Adult family trip had multiple rooms, had issue with one room wasnt taken care of until day 5. other rooms were very nice spacious lovely views. very clean and always workers around, who are so very friendly, many wonderful excursions, (seaquarium see stephen rocked and the monkey excursion was great as well) Food was different every dinner left you full with variety of options to choose from. be adventerous for a change.

Had a great time. All aspects of service were excellent. Looking forward to returning again. The beach is beautiful.

Fantastic place ! it is actually a little town consisting of 4 Palladium hotels ; the restuarnats are scattered around the resort and there are golf carts and little 'trains' trasnsporting people to their evening restaurants (very enjoyable ride in the evening and a great way to admire the stunning grounds of the resort). I just cannot fault this place. The food was very good; the rooms were clean (we stayed in the ocean / beach front room) and the SPA is amazing and offers a very good range of massages etc. There is a supermarket literlally 10 mins drive from the hotel if you want to get some groceries / rum etc.. My only complaint is that waiters and waitresses dont speak English so I found it very hard to communicate with them. Very often they didnt understand what I was orderig and brought something else. Also, most a la carte restaurants are small so you need be quick when booking on the hotel's app. We really enjoyed the tapas and Japanese. The Beach - OMG - stunning stunning ! I could go back tomorrow - gorgeous water, clean; we spent all days on the beach; just gorgeous. I would definitely go back to that resort; I had a very nice time. It is a lovely resort for a family holiday.

Use Grand Palladium Palace. Rooms are nicer, lobby larger. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I fly solo so often need a little guidance!!

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino, Great accommodations, atmosphere, and activities. Also, enjoyable night life and entertainment (shows, live entertainment). Lots of variety of cuisines and restaurants, however, some dishes were tasteless. Also, the hot water was not available a couple of times, but it was quickly resolved which is a testament to the customer service. Lovely beaches and well cared for grounds. I would definitely stay there again.
