Overall trip and stay was excellent for the exception of the mini mall incident with not refunding me on a damage and defected purchase. Also the buffets in restaurants should be removed, they should serve the appetizer and starters not have a buffet for that type of foods.

The Caribe rooms were sub-par. Our bathroom tub caulking was molded. The bathrooms throughout the hotel were dirty and disgusting. Check in staff unhelpful. No direction given on where we could eat, where the entertainment was, no details about the resort. We were told at check in that the restaurants reservations were full and that we had to eat at a buffet, which we had to walk around and find. The buffet was dirty. Flies on the food. Service was poor. I would not stay here again.
