1st and last time staying at this hotel. food was good. i trabeled

food not good, meat not real, me and 6 other ppl were sick. Staff only were friendly but pushy sales tactics. i feel like they harrased us to do the travel club meeting daily. had to pay staff to get a dinner reservation every night.

Our fourth visit, perfect for us. So relaxed and a super staff. Very refreshing for this old woman and her active 50 something daughters.

A first time visitor to the grand palladium. I had a great time with my friends. My problem was more of language. I don’t speak Spanish. But managed with google translate

Just had a fantastic holiday at this hotel. Happy and excellent staff. Good food and entertainment. One stop hotel with so many activities for everyone. Will definitely come back.

Wonderful place to stay, eat, sleep with many things to do. The beach is beautiful. Definitely recommend it.
