Frustrated experience.

I went with a group of almost 80 people to get married, they made a mess at check-in, the reception staff didn't care about the situation, turning their backs and being sarcastic, I had to ask management to intervene. The bartenders pretend not to see you and take a long time to bring drinks. Some of the staffs are rude and unfriendly. I will not back and I do not recommend.
Can I get a response from the reservations team

Have yet to stay there,am trying to contact the reservations team.so far no response. Please advise on how best to get in touch to get an actual response?? I have a query but no one seems to want to respond despite having sent numerous emails and have tried contact through the FB business page. No one from Palladuim group has answered an email ,expect yesterday,then nothing ??

Overall a decent time, but did not meet expectations of last visit to resort, so I will not plan a trip back any time soon, but will return
a beautiful stay!

This resort is very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The food was wonderful and the cleanliness of the result was a 10 out of 10. I would recommend anyone to stay here when visiting the Dominican Republic. I enjoy the swimming pool the beach and the swim bar.

This was the worst experience. My first all inclusive for my anniversary and was very disappointed. What was promised was certainly not what we received.
