This was a bad experience for a first time trip to DR put a bad taste in my mouth we do not plan on coming back due to this. We were bamboozled from arrival to departure some Ended up paying more money form supposedly better amenities which was not the case a waste of money. some staff members were not very friendly except for Aroni, Yohana, Charlie , Pedro & Juan whom tried to go above & beyond for all 3 couples. The rooms had a horrible moldy smell that was unbearable The restaurants were horrible with Dinner reservations through the hole vacation . I Wish our experience was different expected more for a good rated all enclusive hotel. Very disappointed.

Until we found out jewelry was stolen from us. Things were average to above average. It seems like it takes a long time to get your room clean because they’re going through your belongings

My mom and I stayed for 4 days. It was absolutely amazing, drinks, food, views and customer service were all top tier. We stayed there to celebrate my mother’s one year anniversary since her heart attack and she enjoyed herself thoroughly. Thank you TRS Cap Cana for a great time!

The service at TRS Cap Cana is flawless. From the day before our arrival, our butler, Argenis Eusebio, was in charge of preparing everything to ensure that our anniversary was wonderful. Argenis was in charge of arranging the room to surprise my wife upon arrival with flowers and details that made our arrival unforgettable. That same night, Argenis arranged a romantic dinner overlooking the marina in a corner away from everyone. We must also recognize the kitchen butler Gregory's exceptional work in making every dinner spectacular. In fact, Gregory was always looking out for us to please our tastes and ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Gregory cares for guests to the smallest detail without missing a smile and incredible warmth. I want to recognize Yohanna, the restaurant host who always greeted us with a fantastic smile that brightened our mornings and evenings. Yohanna has a gift for people: kindness and helpfulness. TRS has been an incredible surprise and has left us with fond memories of our days in the DR. All of their people are amazing and go the extra mile for their guests. Thanks a million.

The resort is perfect for couples looking for R&R. It’s quaint, clean m, not crowded, and has nice secluded areas. The beach is small, but clean and pleasant and the water is sublime! The infinity pool is excellent and the swim up room is a unique touch.
