The resort was great! All of the food and drinks were included, including the drinks in the room fridge. Our room had a perfect view of the ocean and a jacuzzi on the balcony. Sifredo was our butler and was easy to keep in contact with through Whatsapp. He helped make reservations and get anything that we needed for the room. I would recommending staying here, although they didn't have a free shuttle to any beaches. However, they do offer excursions from the resort.

I thoroughly enjoyed the swim out suite, it was awesome! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Food and drinks were both very good. Thank you Eloy for assisting our large group. Thank you Joll and F&B staff for outstanding service. We were asked multiple times if anyone in our group had food allergies they wanted to make sure the everyone was taken care of.The F&B staff were very knowledgeable and conscientious regarding food allergies. Their attention to detail provide a safe and fabulous food experience for everyone.

Came here for a long weekend for a bachelorette party. Booked two swim out pool rooms which were lovely and warm. Rooms were clean, large and had mini bars restocked daily with sodas, beer and water. Since we were a room of 3, housekeeping turned down the sofa into an extra bed - much firmer than the actual mattress. Wasn't an issue for us, just something to be aware of. Our butler Maria kept in contact with us via Whatsapp to make reservations for us for dinners and for our spa treatments but not much beyond that. The pool bartenders are wonderful but waitstaff walking around could be more attentive/friendly. I was only asked twice in 4 days if I wanted a beverage while sitting at the pool. We preferred to interact with the bartenders at the pool bar directly instead as they were extremely friendly and hospitable. Saturday there is a bubble/foam party in the pool and that was a lot of fun (we had pool floats which helped us navigate the foam) and danced all day. That evening we took the hotel provided shuttle to their sister location for the CHIC Cabaret Dinner that I highly recommend. The show was fantastic. The singers and dancers put on quite a show. The meal is pre-fixe so if you have any dietary restrictions you can mention to the hostess when you check in (they will ask if you have allergies - just say whatever then, two girls in my party are vegetarians and quickly learned to speak up at that question). The show/dinner is $45 USD but its worth it in my opinion. The following day we indulged in the spa which was also lovely. The staff was friendly and let us hang out in the hydrospa area most of the day which included a hot tub, cold plunge, sauna and outdoor pool exclusive to the spa area. Entertainment at the resort is nightly. We had fire dancers/acrobats one night and a magic show another. The entertainment staff work really hard and put on wonderful shows. Food at the resort is OK. Breakfast is buffet or ala carte in the same restaurant. We had lunch at the grill by the pool most days and room service delivered once. The website is a bit misleading by ways of restaurants. It appears that there are more restaurants available but instead there are 2 and one that just rotates the cuisine nightly. We did not understand this prior and as a result missed the steakhouse night. Overall for food I would give 3/5. We had a wonderful time at TRS Cap Cana for our girls getaway bachelorette trip. I would recommend this resort for a long weekend but would suggest looking at other resorts for longer stays that have more options for dining and activities.

The property is located on a nice beach and next to the Marina. The hotel is so beautiful! The pool OMG loved it, and the staff were amazing, hospitable, and made us feel at home. Entertainment – Charlie and Tairi are so much fun! Bartender/staff – Luis and Wilson were so attentive and friendly. The waiters and restaurant staff were great! Lastly, our butler Melvin made sure we had everything we needed. He even arranged for a special birthday surprise that was greatly appreciated. The entertainers were great! They put on a great variety of shows every night. Housekeeping did an excellent job. I can’t name everyone, but we highly recommend this location and plan to stay there next year with more family.

View from the main lobby sitting area was great. Pools were great. it's definitely a MUCH smaller resort than we're used to. The food was good at the few restaurants they offer. The smell of the seaweed was TERRIBLE and ruined our experience. There was no beach to use...you had to take a bus to another beach.
