we would definitely come again our only hesitation is the food as at times it wasnt so good the pools and grounds were lovely

asn’t sure what to expect from this place with the mixed reviews recently but overall it’s been a great experience, the hotel and wider site is great with friendly staff that are happy and attentive (as with most things in life, if you treat someone well they will treat you well). Most people review the hotel and facilities but I want to concentrate on the people more. There are a few people in particular that are a credit to the hotel and deserve a special mention if the hotel management are here. Danny on the reception is a great guy who has helped and sorted any issues we have had immediately and with a smile when other staff have let me down. I’ve had some great conversations with him and he has a passion for his job and helping guests instead of just doing a job. Then there is lovely waitress Carmel Mateo who has served us for breakfast and lunch most days, even with a language barrier we’ve become very fond of her and appreciate her help and advise when I wasn’t too well. She is a lovely mother figure and we have come to know her as “Mumma dos”, such a wonderful human being ?? Gerson was serving us around the pool area for the first week, but appears he’s been promoted to barman and was in charge on the day the refurbished beach bar was opened. I can not say I’ve met a happier man in my life, always smiling and laughing and happy to do anything you ask with a smile what a great guy. Lastly I’d like to mention Geraldo (Jerry) who works in the pool bar. Another great happy and hard working guy who does everything with a smile. All of these people have made us not just feel like guests but friends and family and have made our holiday 10/10 instead of a 7/10. Each one deserve every bit of credit where it’s due in my opinion.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation, the property is beautiful and there’s lots to do. Pools with swim up bars, buffet style restaurants and other sit down restaurants are all very nice and the food was delicious! Staff is super friendly, Caesar was a great concierge, helped us set up an excursion that was so much fun. Highly recommend looking into Adventure Boogie or other dune buggy activities. Shows every night in the lobby, theater or Hemingway Bar. Rooms were super clean and once the doors were closed you can’t hear any noise. We stayed in the rooms with the pools out on the back patios. Rainfall shower was really nice as well, tub was very spacious. All in all it was a SPECTACULAR vacation and would definitely return and recommend it to others! Thank you for everything!

The food was awful the entire week, less of the Sumptuori restaurant, that was the best food all week. Majority of the staff were not overly friendly and visibly didn't want to be there, The lack of day time entertainment was very apparent. Not the best, overall 4/10.

Group of 17 people. My husband and I had a wonderful time with zero issues. Our room was really nice and was cleaned every morning. Food was decent drinks were good. Seen a little bit of the night activities they had and it was great. Beach is absolutely beautiful but people who claim chairs extremely early morning and only show up late afternoon are a problem. Over all I would definitely return to this resort as I had a great experience.
