From the bar staff and restaurant teams to maintenance, housekeeping, and the drivers—every single staff member made our trip incredible. Special shoutout to Francel and Mayelin for going above and beyond consistently for us! The travel club salesmen were the only downfall - they were very pushy and deceiving. Overall I would highly recommend. We had a lovely visit and will be back!

Our experience was absolutely incredible, and a huge part of that was thanks to César Sánchez. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure my sisters and I had an unforgettable stay. César was extremely attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about our experience. He helped us book dinner reservations, answered all of our questions with patience, and consistently made himself available whenever we needed assistance. What stood out the most was how safe and comfortable he made us feel throughout our trip — that level of care is truly priceless. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to providing excellent service, and he truly exceeded all expectations. Because of César, our trip was seamless, stress-free, and filled with amazing memories. He is an absolute asset, and I sincerely hope he is recognized and rewarded for the outstanding job he does. We will absolutely be returning — and we hope to work with César again!

Overall a very nice stay at the Palace hotel. Hotel is well kept and very clean in all areas including the lovely pool area and beach. The main buffet restaurant had plenty of variety for breakfast and dinner. The restaurants on site that you had to book were mostly good however a common theme is that the food didn’t come out very hot, tasty but luke warm. The lobby bar, coffee bar were both excellent and plenty of choices and yes they do use premium drinks and they will make you whatever you request. Fresh towels everyday for poolside and mini bar topped up everyday and beds made up, room cleaned. Jesus and the pop entertainment team do a good job with activities, the waiters and waitresses were very good with serving you drinks all day Bad points: Some of the staff in the hotels, restaurants, bars are not very polite and often rude, it was like everything was an effort to them if you asked them for something. Paul on reception we found to be rude and disinterested in his job. He didn’t make things clear and didn’t tell us anything when checking in and equally as bad when we checked out. It’s a shame because 95% of the staff are very nice, helpful etc Steakhouse had bad night, again let down by rude waitress who didn’t seem to care about doing a good job Fav restaurant was the Japanese an Argentinian Overall great holiday and our first time experiencing the Dominican, we shall definitely return here! ??

The only issue we had was that we were expecting 2 double beds as we were travelling with our daughter. What we got instead was a King bed and pull out couch. We weren’t able to switch up rooms however the staff made up the pull out couch adding a thick topper which made it a lot more comfortable for sleeping. As far as the food and drinks, drinks were great as we could get premium alcohol and the food was satisfying, much similar to other resorts I have gone to in the past. Beautiful property. The beach was good, some seaweed in places. Always was breezy, nice spot to go to if you wanted to get away from the extreme heat. Rooms could stand to be updated. The tub with shower needs renovated. There is quite a step to get into the tub which could pose an issue for some getting in and out. Suggest getting rid of tub and changing to just a shower. Overall a great experience/vacation had by all.

Absolutely horrible customer service, constant run-around between passing me from department to department to resolve a simple occupancy issue. They blame the 3rd party booking agency while the booking agency says the only people who can make changes to the reservations are the hotel itself. They don't respond to the 3rd party for booking changes, no one ever answers at reservations, no one in customer service will help via phone nor email. They have turned a family vacation for a wedding and birthday into an absolute nightmare. Brides, grooms, and all other guests beware. I will never ever book with this group of hotels ever again, don't say you weren't warned.
