Complex is perfectly organized and have beautiful garden but the Heart of the hotel is the a Entertaiment Team. Their smile, energy and involvement made our vacation perfect, full of activities and we could touch a Dominican Feeling. Zumba, dancing classes, aquaaerobic, Water bikes and other additional activities were professional organized. Especially we would like to thanks Chocolate ?? who was encouraging us to join in every single activitity. I have been travelling a lot an I must say that this was the Best Animation Team which I have ever met ?? thank you !

Two Suns

Here , we have seen two suns : One in the sky and one in the heart . My mother and me have enjoyed our holiday fantastically ! The clear water , silky sand and beautiful flowers are amazing . Specially the companiero Bernier is a pretty nice amigo .

food needs to be cooked properly, the food was not chewable, the desserts were great but the meats under cooked. The rooms are nice ut the cleaning staff is slow to arrive to the room for cleaning but over all 4 out of 10 on this resort.

Not our best experience at an all inclusive...Too much focus on Upselling and not on customer experience.

We have a family of four with two kids ages 13 and 16. The Palladium was not our best all inclusive experience. I'd start by saying a working knowledge of Spanish is important (if you're an English speaker) as much of the staff, outside of the promoters and some bartenders didn't speak very good English. Be sure to get a good understanding of how to use the hotel - due to the language barriers there were a few key items that got "lost in translation". The beaches were beautiful, the water was great, and beach bars were fun but the experience was tarnished because someone was trying to sell you something every five minutes. The pools were wonderful and the pool bars were fun but it was often hard to find shade and pools got really hot midday. The restaurants were plentiful and the food delicious but the service was often slow and sometimes not the friendliest despite our best efforts to communicate in Spanish (which was often essential). The rooms were nice but didn't deliver on the promise they never got cool, the fridge stayed warm, the toilet flushers broke, the shower had low pressure and the head didn't stay up. Despite numerous calls to front desk resolving issues was slow and painful if the issue was resolved at all, I ended up fixing some items myself after a day of waiting. The cleaning staff was amazing though. The whole trip was a contradiction in terms the staff was mostly lethargic unless they were selling you something extra with a few standouts: Karina at Concierge an Angel, Thomaso and Guerson with Tourissmo, Alexander with Total Rewards, and the beach bar and pool bar staff. The musical acts in the main Pavillion were also pretty amazing. We travel quite a bit and found this experience did not meet expectations for the amount of money we spent. At the end of the day, we called this an "adventure vacation" which is one that tests the limits of our problem solving, patience, and ability to make the best of unfavorable conditions skills as a family unit. In fairness, in conversing with a number of other guests a few loved the place and would go no where else so perhaps - we were just having some bad luck. It's not lost on me that everyone is recovering and they are likely suffering staffing and supply challenges like everyone else on the planet.

they didn't care the entire time

Nightmare when you don't get the room you booked. wasted 1.5 days of a 3 day trip with that. Never received birthday cake until 1.5 after. calling desk they would never answer. I will NEVER give recommendations for anyone to go there
