I would just like to give a shout out to Maritza and Caleb and all of the staff here for making this such a memorable trip!!! Maritza is FABULOUS!!! She handled our requests, reservations, and accommodations with such professionalism and worked very hard to keep everyone satisfied even when we were difficult! I would recommend her for anyone’s travel experience here to this miraculously kept resort! Thanks again Maritza from the gang from Texas!!!

We had the BEST time!Maritza Guiterrez made whatever we needed/wanted HAPPEN!!! Highly HIGHLY recommend her services! You will not be disappointed! From dinner reservations to transportation to/from airport..Everything went smooth!

I really enjoyed my stay here everything and everyone was on point from day one. The food, the staff very good. We had a ball.

This place is nice and fun but what made the trip amazing was Maritza Gutierrez. She was always on point and tried to fix what ever issues you came across. She is the one that made our trip. From getting reservations to simply being there what what ever questions you had.

The sales people were too pushy. When we went to Jamaica and stayed at the Grand Palladium, we enjoyed it. We did the tour then and felt like we didn't need to take the tour again in the Dominican Republic. Our sales person (Brandy) tried to make us feel bad for taking money away from his family because we didn't want to do the tour. Then he proceeded to insult my husband. There were other sales people that would follow us around hounding us to go to a presentation. We were there to celebrate our 24th anniversary and didn't want to do the tour. Both the resort, beaches (on and off resort), and excursions, made us feel like they only wanted our money. We didn't feel like they were glad we were there to learn of the culture. And because of this, I will not be back to the Dominican Republic as a whole.
