Another wonderful majestic elegance vacation!!! Lot’s of fun,sun,relaxation,eating,swimming,dancing what a amazing time we had ,, thank you so much to the wonderful staff members especially,,Ramona, Reison, ecelente from the steakhouse,, also rosemary ,masiel, from Italian restaurant,, our wonderful lady butler,,also Perez from main bar!!!!! Every single person in the resort was wonderful!!! Love the ?? that roaming the grounds!!????????

Honest review- Majestic Elegance (first time) We came as a party of 10 for a 5 days (ages 18-70). I write this as I sit on my balcony, watching the ocean for the last time. Mind you, this is just my take and some of the feedback I’ve gotten from the fam…. Beach/Ocean: ?????????? -Ocean was beautiful. Moderate sargassum (no one can help that), first couple days, but started to clear after that. Odd thing, people were posting pics (real time from the resort) saying water is beautiful, no sargassum when it was obviously present?? -Beach is fine white sand. Never had a problem getting chairs. Resort/Grounds: ????????? -Grounds were immaculate. Resort was very pretty and clean (at least to the naked eye). Some of our group had a few roaches (it’s the tropics and to be expected). -Housekeeping did a wonderful job with our room consistently every day. Always left behind flowers, etc. Food/Bar: ???? -In general, food was edible at best. Buffet was poor-average in quality. Italian and hibachi was better. Steak house, some of us had a good steak, others not. Tip: order your temperature a degree lower than you’d typically like. Tends to consistently overcook. -Bar drinks were way too sweet and unbalanced. However, they did do a heavy poor on a consistent basis (if that’s your thing). Pool bar, next to the beach entrance (club) was the most consistent for me. Staff: ?????? -Interactions were inconsistent. You had some that were great and truly made your day, others dismissive.

Excellent! We had the best bartenders, Layder, Fenny, and Carolin nearly every single day. They were so attentive, made fantastic drinks and could not have been sweeter!

Our 2nd time to this resort and there will be a 3rd next year. Staff is top notch; we are business owners in the service industry and I dont have one complaint about the staff. Grounds are kept clean. Yes, there was some seaweed but they kept it cleaned up off the beach. Food was good; if your looking for American food though keep your expectations low. Enjoy the Dominican food and keep in mind they are not American chefs with all America has available. Our butler convinced me to try the goat and I do recommend it. Majestic Elegance we will see you May of 2027!!

We ate at the steak house at the Majestic Elegance. Manuel was the best bartender. He went above and beyond. He made us special drinks at our request. He was fun and kept our time at the bar enjoyable!! We loved visiting him and sitting at the bar to talk with him. We can't wait to come back and see him again.
