Terrible. Don't go. Save yourself pain and suffering. Looks lovely but it is not at all. Save your money or go elsewhere.

Most of the staff here was very nice, the front desk lady name starts with a "Y", Andres, William and the waiter outside especially... Rapheal at the spa was super.

Everything was OK, room was decent. Food was decent. Location was good. Everyone was kind of friendly.

Our family vacation was lovely. We all enjoyed ourselves very much. The staff are warm and welcoming and the resort is clean and well maintained. The spa was beautiful as was the beach. We enjoyed the food and beverage very much. We had some difficulty getting a reservation for the a la carte restaurants which was disappointing. Breakfast and lunch were perfect and so was the grill by the poolside. The wine and beer were very good.

The most unhappy year end / New year vacation we ever had. Whenever you have a concern like leaky roof , health concerns and slip and fall because of the total negligence from administration to house keeping they appear to fall on deaf ears. The simple answer they have is you are not a club member so we really don't have to pay the attention right away and when we said we will give a bad review they said they don't care. There were few days we had the rain when we asked for basic necessities like Umbrella they said they don't provide that for normal quest and only reserved for special guests like members. They took for ever to even mob the leaky floors and lots of slipped and got hurt and until now it is still leaking. The food was horrible except the Indian restaurant. The steak house ELDERADO didn't even have the food they had it menu and they didn't even bring what we ordered and until the end they didn't bring the food we ordered and when asked before we left they said we don't have those items today and not even a simple apology rendered. The Buffet is always the same stuff no different and got finally sick and tired of it but some even some appeared old and same was given for lunch and dinner. IF YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER SPEND YOU PRECIOUS MONEY WISELY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Because we all got wet every one got sick with respiratory infections.
