Eduardo was hands down the best at helping us with transportation, finding locations, setting up reservations, he even brought us coconuts out to the beach because we told him we couldn’t find any. Absolutely went above and beyond for us!

The resort was very nice. I feel like much of the staff could’ve been more friendly. We would go to dinners and they would just stand there and talk to each other instead of acknowledging us. They need more carts to take people around the resort. Other than that it was a great experience. I would go back.

We did not have air for 2 1/2 days. They gave us fans but that only helped if you were sitting right in front of it. Food was slightly warm at best. Then they fumigated with people walking around outside and sitting on their balcony. The bartenders and serving staff were friendly and attentive. The only downside to staff was we wanted to go shopping for souvenirs and stuff like that but they told the driver to take us to the wrong place and he did not speak any English so that ended up being a wasted trip. Not his fault of course, he did try. It is a very large complex so it was hard to find your way around but they did have transport to and from anywhere on the resort so that was good.

We got married on the beach. It was beautiful. The only complaint I have is the breakfast and lunch buffet. And Miami vice is my go to drink it was made different every time even by the same bar tender. Overall I give the place a 6.5/10 the breakfast and lunch was a 2/10 drinks 6/10 dinner 7.5/10. Hotel was nice staff great. Beautiful beach

the staff were really good with us and the activities were great, id reccomend this place to anybody looking to chill out in the sun
