Honestly, this place was probably not that bad if you’re not a foodie or if you’re not celiac like myself. The gluten free options is very small and there is tons of cross contamination. I felt hungry and was very happy I brought so much food from home. We won’t be back but if they were to make some changes to their gf options- we would. I would also pick a time when the seaweed wasn’t so bad so we could actually see the ocean or experience like the pictures. The water was totally brown and so much seaweed we couldn’t even get to the ocean.

Very Disappointing and Dissatisfied They inform you that you will have access to all of the other properties except for TRS, but you cannot eat at one of the restraunts on Bavaria. The couple we were with were "Club Members", that had paid into this resort, but were quickly informed by the Travel Club that they were only "Level 1" members. Guest be very aware of them taking g up your dayvand tome for you to buy into this property that you are not getting any benefits other than the golf cart having their own for clu members. We had another restraunt on Bavaria lady was so rude she threw her hands up amd ushered us away, but you soliciting guest to buy into a property that belittles you and food horrible. No thank you! Maybe someone else had a better stay.

Great place to relax and enjoy the culture of Dominican Republic. So many things to do during the day and night great place to stay.

Terrible food and the will try to trick you into a time share presentation. Wilmer the bartender is the goat though. He will make up for some of the short comings there.

It was an amazing experience for us. I have been there before couple of years and visited again with my wife. We both enjoyed a lot. Each and every single person welcomed us, great service, delicious food and nice daily activities. Jorge boost up everyday to participate in the activities, encouraging to achieve the goals. Thanks Jorge and Grand Palladium for such a great experience.
