Great customer service, and the staff are very responsive to your every need. I enjoyed my time there and will return with my family. Thank you to all of the staff, thank you Julia Roberts for looking out for us.

The service was excellent and the mattress was perfect. Julia Roberts was an excellent butler. There is plenty of romm to go on long walks. The food was great and plentyful. There were plenty of things to do to have fun with each other. Highly recommended.

Overall, we had a great stay. Some updates would be beneficial to the resort, but it was not terrible. The food and drinks were fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay at TRS Cap Cana while in town for a wedding. The activities were fun and all-inclusive food was very good. Henry provided excellent service during our stay. We hope to visit again in the future.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful place with a lot of great people who go above and beyond to make sure that guests are happy. We had a few hick ups when we first arrived with our room availability but this was more down to the travel agent than the hotel as they hadn't sent everything through properly but Ezequiel did everything possible to put this right for us to make sure that our holiday got off to the best start. A couple of issues with the food not being as hot as I'd like it to be but again, between Argeni, Ezequiel and Gregory, this was put right and we didn't have any more issues once Gregory oversaw the food and service. We did a couple of excursions during our stay and I would recommend every one of them, picked up at the hotel and taken to our location. We did Coco Bongo, Scape Park, The TRS cabaret night at the sister hotel, a trip to Catalina Island, a spa day at the TRS Capcana and a private dining experience at the TRS Capcana which was superb. There were a number of staff who went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing experience at the hotel and I'll name them in the hope that the hotel sees this and rewards these members of staff for their great service as these people made the experience so much better. Eniel, Samira, Charly, Juan Luis, Natalie, Melvin, Venus, Yohanna, Enero Lisa, Paul. Special mention to the below... Argeni who was our butler during our stay. Really friendly and always laughing and joking. Really enjoyed meeting him and getting to know him. Was super helpful and always checking in to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we were happy with everything at the hotel. Ezequiel who I think was a manager at the hotel. Really went above and beyond to put and niggles right and made our experience an amazing one. Gregory who made sure that all of our food and the service we received was on point. Gregory was on holiday for our first week but we noticed a huge difference once Gregory was back in work. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend. Thanks to all of the staff mentioned in this review, really make the TRS Capcana a great place to enjoy a holiday. Jay and Rianna
