Fabulous Mexico holiday

Forget the negative reviews, we had such a lovely holiday. Stayed in the El Beso adults only section in a fabulous suite. The room was spotless, spacious with such a comfortable bed. Can not fault the air conditioning, as after a hot day by the pool was most welcome. Enjoyed the restaurants especially the Bluemoon for breakfast. The staff go above and beyond (especially this guy from the lobby bar) Understand the issues with the beach but we knew how it would be this time of year and did not disappoint our holiday. A long flight from the UK but worth it and will definitely return ??

Amazing service. Very nice and helpful staff. Food was great and the beach was very easy to access. Our concierge Adriana was also very helpful and accommodating to us.

Amazing service, jennifer at the privilege reception was great. Such a sweet person with a positive attitude. Resort is beautiful defiantly get the privilege they treat you like a king
