Humidity is so high in Punta cana and when the air conditioner won't go past 22c it made for hot sweaty nights sleep. Plus, every time we showered our bathroom flooded . The housekeeping crew didn't understand anything we were saying which made for a difficult time trying to explain things we needed help with.

Book messed up my booking, and left my my 1 years old, and 15 year old off of my booking. The hotel refused to answer the email requesting an adjustment by booking.com agent, and the agent from booking.com refused to tell the manager over the phone that they can just add the needed individuals to my booking. Turns out booking.com told them just two adults were coming, and left all five of my children off of the booking. I was contacting booking.com and the resort to fix this, and no one one responded. I had to leave the resort and book elsewhere. They tried to charge me for the stay when they refused to adjust the booking. The customer service is awful. And, they were very disrespectful. All they had to do was adjust my booking and allow us to stay. They wanted to charge me per night per kid, when booking.com messed up the booking. I know I booked my entire household because we were going to an all inclusive. And, it clearly shows five, not two, but they still left off my one year old and 15 year old. I will never book with them again, they make Punta Cana look bad.

Absolutely amazing resort! Gorgeous views, literally breathtaking along with a super nice and helpful staff.

We had a good time. The only complain I have is about the food at Portofino, the Italian restaurant. The food is really bad. All the other restaurants were really good. I recommend El Dorado, Adelita, Bamboo, Paisano.

We loved our vacation, however, this is the first resort we had to contact guest services multiple times for items that were overlooked on a daily basis; items such as drinking water, restocking the mini bar; clean washcloths, towels and never did get the bathrobes that were requested at least 5 times. The beach is beautiful; the grounds are well kept and staff are friendly!!
