Amazing resort exactly what we needed. Great size , food, shows, beach and pool all convenient.. special shout out to the funniest, kindest, hardworking, humble entertainers…Tita, Paulina, Eddy, Diego and my special Charley who lives in a pink house with sharks ???????. I recommend this place to anyone. I know we will be going back and bringing others with us. The ocean is beautiful and the workers who clear the beach I have to say thank you to them too because they work so hard for a never ending battle but that’s Mother Nature so anyone that goes and complains about seaweed relax is what it is but not a deal breaker. Just relax and enjoy yourself.

Great service, very friendly. The service at the hotel was honestly amazing. From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and whenever I needed something like extra towels or directions they were happy to help right away. Everyone I talked to from the front desk to housekeeping was polite and made me feel comfortable. They really seemed to care about making sure I had a good stay. It made a big difference and made the whole experience way better. If you are looking for a place where you are treated well this hotel definitely gets it right.
