Very good

I had an amazing experience at the gym! The facilities were top-notch, with all the equipment I needed for a great workout. Richard, who runs the gym, was incredibly friendly and helpful. His positive attitude and expertise made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great workout environment!

Hot in the Tropics

AC issue in room 1, room 2 failed to cool and dehumidify the room which made the linens damp. Poor sleep. Staff tried to assist but the AC’s are programmed at 25C and wouldn’t lift the programming. Same food options for the 7 days breakfast - lunch - dinner was tiring. Other Palladium properties I’ve stayed appeared more luxurious. Friendly staff.

Highly Disappointed

My family and I were so looking forward to this vacation. It was ruined by the staff at this hotel. We paid for a swim up room with two beds and sofa pull out. We were not given this room, when we inquired about the room we paid for the staff lied and said that room wasn't offered, when sent screenshots they then said the room needed to be requested, when sent screenshots again. The staff still tried to lie, until finally admitting that they gave our room away and if we wanted the room we paid for we would have to wait 3 days. Room service did not service the room, refrigerator was not restocked even when asked. The front desk agent Paul, was rude. Overall, this is NOT a restort that I would recommend to anyone. We met other guest at the pool who experienced the same horror service and was also lied to and gaslight by the staff.

Nice hotel- needs improvements

Nice hotel beautiful stretch of beach and location. Needs improvements as it’s getting dated. Would also be nice if security helped us not be harassed by the beach vendors constantly trying to put births on my shoulders, sell me something etc it made me feel uncomfortable and my kids didn’t feel safe

I'm writing this and I'm still at here that's how upset I am . DO NOT come here my 2 children& sister was extremely excited about this vacation. I booked a swim up pool beach side 2 beds and a sofa bed using JetBlue vacations.When we first arrived the staff was excellent very nice and welcoming . One of the bellboys said I will give you a personal tour tomorrow meet you at your room at 8:15 great thank you! Go to the room it wasn't what I booked we had one bed with a sofa bed that was dirty with no sheets or blankets. Called the front said this isn't it was told we don't have any rooms with 2 beds I said that is what was offered and confirmed with JetBlue oh okay let me call u back ..then it changed to oh we do have it but it's booked we cant move u until 17 which is 4 days after we checked in but we will put fresh sheets on the DIRTY pull out which the guy that came in was discussed by the pullout. Next day no one shows up for the tour so we don't even know where to go.Go to the front oh I was trying to work something special for you. okay but u never came,called and left us waiting in a room. we had to ask 5 times can u just tell us where the food is and about the entertainment shows. Then I get a message on Whatsapp from costumers service "Ms. Torres we just want to say first you got what you booked we don't even have rooms with 2 beds *. So I sent a screenshot of the offer saying 2 full size beds then it was oh yes but you have to request it so I sent another screenshot showing I did request it 5 months in advance and 2 other times a total of 3 times. was trying to make it seem like it was my fault and didn't do the right thing. Good thing I had my proof.Then it was oh we gave the room to someone else. Just lies.Never a how can we make this better not a sorry . When getting change for 20 dollar bill to continue to give tips now 3 workers told us in the front lobby for change it for you . Paul didn't was very nasty and looking at us didn't say anything my sister said they told us to come here another work said yes and did it .most of waiters are very nice and welcoming. when I went to ask about the entertainment I was told" I told you yesterday" condescending nasty tone. I said Im just asking to make sure we don't get lost . Never recommend it NEVER . Today is the 17th did anyone call or connect us of course not And I don't feel like I should be running after customer service for them to do the right thing. They do not restock the mini bar every day like it states. They did the first day we got there . I called the front on the third day they said okay we will send someone of course no one showed up. I saw the guy that restocks and ask him can I please restock he said of course I'll be there 2 minutes never showed up . Called again spoke to Caser he was very nice he was surprised he never showed up I said no and I saw him he said he's coming and now he's gone he said I had to call 3 times . Finally Caser came to bring us 2 bottles of water because he felt bad and someone had click the do not disturb button they have outside the door Caser came into the room to check our button and of course it wasn't pressed so someone click it from the outside . I'm so happy that I had a worker witness the mistreatment he Apologize . The workers are treating us unfamiliar because we only asked for the room we paid for okay. Stay away save the headache and go somewhere else . I would like to give a big thank you out to Jeffrey, he is one of the servers at the pool bar. He was very nice and welcoming very sweet . The bartender on our first day was amazing . After that the next day on it was a different bartender and he made it a habit to ignore my son when he would swim up to ask for a drink and would serve everyone else until I or My sister would come over and say he's been waiting before all these people can you please stop ignoring him and then It's all I'm sorry. We leave Friday and today is Wednesday I don't have high hopes.
