Our stay at Royalton Chic Punta Cana was amazing. Santana, the bartender, was perfect, funny, and helpful, and the drinks he made for us every night were excellent. We had such an incredible time and made the best memories. In general, all of the staff were kind, fun, and truly gave us an unforgettable experience. The Royalton Fit group, especially Mr. Chiselle (I hope I have the name right), kept us active every day with Aqua Fit and helped make our vacation even more enjoyable. The entertainment team, including Golden Boy and the other two guys whose names I unfortunately cannot remember, was also amazing. One of them was dancing all the time and was like a Michael Jackson copy — so entertaining! It is not easy to remember every single name, but every staff member we met was helpful, kind, fun, and genuinely happy. My go-to place in the morning, Cafe Insomnia, was also really great. Thank you to the Royalton Chic team for having such a wonderful staff and for making our stay unforgettable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great time room was nice food was good

First off I will say it’s not a 5 star, but for the price we were not expecting that. Room: we had one bedroom presidential suite room facing lobby on third floor, asked to change only because we love coffee on deck and these decks were small. Our Butler, Argeuris was quick on that and moved us to the first floor. We faced the service road but had a very nice tropical forest view. Was nice to say hello to the workers as they walked by. Everything in the room was great! Lots of hot water, AC worked great. Housekeeping was absolutely amazing!!! Fully stocked fridge and snacks daily. Butler, Argeuris made our vacation top notch! Wish we could bring him on all our trips. Checked on us every morning through WhatsApp, we actually looked forward to his 7:30 am message. Provided us with daily activities, set up all our dinner reservations and made sure we had plenty coors light in the fridge. Throughout the day he always made a point of coming to talk to us and made sure to offer us assistance with anything on resort. Was sad to say goodbye to him, but will definitely keep in touch and request him on our next return to the resort. Food/Restaurant- typical Dominican it was good at Buffet and Restaurants but travelling for 10 days we found it needed more than 4 à la cartes. We did them all twice. Italian was our favourite. The weekend breakfast restaurant for Diamond Club for us was way too long for service and got the wrong food ??, but we actually preferred buffet for breakfast. We mostly ate our lunches at the Diamond Club Beach Area, the view and food was spectacular there. Our favourite bartender Carlos was the best, had our drinks ready as soon as he saw us approach bar. We even walked from pool to there for our drinks because the service was fast. Never had a water downed drink at this resort, they sometimes were a little too strong. Not sure why people would comment on that ????? Beach- yes the waves can be strong, but we enjoyed them. Staff cleaned beach whenever needed. Only complaint here as every resort is the saving of chairs and covered cabanas with towels. I would sit on the chair regardless because came to conclusion that I would move if the people came, which never happened and we were on beach from about 9-2 daily. There should be a policy if people do not show up after an hour towels be removed, I know would be hard to enforce but signage saying that might help. Pool- we did pools in the late afternoon to either join in the activities or watch them. The team was amazing - Juan Carlos was always finding us to join in whether it was at the pool or in the lobby area in the evenings. The main pool was a little deep for us considering we are short, but the entertainment made up for it. Loved the foam parties which seemed to be every other day. Seeing that we do not reserve our spots to allow it to be a fair game for anyone we found the lack of umbrellas. There probably needs about a dozen umbrellas added to this area. The swim up bar was being repaired while we were there, but found that pool a little on the dirty side anyways. Nice job on the renovation to the bar. We enjoyed the Mermaid Pool service and the fact that we could get an umbrella or bed very easily at anytime. Bathrooms- they were all clean and spread out throughout resort. Overall we found this to be a very nice small resort with nice accommodations, food, entertainment and the staff was all fantastic!! We met a lot of nice people and were able to interact frequently because of the size of the resort. Walking was very easy to everything. We would not hesitate to return to this resort! Ms Yanet was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel welcome and wanted there every step of the way until check out. Housekeeping wass Ms Maziana, she had the room excellent each day, even left special things for me.
