Will never book again solely on the awful customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service, constant run-around between passing me from department to department to resolve a simple occupancy issue. They blame the 3rd party booking agency while the booking agency says the only people who can make changes to the reservations are the hotel itself. They don't respond to the 3rd party for booking changes, no one ever answers at reservations, no one in customer service will help via phone nor email. They have turned a family vacation for a wedding and birthday into an absolute nightmare. Brides, grooms, and all other guests beware. I will never ever book with this group of hotels ever again, don't say you weren't warned.

Other than pesky people trying to upsell you on everything, our stay was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend it!

My beach vacation

Great facilities and service. Food was only fair. Aside from a lot of variety, it was very repetitive meal after meal. That was major disappointment for me compared to other all inclusive resorts I have been to.

Services were accommodating and available. The staff friendly and helpful. The staff assisted when indicated help was needed with transportation and communications.

Great place for families

Great pleace to stay for families. I would only change an app of hotel, coz was not intuitive, lots things I had to ask staff.
