I will never go there again nor will I suggest this place with anyone. I came home from our trip on June 3 and the very next day I got diarrhea and it's been 8 days and still have it. The food was horrible as were the drinks. My sister's card was double charged for excursion. The beach was covered with seaweed and trash in it. I went with my sister and her husband. We made the best of it. We will not recommend it to anyone . The only positive thing is the staff was amazing except the language barrier was a bit tough but they were all pleasant

The resort needs to be renovated. The view was beautiful of the ocean and garden. Some of the staff were not very welcoming. Youdley, Lionel, and our housekeeper was extremely nice. The restaurants worth going to were Hunter, Munchies, and Vespa. The Buffett was not good at all.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff is what sets them above all others. Ivioris & Enrique, (concierge) were amazing. Danilkis & Wisleidy & Osvaldo & Nestor (waitstaff) & Teudi, (butler) were excellent! Best trip ever! I can't wait to return.

Traveling with a group can be daunting, but Escobar Escapes makes the process seamless. I am forever grateful for the tremendous service they provide, and when things may not seem to be working out in your favor, The Escobar's will definitely make everything all-right! Travel with Escobar Escapes!

Waste of our money!!! Rooms need updated - our air did not cool! Food was same every day and there were bugs and flies on food in buffet! When trying to enjoy beach which was on Atlantic side - seaweed was awful and water was dark - could not see bottom like the caribbean side - you were flocked by people selling items. I did get a massage by Momma which was one of the best parts of trip. Some of the wait staff had attitudes while a few others were wonderful. Swim up pool was crowded every day and the ones at the bar stayed all day soooo - you know they were peeing in the pool! lol They need more entertainment besides night time show. If you like loud rap music blaring all day - same playlist every day - and twerking on the bar while the big girls were drunk - then this is your place!!! We will not return! And they coaxed us into the 90 minute sales pitch for the Diamond Club which took over 2 hours and was a waste of time for all - don't do it!
