The views are beautiful but there is no beach. The resort is very small. Only one restaurant was open each evening. Only one restaurant for breakfast and lunch. There was not a lot of variety and fresh fruits and vegetables were limited. We did have a problem with the so called Butler service the first two days but after speaking with the resort manager he switched our Butler and took care of the problem. If you are looking for a fun filled resort to drink, laugh, dance then this is not it.

Butler was not responsive or helpful . Incorrect rooms and no compensation for error beside a shuttle to airport for free . Premium guests , and were treated very poorly.

Great place to stay if you desire a calm, relaxing visit. Staff was very professional and accommodating to make our stay the best it could be.

Hotel is lovely, grounds etc. It’s a lovely hotel if you want to relax, it’s not a big resort hotel. Food was amazing and tasted fresh with a good amount of choice. As it was my partners birthday I arranged a romantic private meal by the marina which cost extra but was definitely worth it. Rooms were dated and the sofas etc were discoloured. We had a jacuzzi room and didn’t use the jacuzzi as it looked dirty, old and with limescale. Other than that, the hotel is lovely.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. In particular, our butler Maria was just terrific. On top of checking in and assisting throughout our stay, she went well out of her way to make my girlfriend’s 30th birthday such a wonderful experience, including decorating the room while we were out for the day. I can’t say enough about the staff here. Top notch!??
