It's honestly one the best resorts I have stayed at very well run staff is top tier they render such great service and attention literally they provide the ultimate worry free vacation.

Our stay at Grand Velas Riviera Maya was nothing short of amazing. We went as a couple and stayed in an ocean view Grand Class suite. The room was stunning as were the views. The pool was amazing and close enough to the beach it felt like the best of both worlds to be able lounge by the pool and still see the Caribbean Sea. The food was the best food we’ve ever had, especially at an all inclusive. To top off the incredible experience, our concierges, Airy, Alfonso and Braulio, made our stay extra special, seamless and comfortable. They were communicative, sent us a couple special treats to our room and helped us book activities at the resort. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Nicolás Arin nd Jerónimo Maurine were marvelous. Always there to help and make sure our stay was the best! I also want to mention a special shout out to Ivan and Fanny from Chaká. They were definitely the best!

We had a perfect experience at Grand Velas with our kids. The resort is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained, the food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly warm and helpful. In particular, our concierge team (Jeronimo and Nicolas) ensured that our every need was met and were so thoughtful in looking out for us. We could not have asked for more. (Our kids thought they were the best, too!) Grand Velas offers the perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and luxury - we can't wait to go back.
