I spent my 50th birthday celebration at this resort on 1/5/26. The trip included myself and 13 other ladies. We had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was amazing. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Guest services staff Genesis, Cesar, and Jilbert were some of the most sincere and kindhearted people I’ve ever meet. The food was tasteful. My room was clean and spacious. My butler staff Wilmy was easy to reach, and accommodating.

Great experience. Great vibe. Indian and the sushi/ceviche restaurant were great. Staff was friendly and awesome. Foam party was awesome. Smaller resort so very walkable. ONLY negative was that the 3 bathrooms nearest to the pool were shut down 2 of the days there, so had to walk to lobby bathroom.

My family and I recently visited chic in December for two weeks. It was my husband and our three adult sons and their girlfriends. We’ve been to this resort several times now and always enjoy it and this time was no different. I do see a lot of negative comments. I think it’s the people that make your trip very special. There are a couple of areas for sure that could use some improvement, including a very lengthy check in process and perhaps the restaurants could be a little a little better quality, also I do find that unfortunately the evening entertainment has really declined over the past few years, we used to really enjoy the resort because of that but the shows really aren’t what they used to be, but with that said, we really had a wonderful vacation, but what really made our trip were the amazing staff. Everybody went out of their way to make sure we had the best service at all times. I would like to mention everybody, but I would like to make a special mention to a few certain people Johnny was our butler and he went above and beyond, he reached out every day to meet any needs we may have had, we could not have been happier with his service. Also a shout out to Cesar who was so helpful and of course Rey on the vibe team was always upbeat and kept us entertained morning and night. You can tell how much he loves his job! And last but not least, the ladies in the lobby who served us every evening. They were all pleasant and lovely but especially Yaritza and Yudelki who kept the drinks flowing exactly how we like them , they work such long hours and still manage to be so friendly and always smiling late into the evening. Thanks again for another great vacation
