The service and facilities are first class. The family suite is incredible and huge with large balconies. The food is mostly good to great (a few misses), but lots of variety in cuisine type and the vibe at each of the many restaurants is cool and the decor almost transporting. They do need to work on the quality and variety of their Christmas Eve dinner, though. Not nearly as good as the restaurants. But the service is what makes this place so special: We had the BEST personal concierges in Alexa and Braulio. Not only were they super fun and friendly, they attended to any and every need (from restaurant to spa reservations, answering every question I had via WhatsApp within minutes of asking) and were incredible about making sure that my daughter's dietary needs (She has celiac) were accommodated. We felt truly pampered! Nicholas, who wasn't even our personal concierge, was so friendly and helpful, too, recommending his favorite dishes and activities whenever we ran into him So many kind people there, especially David, our server at breakfast at the Bistro. (he knew our routine by day 3 and would bring us seltzer and coffee with both cream and milk on the side before we asked). Can't wait to return to the place and the people there!

Luz, Jorge, Domingo, Daniel, and Eduardo all made our trip truly amazing. The grounds are beautiful, the service is absolutely over the top, and the rooms are very spacious. The food was excellent throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Eduardo, Jorge and Domingo at the Grand Class pool are the best. Excellent and super friendly service. We had a great vacation because of them!

Amazing experience made possible by our two concierges - Airy and Jeronimo. They catered to our every need and even set up a surprise bubble bath for the kids. Truly a special experience.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The property is the most beautiful resort we have ever stayed in. The service was extraordinary. Our concierge’s, Alphonso, Nora and Alfred worked so hard to make the trip special for my kids. Room was, again, most luxurious I have ever enjoyed and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Flowers everywhere! The food was all top notch, service was great everywhere but our favorite server was Mario at Chaka. What a great representative of your hotel. We loved him! We will be back for sure!
