Beautiful location with friendly staff

Wow what a fantastic experience Joan was our butler and did such an amazing job taking care of us. The food was great and they had several gluten free options for my wife. The entertainment staff (Carlos from the Vibe Crew) was a blast. Also Carlos our building concierge was there to help with anything we needed.

i had a wonderful time. My butler Roberto was attentive and kind during my solo stay. He even cared for me while I had a small medical emergency. The food was good and so were the drinks. For the value this was a great experience.

I took my mom & grandma to this resort and while the resort may not of been in the best condition(pool under contraction, bar under construction, no working tub in room, few restaurants were out of certain foods) I can look past all of that and say my family and I still had an amazing experience and that would be thanks to our Host, Ronald Sanata & Vibe Team Member, Colin. Ronald went above and beyond to make sure me & my family were taken care of and was extremely prompt and professional in every inquiry we had during our stay. Colin on the vibe team is an amazing asset to your crew, he checked in on my mom and grandma everyday and really made sure that they had a fun experience & laughed & danced and that’s what it is all about to me. Colin did a great job of hosting events as well as knowing guest on a personal level that felt comfortable enough to partake in the crazy dances/games with him. Both of those guys are the reason my family and I would return to this location.
