the very, very best in Punta Cana & I’m not surprised one bit that they maintain such high-performance standards. Enjoy your vacation…you won’t be disappointed!

Majestic Elegance is set on a stunning, calm beach with plenty of loungers by the ocean and comfortable sun beds around the pool. Drink service at both locations was excellent and consistent throughout our stay. We chose the adults-only VIP swim-out suite, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a large king bed, a jacuzzi, a full bathroom, and a separate living area with an additional half bath. The outdoor space was exactly what we hoped for — a large sun bed and two loungers right at the edge of the pool in a private setting, complete with attentive drink service. I’m so glad we splurged on the swim-out option. It was the perfect place to unwind after a full beach day or to relax peacefully in the morning after breakfast. The air conditioning was better than expected (I like it cold!), and we slept very comfortably every night. The drinks were high quality — I was able to enjoy my Grey Goose martinis and refreshing champagne throughout our stay. Our butler, Gabriel, truly elevated our experience. He secured restaurant reservations, arranged a late checkout for us, and checked in daily both in person and via WhatsApp. On my birthday, he surprised me with beautiful balloon decorations in our bedroom. He made sure nothing stood in the way of us having the best possible vacation. We’ve stayed at other all-inclusive resorts with VIP/butler service, and none compare to the attention and care we received here. Restaurants Il Bottaccio (Italian) Breakfast and lunch here were wonderful with full sit-down, à la carte service. The Dominican breakfast was excellent. The team — Rosemery, Masiel, Ruben, and Sazmien — made us feel like family. They were joyful, friendly, and attentive, and the food offered a great variety. We also had dinner here one evening (no reservations required; men must wear pants). It ended up being one of our favorite dinners. Iselso and Miguel provided incredible service. The slow-braised ribs and lasagna were delicious, and the tiramisu — served in a mini espresso maker — was such a creative touch. Asadito (Steakhouse) No reservations required, and another favorite of ours. Carslo took exceptional care of us and served his specialty drink, “The Carlito,” which was refreshing and delicious. His recommendations were perfect. The skirt steak and solomillo were both tender, flavorful, and cooked beautifully. 9 Doors (Japanese Hibachi) One of the two restaurants requiring reservations (which our butler arranged for us). The hibachi table experience was fun and interactive. The food was plentiful and very flavorful. Limited Gourmond This restaurant requires reservations and has a dress code (men must wear pants). While the staff was attentive and even combined two dishes to create a surf-and-turf plate for my husband, it was probably my least favorite simply because we enjoyed the other restaurants even more. Sea and Sea (Buffet) Breakfast and lunch were both very good, with many fresh and tasty options to choose from. Beach & Pool Service Service at both the beach and pool was outstanding. Maxima, Rosa, Anyelina, and Marilania were attentive, friendly, and always smiling. They made sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed. Truly wonderful service. Annamaria, the bartender at the central Plaza bar, was also fantastic — joyful, engaging, and excellent at her craft. Overall, the service across the entire resort was top notch. Every team member we encountered was focused on making sure we were relaxed, well cared for, and having a completely stress-free experience. Oasis Gold Experience I was initially concerned that Oasis Gold might not justify the high price tag, but it absolutely did. First, I have to recognize our waiters, Oswaldo (8:30am–3:00pm) and Carlos (3:00pm–7:30pm). They made the experience incredibly special, ensuring all our needs were met and that we felt completely taken care of. Oasis Gold included: • Outdoor beach breakfast and lunch service from Sea and Sea Restaurant, served right over our loungers • Two bottles of wine (which we enjoyed at lunch and dinner) • Beach massages with spa access • A romantic dinner on the beach The beach massages were 55 minutes long, which was wonderful. However, since the massage tent is surrounded by loungers and guests enjoying themselves, it could be loud and not as relaxing as expected. It was difficult at times to fully unwind due to the surrounding noise. I would recommend enjoying the massage inside the spa instead. The spa area itself is beautiful. The attendant guides you through the aromatherapy room, sauna, baths, and jacuzzis in the proper order, which enhances the overall relaxation experience. The highlight of Oasis Gold was the romantic dinner on the beach. It was truly special. We enjoyed exceptional service from Carlos, delicious ceviche, followed by lobster and steak. He ended the evening with beautiful chocolate-covered strawberries — the perfect finishing touch to a memorable night. They have a different show every night at 9pm, activities at the pool, a casino and a disco. Overall, Majestic Elegance delivered an outstanding experience. From the accommodations to the food and especially the service, everything exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely return.

The resort was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Orlando was our Butler and he did an excellent job. When we return to Magestic, we will likely request to have him as our butler again. The only thing that would have like to see better at the resort was the air temperature in the rooms. We had the thermostat at the lowest setting and it was still warm at night. Thanks again for making our first experience to Punta Canta a wonderful one. See you next time. Cheers! Paul & Stacie

We had a great week and the level of service was outstanding. Our bulter, Osvaldy, was fantastic and exceeded expectations. We have enjoyed the Majestic twice in the past and hope to return again.
