It’s O.K but won’t be Staying Again

I stood from June 3 /thru the 10 of June 2025 Family Side// The Hotel is beautiful,,Check In was Fast,,The room was spacious,,we got a swim out ,, in from of the main pool Family side,,(Close to Buffet and Restaurants)Food is good ,Coffee Shop is Very good Sushi is Delicious,and Terrayaki Restaurant is good,,the rest not good at all,, Entertainment with the team looks Very Good (we never participated) Lobby at night is full of people but very boring no music ( one day it rained and the Entertainment Crew was in the Lobby and everyone enjoyed it,,there was even a Singer)The Staff that cleans is very nice,,and Bartenders in main pool bar Great!! The hostess in Terrayaki and at the Buffett should be trained in Customer Service Very Rude,,there was this one Hostess who told me my cover up was to short and said I should changed ,, Not true,,(Am not getting into details) Would I stay there again No!!! why ?Staff in all other places are rude and need to train No in customer Service,, Very Boring at the Lobby in Nights for adults who don’t want to party or participate in dancing ,Karaoke etc This is a 3 star ??????at most Hotel Cleanness in room 5 star?????????? Restaurants 3 star ?? ???? Staff in Restaurants 3 star?????? Staff in Hotel 5 ?? ???????? Security at Hotel Non Existent Resort Cleaness 5 star?????????? Entertainment Crew 5 star ?????????? Lobby Entertainment 1 star ?? Coffee Shop 5 ?????????? Kids Entertainment ?????????? Drinks ??????for what I paided for Alcohol should have been premium.
Expand Travel Club at Serenade SCAM!!!

We visited Serenade Punt Cana in June. Our first trip to this resort in 2018 we were roped into the Expand travel club membership. A BIG MISTAKE!! The club is SCAM do not fall for the aggressive sales tactics!! We’v paid thousands of dollars for absolutely nothing!! We had a free week accommodations in Serenade and that’s it!! We tried to speak to a representative during this visit and encountered the run around for an entire week!! I wish someone had told us this prior to signing up. Save yourself allot of money and aggravation, don’t fall for the song and dance!!
