Nice staff but please specify a pool or sea view,otherwise your at the back of the hotel overlooking a garden that's not part of the hotel,then they will say a room is available for £120 English,all the time I spoke to people that got free upgrades???,it's nearly perfect,just still seems money grabbing when then can,it's a shame,could be perfect??
Great Vacation at Oceans Riviera Paradise

Wow we had an absolutely amazing time at this resort. We travelled as a couple and stayed in the Eden building. Check in was fast and we loved our room. Our housekeeping attendant was Ana and she did an amazing job keeping the room nice and clean. The staff in the buffet were friendly with a special mention to Abraham. A friendly, hard working young man. I would also like to mention the very kind, friendly , staff in the Italian restaurant. The beach was rocky by the resort so we used the beach at the resort on the left. It was a beautiful sandy beach. The water was like bath water. I sure am missing it. I loved the natural beauty of the resort. Seeing the animals each day was a highlight of my trip. We didn't do any excursions because the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed staying at the resort. We weren't bothered by the time share people and staff did not ask us to write a review on Trip Advisor.
