I got to visit Grand Velas property for a week this September. The property, food and atmosphere was amazing. But the best part was the staff. Everyone single staff person was so nice and accommodating. Specially my concierge Annie. She sent me daily property activities and scheduled transportation to and return for a planned fishing trip. Annie deserves a raise. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

One of the best trips I’ve ever been on. The whole staff from the front desk to room service was amazing. Special shout out to our concierge Annie, she was amazing and went above and beyond for me and my fiancé. Thank you again to everyone!!!!!!

The entire staff made sure that all of our needs were met and went above and beyond the call. Everything was Fabulous beginning to end! Our suite was awesome!! I celebrated my birthday while at the resort & Lucca & staff made it amazingly special with singing, saxophone player serenade, great food etc. Most especially our concierge ALEXA was OUTSTANDING! She was attentive to every detail but most especially she was friendly, considerate, prompt, polite, helpful & went above & beyond for us daily. Everything & Everyone @ the resort was excellent but ALEXA is just ABOVE & BEYOND! We truly ADORE & THANK HER!!????

I have been fortunate to have stayed in many very nice resorts, in fact we stayed at the longest running 5 star 4 diamond resort in the world in Colorado, this placed topped them all, from the beautiful grounds to the over the top service we felt like royalty! Alexis was our consiarge and was unbelievable, she treated us like we were the only guests on the property, professional and attentive, always one step ahead of us. The staff here without exception are the best we have ever encountered. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate your employees, a family vacation or just a get away for you and yours this is it!
